Amazing stay”
Where do i even start? Me and partner had an amazing stay here, from the first day up to the last. Ate aisa and her husband were very welcoming, the staffs ate bambi ate neri and kuya rodolfo were very kind. they served us delicious breakfasts every morning of our stay and their brewed coffee was very delightful. They’re mango shake and sisig were to die for. The room was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. When it comes to covid protocols they were very compliant, lots of disinfectant in the area. The hotel’s location was very peaceful, its like we owned the island, if you’re looking for an uncrowded beach, this is the place for you. You can walk to white beach if you want its just a 15 min walk. On our last day we asked ate aisa to prepare for us some of our favorite dishes and wow , it was way beyond our expectations, they set up our meal by the beach as if it was our honeymoon it was more than what we were asking for. If i were to come back in boracay, I would definitely come back to this place.

positive things / notes: -smaller single rooms has mini fridge -big room has full fridge + kitchen -all rooms are beachfront -super close (in my opinion) and convenient walk to the opposite side beach > call it station 2.5 -good patio furniture -balcony is awesome for the small units -large unit doesn’t get a balcony -awesome location for kiteboarding/windsurfing -they have kiteboarding lessons and rentals built in to this place and they’re flexible hours with the lessons. I could basically do it whenever and break it up into nonconsecutive days. Despite my complaints I really think this place is deserving of 5 stars. You can spend a lot more staying on white beach side and be very dissatisfied. At least at aissatou, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything works but the wifi. It’s clean here.

The owner and staff are very friendly and very accommodating to all of my requests. It also helps that you are given the mobile number that you can message for your needs. The cleanliness of the room is top-notch. The free breakfast is very delicious. The lunch they offer are also very delicious (You should try their Sizzling Sisig, it’s the best!). If I would just like to suggest an improvement, it’s the wifi connection. Maybe you can install some wifi extenders throughout the place so the wifi coverage can be strengthen and can reach the upper floors. Other than that, I really enjoyed and I would really love to come back!

Chilled place on the kite beach away from the madness ”
We really liked this place and so we ended up staying for a few more nights. It’s location is super quite on the kite beach, about a 15 min walk to the crazy part of town. The rooms are cleaned (well) daily which is good because it’s windy this time of year and sand gets blown about a lot. During the day there are a few kiters around the place. You can do lessons or rent kit here for a reasonable price. At night it was super quite so most nights we walked down the beach and over more to where the bars were. It’s a dark walk so you might want a light or enjoy the stars. All the guys working there were super friendly and helpful, the beach kite guys really looked after you when Kiting, they set up and break down everything for you, it’s amazing. I don’t have any negative comments but it would be good to have access to filtered water tower to save on plastic and not have to lug it back from the shop but that’s just a me thing. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can request for the food that you like to be cooked for you. Clean, nice and quite place. Perfect location to view sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay for 5D/4N! We were very satisfied and happy. The only thing that made us sad was that we cannot bring home the cutest friendly dog #GINGER! hahaha Plus points are the friendly dogs Wolf, Malik, Brownie and Bogart.

Aissa and her staff were very welcoming! All roomos have view of the beach! Truly enjoyed the nice view of the beach and the habagat wind. All rooms have wide view of the beach, ours specifically had direct access to the spacious balcony. Since it's located in the back beach, it was extra quiet and peaceful.

We booked here for four nights and the place was peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. We actually extended in boracay for 3 more days and we decided to still stay here. Ate Aisa the owner of the resort is kind and she made sure we had a nice stay in the resort.

2021 Travel -Absolutely outstanding beachfront resort”
Stayed only for 1 night. Upon arrival I were warmly welcomed by Miss Aisa. It has a complete amenities like hot shower, clean toilet, television, A/C. and electric kettle. There were cute dogs everywhere. The beach is located on the other side of Boracay were you can watch kitesurfing. 10 minutes walk from D'mall. I would stay here again.

Clean, peaceful place”
I have been to Boracay many times with friends/family and this was my first time to travel solo. I wanted a place where I can be away from the noise and crowd of white beach. I found this in the website and was immediately drawn to it! Now this resort/hotel, is quite far from the white beach, but because I am one who doesn't mind taking a walk, I appreciated the commute. The road isn't as pleasant, as it is under construction--so expect a bumpy road and friendly neighbors on the street. You may opt to ride the e-trike for 100php but walking only takes 10 mins! The rooms are absolutely spotless! Water pressure in the shower wasn't a problem, and of course, the cool breeze on this side of Boracay is enough to get you cozy, unless you wanna use the A/C. I had a balcony, so I like that I get to eat my breakfast there and take a sip of my perfectly brewed coffee. Aisa is an absolute super host and I would definitely go back and recommend this to friends.

Peaceful place in Bora. ”
The staff are really nice. The room is really big compared to other hotels. If you are looking for quiet place to stay this is the perfect resort in Boracay. But if you like the party area, this is quite a walk. Overall, would recommend this place. They have dogs too! 😊
