The best value for money hotel in Saigon for me ”
Spa, Gym, Sauna, Steam bath, pool, rooftop bar, jacuzzi and the location is nice near Ben Than Market. The staff are awesome, very approachable. This room I took is a 5 stars for me, the bed, pillows, toilet, hair dryer and cable TV. Really nice to rest after a tour around Ho Chi Minh. Highly recommended. Take note that this room in in the Alagon d antique. Its different from Alagon City Hotel & Spa rooms.

The best value for money hotel in Saigon”
I highly recommend Alagon D Antique. I stayed in this hotel, moved to Bui Vien Street hotel after 2 nights and come back to this hotel again. Because I still prefer this hotel. Take note that Alagon City Hotel Spa and Alagon d'antique hotel & spa are different although they are the same company and same location. I prefer Alagon d antique.

Lovely hotel with lots of extras. ”
Loved the pool and spa although some parts a bit dated. And not much space to sit sometimes as shared between 4 hotels! But considering that it was never crowded. Afternoon tea was lovely added bonus. Breakfast was great. Big selection and good standard. Staff were lovely and always helpful. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Spa bath didn’t work, don’t think I’ve ever had a room anywhere where these have actually worked!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at a Alagon hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A special kudos to Marcus for his excellent service while checking in. Checking in & out is fast and easy. Owen, Dave & Long at the rooftop bar get 5 stars for their incredible attitude & friendliness. Alagon is lucky to have them. The run the bar like a well oiled machine. The rooms are very nice & the beds are comfy. Breakfast is awesome with lots of varieties of fresh food & fruits. You won't go hungry! Location is stellar. Just out of the backpacker area & throbbing music, yet in the heart of the city where you can walk everywhere. We got free massages thru Agoda. If you have the option, jump on it! Massage was great. Alagon hotels definitely has my heart & will stay again in a heartbeat.

Ultimate soundproof even in Level 1 near the street!”
Surprised by the soundproof window where we can't hear any noise from the street even we are facing the street view (unless there is horn from big vehicle) The hotels are being grouped together with other Alagon, so no matter you are in front of the back, you can still enter anywhere. So convenient! As this is a connect hotels, facilities at Level 11 also connected! Enjoy jacuzzi, outdoor pool and sauna (I got knocked by the hanging shelf when showering T.T) Breakfast is quite good, but I would rate Bad for Dim Sum and Asian soup. Suggest mushroom soup or pumpkin soup to match the buns. And check-in and check-out would need to wait a bit as they have only 3 receptions. Suggest to let the guest sitting and direct by concierge staff when front desk is ready to serve the waiting guest. There are too many papers being used, passport, invoices, deposit, etc. Suggest to create e-Form to record passport photo and get signature on iPad. (IT person like me feel like to propose haha!)

Nice clean hotel”
Breakfast hosts were rude such as they discriminately arrange your seat. The Saturday breakfast hosts gave my seat away to other people and made me sit in another building. I never experienced this at other large hotels. We just freely go to our tables without a hosts telling us where to go. I feel the breakfast hosts and staff lack the courtesy and non-discriminatory customer service that other grand hotels exhibit.

Strategically located in central hub of HCM. Easy access to Ben Tanh Market and Bui Vien Street. Room is clean and great with excellent facilities. Friendly staffs and worthy price. Definitely a good choice.

Wellness package and good breakfast ”
Good value for your money. Wanted a quiet room so opted for no windows to ensure would not ear any traffic noise. Wanted a bathtub and got it the second night. The staff are friendly and fast. Took 2 different types of massages (foot and body) the first night and only the body the second night. This was included in the price of the agoda package and it was a lot cheaper then purchasing at the hotel. The pool is nice, the jacuzzi is in the bar and there is a small cold pool beside it to refresh yourself. Someone was smoking a cigar at the bar and this kind a spoils the mood! The second night was great no smokers. Would recommend to try the omelette for breakfast. We ordered pizza one night and they only had pepperoni and Also liked pate de Paris Muffins Bananas Toast A lot of Vietnamese food that I didn’t try You get 2 bottles of water free so I suggest you go out and buy a big bottle of water a family mart near by. You can also eat at the food market that is easy to walk.

The room was a little gloomy, few years ago I have stayed in this hotel too. The breakfast during that time was excellent, but this time the breakfast are not as good as last time and quite a lot of foods was excluded. Hope to see some improvement on breakfast for my next stays.
