Al Massa - Not the best place to be.”
It’s not worth the money. Sure it isn’t a grand hotel but the cost is unreasonably high for the services provide and facilities available. Towels, fridge, heating kettle are things you need to ask for, which aren’t provided to you otherwise. There’s a limit to water bottles (four 330mL bottles per day) and towels (two per day). For breakfast/lunch/dinner, you will have to order everything. The hotel doesn’t provide anything. Even in the lounge, coffee wasn’t provided although they said that they do. The lights of the corridors in the 1st and 2nd floor remain dim until 4pm which gave the place a very creepy vibe. This is not a place I’d recommend for anyone and if they do want to find out about it, as a cautionary note, remember what I mentioned above.

The first thing I noticed in the room is , NO BOTTLED WATER OR COFFEE! NO SLIPPERS, INCOMPLETE PERSONAL HYGIENE WHICH SHOUD BE FREE because these are supposed to be included with the hotel room fee.

City Place Location”

Good Hotel”
This hotel is a nice hotel for singe, couple or family stay. I have stayed there a few times and the staff is pretty nice. The rooms are fairly clean and void of roaches and any other bugs. It's a good safe place to rest. There is no breakfast and i didn't experience any dining, but food is easily accessible, if you have car. No gym or pool that i saw. Just short stay and the basics. Overall a nice hotel.

we stayed for one nighte, the place is quite and with big spaces in roomes and parking area. you have to book an extra bed befor you book the roop because they have a very limited no. of extra beds.

Pros: Unfortunately It is the cheapest room you can get in ALAIN Cons: No internet in rooms, drinking water is available in cheap small cups rather than bottles, no kettle, smoking smell in non smoking rooms. No tooth brush, neither toothpaste (you have to pay for it). Staff don't know how to deal with customers. It deserves to be 1 star hotel.

The room area is large enough. Some problems in the room: Can't control the AC system, it was very cold. Can't switch off the main light (no switch) except by switching off the whole room. TV signal is very bad and the WIFI signal is weak.
