We had a short summer stay at Aiolides. The scenery of the lake and the mountains is wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and food was a treat. We loved our king size bed, though our kids would definitely pick the pool! Thank you Aiolides!

Very good breakfast..Big confortable rooms…minor problems with the stone pavements that are broken sometimes, should be extra careful, my husband cut his toe, but nothing serious… Pool view but no lake view…on the other hand the lake is at close walking distance…

What a wonderful hotel. The room was huge and the fireplace was wonderful on some cold December nights. Excellent breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly service, particularly from the wonderful ladies on reception.
Some international channels would be great on the TV or even Netflix, on those cold rainy and even snowy nights when there is not much going on outside. Also, the shower room was small and really needs improving. Wasn't thrilled with the cheap shower curtain for example.

Idyllic and Perfect!”

Everything. From check in to check out all was amazing. We stayed at Aiolides to explore Lake Plastira, and it was perfect…. Location- a short walk from the lake and the water activities available. Room…. Possibly the most comfortable bed we have slept in! 4 amazing nights sleep..perfect. The room had everything required and a great balcony view of the pool and Lake Plastira. Food/Restaurant- quality breakfast with a good choice of food served by the staff- totally covid compliant and safe. Evening meals amazing…! Staff- couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Giorgia was amazing throughout the stay, who helped us throughout- thank you! We could have stayed longer and did stay one day extra thanks to some re-jigging by the staff. It’s worth a good few days here!
Just the WiFi didn’t work in the room, minor point- we were mostly out and about anyway!! Thank-you Aiolides Hotel- I think we will return when we can….

Fabulous stay in the heart of Lake Plastira”

Having stayed at Aiolides back in 2012 and with fond memories, i chose once again to spend 3 nights during July 2020. And i am glad i did! The hotel is in perfect condition. Its well maintained surroundings, the green garden, the lovely brand new pool, the professional staff and the nice breakfast made me smile. The room was spacious, well kept and clean, nicely decorated, the bed/mattress was great and the bathroom large and clean. Moreover, Aiolides is in the heart of the small Kalyvia village and only a few minutes walk from the lake beach. I highly recommend it!
Because of the ongoing pandemic, breakfast maybe wasn't of the highest standard but still very good and served in the lovely next door cafe-bar.
