I went here for a retreat kind of weekend and I really enjoyed the time spent. Room were clean. The staff were very friendly from the receptionist, the driver and every single staffs that we walked by. The osen were perfect.

I love Alba Wellness as it offers free spa treatment and onsen session in the room rate ( which was quite affordable). The facilities are average, the surrounding environment is well maintained. This is the one of the best resort in Hue.

Fantastic Resort”
This resort is everything you would want for a retreat. They made our stay absolutely wonderful. The staff are well trained and extremely helpful. The activities are fun, high wire and zipline. The spa treatments are wonderful and the Onsen is a very nice experience. We will definitely return.

Perfectly couples trip”
No sight seeing to go do, so you can relax!!! But plenty to choose from at the resort so you do not get bored! Perfect balance for a relaxing escape from the city. Only down side is staff doesn’t know how to make cocktails, so plan accordingly.

Simply breathtaking”
We were a group of friends spending Tet together and couldn't have picked a better place. Especially because we arrived before the New Year, we had it practically to ourselves at first. The spa treatments are over-the-top wonderful, the facilities rambling, seemingly never-ending. Our morning and evening walks into the forest were divine. The springs are great - lots of diversity in terms of temperature. We didn't get sick of them once. The only drawback this place has is the food. It's not unpleasant, but it's nowhere near the quality of the rest of the experience. Will definitely be back though!

We had a good time at Alba, nice relaxing surrounding, has zipline/highwire and hotspring waterpark nearby. Included spa/onsen was a plus. However, breakfast was abit lacking compare to other resorts .

It's about a 30-minute driving from the center of Hue, so you will spend a lot of time here. The onsen area is rather good, the restaurant staff Madame Chau is very nice, especially Dung (and another with short hair but I dont know her name, sorry) However, the room is a bit small and the design is not suitable, so make it larger and have more space in the room.

Great, and then a bit disappointing.”
I had been looking forward to visiting the Alba Wellness resort for about 6 months. I'm not accustomed to staying in hotels at this price range, but because of the hot springs and spa treatment thought it would be worth splashing out. Yes, the bungalows are exquisite, the landscaping and architecture are brilliant and blend into the hillside without any distraction from the natural beauty. The spa is incredible and one of the best Onsens that I've ever visited. All these things make the place worth the price. Annoyingly, the staff were not trained to a level that I'd hoped for. I have stayed in less expensive places where the staff are far more intuitive. I am the type of customer who values their independence and doesn't need things shown to me like a baby. I felt the staff were pandering to person who had no ability to explore and discover for themselves. It surely can't be too difficult to make a quick assessment of a customer and realise they don't want to be mollycoddled

Fantastic stay at Alba; Thai chi, meditation, reflexology and facial all included in our fee. Gorgeous grounds - we loved the multiple pools with slides and swim up bar. We had a brilliant time here and spent our whole journey back figuring out when we could return! We also had the bamboo massage and were floating on air. Only thing - and it’s worth noting - food really isn’t 5* standard. Breakfast is very good (lots of choice and tasty/fresh), however, the restaurant at other times presented bland and once even cold food. I told both the waitress and the manager and it didn’t seem to phase them enough to give any compensation. Food is more like 2-3 star. Accommodation great value for money - food is overpriced and severely lacking. Despite this, it was still great. Take it in your stride and have a brilliant time. Maybe just order take out (-;

Fantastic wellness retreat”
This resort is set far away from the town, but is beautifully surrounded by trees and mountains. The hot springs, spa and onsen are highlights, and the bungalows are gorgeous. The real treat is just being out in nature. Excellent Vietnamese food at the restaurant, though breakfast could be improved.

Very nice and relaxing stay but the loud music is a NO GO”
Very nice and relaxing place with natural hot springs. A little bit far away from town (approx. 1 hour) but nicely done. the home grown organic food was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only one thing bothered us: there was loud music from the nearby amusement park (about 1 km away) - it was very loud and started in the morning till 10 PM. So difficult to enjoy the Onsen spa or the surrounding wonderful nature with that loud music always there. So before you book drop an email and to make sure there is no event with music during your stay.

屋内の温泉は、写真だけ切り取ると本当に日本にいる様な施設が整っていました。客室・屋内の温泉・スパはどれも清潔で、チェックイン時からスタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。 宿泊プランに含まれている温泉の利用時間がちょっと日本人にとっては短過ぎたので、無理を言ってもう一度利用させて頂きました。色々なリクエストに快く応じてくれた、スタッフのOanhさんに感謝です。 夕食はホテルのレストランでグリルサーモンを頼みましたが、これがとても美味しかったです。食前にサービスで付いたゴマ牛乳に、一緒に行った友人とはまってしまいました。朝食は少し種類が少なく、味もまぁまぁな印象です。 宿泊プランに含まれているジップラインやハイワイヤなどのアクティビティも楽しかったです。 フエ市街地から車で40分程と少々距離はありますが、無料のシャトルバスがあるので問題なかったです。 Thank you very much for supporting our stay, Ms. Oanh :)
