The best hotel!”
This AJ Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in many different countries. It can be rated to be 4 start hotel with reasonable price. It is in nicely located very close to the fast train station and some nice restaurant nearby. Being 14-16 floors all the rooms have nice views of the region. Breakfast included was nice with a good choice of western and Chinese style foods. All the staffs were nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The facilities is good and very clean. The room for 4 is also very spacious. There is a shopping mall directly below and very near to train station. A good catch on this hotel.

Exceptional”
We stayed here for 4 nights and we love the design of the room especially big windows overlooking skyline of hsinchu with the running speed train, slow train and nearby mountains in the background. The room have plenty of plug outlets and a bonus of usb ports on the headboard. An electric toilet bidet seat is a ++. The staff were very helpful I really don’t mind poker faces as long as they are attentive to what we requested and they did so. Location wise, transportations are accesible, variety of restaurants nearby. The only letdown is the breakfast. It was monotonous.

Very short ... but enjoyed stay”
Only stayed for one night (9pm to 9:30am next day) but I would call this hotel a "gem". Loved the stylish interior design, friendly staff, and a pleasant surprise - not only breakfast but also night snack (supper) included - authentic and yummy Hakka soup balls! It's right opposite the railway station in Hsinchu - and that was the reason I chose this hotel despite a stretch of my budget (I travelled from the southmost tip of the island, Kenting, in late afternoon, and needed to stay overnight near Taoyuan Airport to take a late morning flight next day - all I needed to do was to pull my luggage across the overhead pedestrian bridge to the hotel). It was value for money despite the very short stay - if not because of the flight, I wished I I could stay in my guest room a bit longer to do work with my laptop with great comfort.

Cozy and convenient”
Location was convenient ( 2 min walk from high speed rail ). Breakfast was sumptuous and free late night meal was absolutely delectable (we had local Hsinchu rice noodles and meat ball soup before getting rest, really tasty). The room was cozy, they even prepared special bed and cute bear doll for our child ,will love to stay here next time visit hsinchu.

Superb location and clean room”
Near to high speed rail and local MRT. Walked about 5 minutes via the linked bridge, no worries about rain or shine. Take the lift from 2nd floor to 1st floor and walked about 2 minutes to hotel. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is very clean too. Hotel provides good breakfast and provides daily supper at 930pm too.

Close proximity to train station”
Is a newly completed building. The hotel occupy the top few floors and below is shopping centre and offices. Is just next to the high speed rail and their local rail. So is very convenient. Is a new building. So no complains about cleaniness or state of the rooms. But breakfast selection is a bit limited. The room does come with complimentary night snacks. Would stay here again for next business trip.

there are many perks in this hotel - supper, large (i mean LARGE) movie screen for viewing, many phototaking opportunities, and a large room to boost. Also near the station so getting in and out of the area is not an issue. Would recommend

The facilities in the hotel are good enough for business trip. It also closes to high speed rail station. I also recommended library stations at each floors for a relaxing moment.

New but doesn't seem worth the price”
Pros: Staff were very helpful and nice. Location's great, right next to the station. Cons: Weird smell in the room, probably due to new furnishing. There are still markings on the glass or tiles from furnishing. Heater not functioning, but nice staff brought portable heater to the room. Everything is new but looks cheap, no luxurious feel to the room for this price.

This is a new hotel. Staffs are friendly. Hardware not totally ready for use. Transportation is good if you take high speed train. But far away from city. I would recommended if take high speed train.

Needs more time”
When I checked in...only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. The heat in the room did not work...then found out the hot water in the bathtub didn't work.....had to switch rooms, second rooms heat did not work but had a space heater by then. The hotel is not fully complete yet and it is painfully obvious they have opened to soon. Location is only good if you want to get to the high speed rail..otherwise..not to good. Breakfast was ok but the staff hovered over you to the point of it being creepy. They better get their act together quick or they will not be around long.
