Mind-blowing, thats all I can say. We were upgraded to a sea-facing room and the views were breath-taking. We bought an all inclusive deal, the meals extensive with many restaurants to choose, drinks unlimited, entertainment every night, kids entertainment and facilities well catered, too much to mention. There are many activities for adults to pay from the guys that are promoting/selling eg parasailing, quad biking, snorkeling, jetski, etc. I had an awesome time, went parasailing, snorkeling (first time), wish I had more time for other activities. First time in all my holidays abroad, we wish to revisit a place again, and this is definitely the hotel I want to be again. You will not regret your stay here, You have to be here to experience it all

Unfassbar schlecht! Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel! Das Essen war ungeniessbar und wir wurden alle krank!!! Achtung Abzocke beim Hotel-Arzt! Dieser will eine Spritze geben und man muss unterschreiben danach gibts die Überraschung bei der Rechnung! Teilweise 600€ für die Behandlung! Aus dem Abfluss des Zimmers kam Kotze hoch von irgendjemandem. Kein neues Zimmer bekommen! Es wurde zum Glück gesäubert da ich lautstark gedroht habe! Beim Ausckecken keine Mail-Adresse hinterlegen, da sie so Fake-Bewertungen machen können! Bleibt weg von hier, weit weg! NIE WIEDER!!!

Highly recommend for any family with kids that ar 15 and younger….so much to do and to keep them entertained. Younger children can roam freely and safely within the compound and get food and snacks as they please at this all inclusive resort. The Resort Manger Khalid E. Was helpful in arranging the hotel limousine to take us to the airport at check out…bravo for running a great facility.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel! Essen war sehr gut insgesamt 3/4 Restaurants sehr abwechslungsreich! Jedoch waren die Getränke vorallem Cocktails nicht unser Geschmack und es gab z.B. kein Cola oder Fanta sondern Alternativen wie Pepsi und Orange.. Personal war mega, alle sehr bemüht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel vorallem für Kinder sehr geeignet viele Spielmöglichkeiten und Abendshows. Der Pool und der Strand Strand sind sehr schön und sauber! Zimmer war auch schön und sauber, mit Regendusche :) Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen :)

The whole design and engineering of the resort is a masterpiece, with everything comfortable. All-inclusive service makes you fully relaxed. The only complaint is that the beach bar was extremely noisy and they didn't stop making noise until 11pm.
