The location is good, we just walk around 7-8 mins from the bus stop. The room is perfect and clean. also all of things are quite good. I know that they just maintenance 1-3 month. The breakfast is great - a Japanese style. the host is nice and kindly. Simplify english chat is ok.

Horrible Experience”
Due to the flight delay, we call the front desk we will be late check-in. NO ONE speak English, only Japanese!!! We try our best to explain we will be late but at the end, he "shouts" in the phone "only Japanese!!" (direct quote), then the phone ends. We rush from Kansai airport to the hotel via crazy fast driving and still arrives over 11pm a little bit, and everything is closed. We cannot check-in at the end and force to find another hotel, which is located in Wakayama, i.e. need to drive backwards in terms of direction. This is the first day of our family trip, and this hotel lets our trip start with a horrible experience.

Pleasant stay”
Nice and clean room. Breakfast is great! We enjoy the breakfast the most. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It locates on the slope. As we took public transport, it was quite tiring to carry our heavy suitcases to the hotel. Hot bath is a bit small. A good choice if you don’t have much budget.

先日4人グループで泊まりに行きました。 4つのベッドが並んでる部屋を予約しました。 一見、とても清潔感があり広々としたお部屋ですが、細かく見るとホコリが積もっていたりしたため、神経質な方には気になるところだと思います。あと、冷蔵庫が4人の部屋にしては小さすぎました。 ホテル内の温泉は空いているとのんびり入れるかと思いますが、浴槽がかなり狭いため、知らない人と入るとなると気まずい感じがしました。他の人と会わなさそうな時間帯を狙って入るのがオススメです。車があるのであれば、近くの温泉に行く方がいいと思います。 ロケーション的には歩いて10分以内に砂浜に出れますのでよかったです。 悪いことを書き連ねましたが、個人的には泊まりやすい旅館であったと思います。 是非、泊まられる際の参考にしてください。

チェックアウトの準備中に震度5の地震がありビックリしてたら、スタッフが直ぐに部屋に安否確認に来てくれました。地響きがしてたのでスタッフも怖かったと思いますがスタッフの声かけでここに宿泊して良かったと思いました。

アドベンチャーワールドから近くてたすかりました。 お風呂のお湯がヌルヌル系でとても気持ちよかったです、子連れでしたがお部屋でもゆったりすごせました、朝ごはんに子供分を用意して頂くのを連絡し忘れてしまい困っていましたら、即席の可愛らしい子供用の食事を用意してくださいました、迅速な対応と心遣いに感動しましたし、とても美味しかったです。 スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです。

想像以上のコスパの良さ！”
大人3人と子供1人でとてもリーズナブルな価格のしかも朝食付きで予約させて頂きました。 お部屋は正直少しお掃除が甘い所もありましたが、多少古さはあるもののリノベーションされており広さも十分で、エアコンも最新式で快適に過ごせました。お布団は自分達で敷かないといけないのは少し大変ではありましたが、必要以上にお部屋に人が出入りされないのは、気兼ねがなくて私達はむしろよかったです。 温泉もあって、広さはそこまで大きい訳ではありませんので4〜5人同時に入ると気まずい感じはあるかもしれませんが、熱すぎずとろみのあるお湯でゆっくり浸かれてスベスベになります。ミラブルのシャワーが使えたのもちょっと良かったです！ 朝食は和定食で、小鉢で数品が綺麗に並べられていて美味しく頂きました。子供にもサービスで飲み物やお味噌汁目玉焼きを出して頂き、ありがとうございました。個人的には大変かと思いますが連泊した場合には少しでも内容に変化をつけてもらえたら、より嬉しかったかなと思います。 一点だけ、駐車場が他の宿泊者の方々のマナーや停め方次第で少し困ってしまう事があったので、それは分かりやすく周知してもらえたらと思いました。 トータルで私達は想像以上に満足して過ごさせて頂きました。また白浜へ行く事がありましたら、よろしくお願いします。ありがとうございました。

長旅だったので、温泉があって良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でした。 ただ、到着後に案内された第2駐車場がいっぱいで、結局建物前の駐車場になんとか停めることとなり、しっかり駐車場の台数管理をして欲しかったです。
