We've Been To A Number of Hotels and Al Seef Has Been The Best!”
It was actually our second time to come to Al Seef and the place had never failed to please us! The hotel is a very family-oriented from the facilities to the staff and the place itself! The check-in time was very busy, but despite that, the reception staff remained calm, solving things in a very respectful and patient manner (I accidentally overheard a mild complaint that did not actually require shouting but the client was shouting at the top of his voice and throwing all insults to the staff :( ). The 2 Filipina staff were admirable. The gentleness of their voices were consistent. Unfortunately, I was not able to get their names to commend them. :( So far, among all the hotels we've been into in the whole UAE, Al Seef's pool is incomparable! It's the best and most kid-friendly pool we've been in! TAKE NOTE OF THIS. :) And there's more! The Indian lifeguard on duty on our first day was quite nice. But the Filipino lifeguard on duty on our second day was highly commendable! He caters very well to the needs of the customers, approaching them to check if they need something whenever he notices that they may. He is also very friendly, but stern (we do appreciate this at the time of the pandemic). He sees to it that the quota of swimmers doesn't go beyond the capacity of the pool but approaches people with politeness and hospitality. He is one guy who does not wait for requests; he anticipates for what the clients need even before the request. And he caters pretty well to any nationality! We fortunately got his name, and we want to thank Sir Ronel for catering to our needs and to the needs of others in a 5-star kind of way! Al Seef, you are the best. More power to all the staff!

Great place for Staycation”
If you want relaxation away from the busy city, then Al Seef Andalus Resort will be the best place for you. It is away from the noise of the city. It is a huge place. The staffs are very polite and approachable. Our room is very spacious and the bed is soft. It is clean. Wifi is everywhere, plus you have an access to a mall. It's called a village mall so it won't be that big but it has a grocery and restaurants inside so all your basic neccessities could be there if you just need something for yourself. The pool is so refreshing. It has a nice view. By merely looking at it, you will feel relaxed. It is a long and big pool and there's always a lifeguard looking for your safety. There's a jacuzzi also in it. There are a lot of restaurants inside the area so you have a wide variety of choices you cab choose from. You just have to walk to explore the whole place.

The Best Family Pool We've Ever Been Into In Abu Dhabi”
I highly recommend this resort and spa to those who are bringing their families to a staycation, especially those with younger kids who loves wallowing in pools - they're super great! The front desk staff are very, very friendly and accommodating. They cater to you with a smile and a non-intimidating tone, unlike in other hotels. The rooms are sooooo spacious. Aside from one hotel in Dubai we've been in, this resort and spa is one of the most spacious so far! And our kids had really a great time running around the room - 'coz that is how spacious it is! It was like we never left our home. Facilities? Cozy. The place? There's really a lot to see, especially at night. Convenience? the mall is just around the corner - like a walk 3 blocks away because it's the place's own mall. There's a playing area for kids to keep them engaged in activities. The balcony of our one bedroom suite was very spacious and our kids were really running all around without constraints of space! That is even besides the area of the room! Can't say anything not good. Stay here. You will surely love it.

We had been to various hotels in UAE and this hotel is the best. We love the location and idea of how the village was constructed it is very uniquely elegant. Actually we love everything about it! to be honest one night stay is not enough. Staffs are friendly and are very helpful. The pool is very exquisite and the walk like we are in the olden times is very fascinating. We had a one-bedroom suite with a terrace plus a pool view- it is one of the best too. Please just add more of the English channels for people like us who doesnt know and understand Arabic .. :) Thank you

Thank you for an excellent and stress free experience !! First time that i experienced that hotel staff would give a tour to entire resort .. The suite room are affordable , relaxing and all our needed things are being provided. A Quiet Place”
The place is relatively subdued compared to other destinations. It is idyllic even during the day. A night or two will do anyone good if you're seeking some quiet time. It is well within city limits but situated right where the hustle and bustle of the city won't disrupt your retreat. You won't be in want for things as the resort is also next door to a local mall which has a supermarket where you can practically find anything you need. The rooms are also equipped with a kitchenette which will allow you to prep meals as if you were at your own home.

I booked at Al Seef Resort and Spa for the Papal mass. I have been Dubai but was unaware that Al Seef existed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambience was excellent with feel of being in a European holiday destinations, with restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour and amenities. Will surely be back.

It is all in one resort .. you can spend all the time inside the resort. There is restaurant shops, cafe, chocolate bar and more. It is shops on the walk way. There is also a shopping mall with super market attached to it. I really spend a great time and i will come back again to it.

The hotel location in excellent !! Just 1 minute walk from Al Seef Mall. Also through the hotel you can have access to over 7-8 different restaurants. The bed room was comfy and the living room size is so spacious. In addition to the kitchen that comes equipped with different items. I will diffently go back soon.

Make sure your timing is outside of local holidays. Most of the time there were no more than 10 by the pools. Great restaurants within the complex and the Mall next door with everything you need.... a great place if you want a base or a quiet relaxing time.... taxis to anywhere are very cheap.....

Reasonably priced, 15 mins from airport approx, but also close to city and yas island, grand mosque (sort of in the middle of everything). Friendly staff! Good facilities, pool, gym. Right next to a little mall with a grocery store and Starbucks. Couldn’t ask for anything else! Bathroom could do with a better clean, but that’s just me being picky. Thank you! Try this place!
