"Hotel is newly opened and located very close to Tamachi JR Station. Direct and easy access via the overhead walkway from the train station. Very easy to get from Haneda International Airport via the monorail to Hamamatsucho Station and then transfer to Yamanote Line. Only 1 train stop away from monorail terminal. Hotel is part of integrated project with business buildings around. But there are still many convenience stores (7-Eleven and Lawson) nearby. A convenience store (Newdays) is also located inside Tamachi Station."

"Best features were practically all of it! I'm only 18 years of age, and my friend is 17, and we felt like our hotel was sanctuary, and it definitely felt homey and comfortable. It's a beautiful building, and the hotel staff are extremely wonderful and helpful in every way. The room cleanings are done quickly and without the risk of disturbing or misplacing your personal objects and items, and I trust the staff a lot. It is also located by Onarimon Station, which is the simplest train station to take and it's only 2 blocks from the hotel. Perfect for getting around quickly, and going to and from the building. Also, if arriving from Narita airport, an airport limousine can take you directly to Shiba Park Hotel. It is fast and simple to reach your hotel, and the limousines are the best way to get to Shiba Park Hotel with only a cost of 3,000 Yen (about $30 CAD). There was never a bad moment!"

"This is a beautiful hotel, and the experience begins with the welcome from the staff and your entry into the magnificent lobby. We had been staying in 3 or 4 star hotels so this came as quite a step up for us. Nothing was too hard, and customer service here is hard to match. Great rooms, fantastic views. My only gripe, the shuttle bus is really popular (we saw a couple of occassions where people were left behind) and if you miss it you`re in for a walk (or taxi). Highly recommended if you want a special stay."
