Very comfortable stay”
Had pajamas and towels and other toiletries. Only one staff spoke english and he wasnt there all the time but thats okay. In an interesting part of town, 20-30 min walk to the train station. Staff were friendly and held our luggage because we couldnt check in beforehand.

Good location, clean room, good staff service”
We stayed here for 1 night only. Room is not that big but very clean. Staff has excellent service. Location is okay, we can park our car just in front of the hotel. However, if they lower a bit for the parking price, it will be perfect. Overall, worth the money to stay here for 1 to 2 nights if people are visiting Akita area.

Overcharged by Agoda”
This hotel was excellent, but Agoda overcharged me by a lot. The equivalent of $20. When filing a complaint Agoda gave me the runaround until I checked out. Then there was nothing I could do. It would have been cheaper booking the hotel directly myself. Which I think I will do from now on. This is the second time they overcharged me for a hotel booking.

it was good, the hotel was close to several local restaurants but most of the nearby restaurants are only open in the afternoon around 5pm. the 24hr convenience store is about 10mins walking from the hotel. the town or shopping centers were a further away, perhaps 30mins walking. so by taxi, you have to spend more around 1,200yen one way from hotel to the town. the hotel has a restaurants which i never tried as its quite expensive. you should expect that most of the things in your room are in japanese, but if you need help, the hotel staff are quite attentive and very friendly, they have english speaking staff so communication should not be the problem.

普通のビジネスホテルです。駅からは少し遠いです。思い出そうとしても悪印象も好印象もあまりなく、普通です。値段もそこそこだと思います。居酒屋や、飲食店の多い地域なので飲みに行く人には便利かと思います。

駅からは少し遠いですが、空港バスのバス停が近く、空港から直接行くには便利。 真向かいに「秋田県が全部食べられる」居酒屋があり、ここがまた良いお店でした。
