I came to Citadel Albatros based on my friends recommendations but it didn’t seem like they said .! The resort has a wonderful location wonderful design but the service was so bad till I complained Food was not so good .. lunch is a poor meal .. the food court has a wonderful view but its food is bad and so poor .. the breakfast in citadel restaurant is good .. the dinner in Tajeni restaurant is not good .. but the dinner in Golden Buddha is so wonderful so fancy The room service was so bad till I complained to the building manager Infinity pool has a wonderful view and its bar is so good but the DJ wasn’t so good The spa is excellent and Mr. Tamer the manager of the spa was so kind so decent Totally the resort is a good place with an excellent view but it miss QUALITY OF SERVICE

Amazing view/design ”
The location is amazing and very underrated, one of the best views and hotel designs across Egypt. Great beaches and sea pools, amazing swimming pools as well, one of which is an infinity pool and all pools are heated, 3 Jacuzzis were available and functioning well, pretty fun overall. The gym facility was pretty great and has all you would need to stay fit during a short stay (5-12 days) The night shows (around 8/9 PM) were pretty fun and amusing on most days, especially the Latina dancing. The food is pretty great on most days, although on some days it was a little bad when it comes to quality and taste, especially the seafood. Plenty of choices though and more than one cuisine. Tajin, which is a Moroccan restaurant cuisine is not great and has very small portions. The Asian restaurant food & portions are amazing. The hotel is cleanliness is above average and almost great. The hotel upper staff are extremely helpful, dedicated and professional especially Mahmoud at the reception desk, great thanks to him he was amazing, and Amira who was in charge of the cuisines and the "special restaurants " facilitation, she was the most amazing helpful person across the hotel, however, the front line staff especially the waiters are unprofessional. The hotel has plenty of external activities to do (yacht trips, islands trips, beach buggies, etc) but a bit overly priced.

Best location on the Red Sea”
Excellent location, amazing design, I wasn't very impressed with the food though(specially dinner, and fresh juice in breakfast, maybe I got used to Mexico and Punta Cana style, lots of sale people come to you on the beach which gets annoying after a while...Reception desk staff so so...Also, we have noticed during our stay that the whole staff are males even room service, restaurants and reception, which we found odd...

Grand et bel hôtel. Chambres propres personnel super gentil et souriant. Le moins la nourriture sans trop de goût mais y a du choix. Vs pouvez voir les poissons de près. Malgré le nombre de chambres, hôtel très calme. Mais il faut beaucoup marcher. Ce qui est bien.

ابخل وأسوء ادارة فندق”
الفندق موقع ممتاز وكان يستحق أكثر من هذا لولا ادارة فاشلة يقودها صاحب المكان جعل منه الاسوء بعد أن كان من اجمل فنادق الغردقة .النظافة صفر المطابخ صفر مصاعد عطلانة وابخل خدمة غرف وابخل مطاعم ..علما بأن كل العمالة بهم في قمة الأخلاق والآداب ولكن اطبخ يا جارية كلف يا سيدي وسيدي هنا بخيل فلا تتوقع منهم خدمة فايف ستار بل لا يستحق نجمة واحدة.ك اكل وخدمات... هو كافيهات فقط علي البحر ومطعمه بناموس شرس .. تجربة هي الاسوء لو قارناه ب شتيجنبر أو البارون لا انصح به
