Helpful staffs, Nice garden, Free coffee & water”
My stay at Airportside Inn was fantastic. The room was really comfortable - nice beds, and location was perfect, less than a 10-minute walk to the air port. During my stay, I rented a motorbike and deposited my passport. I traveled around and when I came back to the city, it was almost 11:00 pm and the owner of the motorbike was asleep and I couldn't know how to contact him and take my passport back. Moreover, I had a flight to Manila at 6:00 am the next morning. Luckily, the hotel staffs there were very helpful and willing to give a hand to help me to get it back. They made every effort, they made a lot of phone calls and even ran to the owner house for 3 times in the middle of the night. Fortunately, I got my passport back at 1:00 am thanks to their great support. They couldn't sleep because of me. I didn't know how to say thank you, but I do appreciate their great great support. I'm looking forward checking here again when I come to Puerto Princesa next time.

Great place to stay overnight”
We stayed for 1 night here in Airportside Inn. Have to leave by 4am for our bus trip to El Nido. They had a free shuttle that picked us up from Puerto Princesa Airport. Driver was nice. Receptionist was pretty occupied with foreign guests when we arrived. For the room, it is cold, clean, simple but worth the money. I will definitely stay here again next time we got to Puerto Princesa.

Airportside Inn is very conveniently located. It's definitely value for money considering it's a budget hotel. Nothing fancy but adequate, staff friendly and always available. Perfect if you're just passing through and don't want to spend too much on a hotel.

Helpful & Friendly staff”
The room was spacious but worn out. The toilet door needs changing & you have to pull hard to open it from inside. The hotel is very near the airport, just 5-10min by car i guess.Hotel location is a bit difficult to find because it's located in a dark sidestreet.Across the hotel is a dark wooded/grass area so it's a bit creepy at night. Best thing about this hotel is their staff. We were greeted when we arrive. They are all very friendly & helpful especially Wowie who really help us out in booking our dinner at Ka Lui, underground river trip, city tours & round trip van to el nido-puerto princesa. We are supposed to stay in a different hotel in our return to puerto but decided to cancel and stayed inside in airportside inn due to good service of their staff.

Budget friendly good for backpackers”
As expected, Palawan is a jungle, expect mosquitoes around, wear anti mosquito lotions, some fixtures were damaged, the word itself budget is really budget inn. They have garden area in the middle, where guests can chill and talk which causes noise in the area. Hope they can put a reminder in the area not to be noisy cause there are other guests sleeping especially at night time. Totally a nornal experience, but with friendly staff!

Cheap accommodation, excellent staff”
I will recommend this place if you want to have a place to stay overnight just to catch your plane in the early morning. The location is at the old airport side and we had a hard time looking for this place since they don't have a big sign along the highway, glad we asked around and was given the direction since we arrive at midnight. Still, the staff were nice and accommodating though the place is an old one which looks like a room in a haunted mansion since I stayed in the dormitory wherein I am the only occupant of a big room with 8 beds by that time.

walking distance from the airport”
we were alone so it was kind of creepy but the staff was great and courteous. It's walking distance from the airport but they would not mind giving you a free transfer :) salamat po :) Coffee was unli as well! Good internet connection in the lobby. they probably should close the doors of other rooms when not in used because it made us imagine scary stuff :P

Big disappointment”
We’ve been to quite a number of budget hotels around Asia and this place is one of the biggest disappointments. The fact that management decided not to charge a fortune for a room does not mean they can stop thinking or refrain from taking care of the place they run. And still, 20$ for a double room is not that cheap… The room is damp, the towels are damp and the bed sheets are damp. There’s a paddle of water on the bathroom floor constantly. So it all just stinks with dampness. Spending time in your room is therefore the last thing you want to do. The room and bathroom are tiny and dirty. Sockets are located… on the ceiling (good luck charging your devices). There is no sink nor mirror in the bathroom. The water heater takes about 10 minutes to start working. The towel hangers in the bathroom are placed in a way that you will make your already damp towel entirely wet while showering… The thing is that somebody took a conscious decision on where to install the sockets or towel hangers, somebody did provide damp towels and damp sheets and somebody did take a conscious decision on keeping the room dirty and cleaning it insufficiently. And this person expects you to pay 20$ for those decisions. I feel it’s important not to agree to this. All in all, value for money is just poor. This place is in my opinion best avoided. Luckily, many budget alternatives are available within similar distance from the airport.

This is good for budget traveller. Nothing special as expected. Good place to stay just don't expect anything spectacular. You get what you pay as they said. The only thing problematic here is that the water that comes from the shower is weak.

I booked only for 1 night as my flight the day after was really early I had to be at the airport by 6am. I arrived at night by 22h starving from El Nido long bus ride (9h) followed by tricycle which charged me 150pesos (I found it expensive and he wanted 200). I asked the staff if she could help me to grab some food and she said no. I asked if she could sell me some basic stuff from breakfast (like bread or juice etc). She just was lazy and said "no I can't help. sorry" then I explained I was stomach sick for being on the road for so long and would not get a tricycle to have dinner at 22:30h by then. She still did not even suggest a deliver service. Summing up, I had to sleep starving, no help or snacks were offered by the staff (even when I offered to buy it). In the morning I had my free shuttle but the staff again did not offer any smile or kindness. My breakfast obviously wasn't there early, even though I asked for an exception. The room was ok. Bed comfortable. No bugs but the carpet was very old and the bathroom there was no toilet seat.

Creepy and dirty CR”
The room was quite ok, but the CR was so dirty...I asked the staff to clean it but just the same still dirty...My husband had to accompany me whenever i go to the toilet or take a bath because there was no door knob and didn't want my towel to be placed inside the CR..I didn't even sit on the toilet even after i cleaned it...

Not even close to the airport”
This hostel is not close to the airport anymore. They changed the entrance of the airport and now it is 3.6km away from the new airport exit. It is located far from city center and there is no sidewalk if you want to walk till the city. Cars and motorbikes everywhere. Dangerous. During the night it is very dark and there is no restaurants nearby. A taxi driver from the airport charged 100 php. There is no choice even if the staff told me it is 50php. It is far! The rooms are bigger but actually dirty. Toilet and showers are very dirty and dark. No place to hang your clothes. Wifi just work near the reception and mosquitos everywhere.
