Great location”
Stayed in 3bdr apartment on 8th floor. Swimming pool was on this level but was closed for most of our stay due to recent Ash fall from Taal Volcano. Location was excellent with Greenbelt 1 a maximum 5 min walk. Loads of restaurants and coffee places near by. Apartment was clean especially the bathroom. Cleaners come every 2nd day of stay who change towels amd take out trash. However when they clean, they leave main door open so when we can home, we found a mosquito and huge cockroach in the apartment which wasn't there previously. (Garbage Chute) is literally right across the room door. But other than that, I couldn't fault Alcoves 10.

Great location, facilities, and staffs”
The apartment is located at CBD of Manila and super convenient and clean. You can go nearby very safe to buy foods, drinks and to go to restaurants or coffee shop 24 hours. The staff of Alcoves is quite thoughtful and helpful, and welcoming my families even late at night owing to flight delay. Everything is well prepared in the apartment with illustrated instructions for use, and all electric alliances are morden and new. The clean service is every 2 days so that we can get up late each odd day.

D building is close to Greenbelt mall. The unit is clean. The cleaning crew services the unit every other day to include changing d bedsheets, cleaning d bathroom, kitchen, living room. It looks neat n spacious cuz of d mirrors n white paint.. Food places to go to even in evening. Mini marts are also close by.

Great value for money large room in Makati”
Alcoves 10 - A well priced room to house up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with Greenbelt literally just a short walk around the corner. The living spaces are quite narrow but the rooms are great for accomdating large groups. The room has a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. The room is on the 8th floor which is the floor the pool is on, so can just walk straight to the pool at the end of the hallway. This room is part of the Greenbelt Parkplace building and the hallways often smelled as the garbage chute door was left open. Not an alcoves problem, but something the building managers need to fix. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the Alcoves team responded to the issue instantly and had someone around the very next day. Cannot fault the service we received from the Alcoves team, they were all 10/10 to deal with!

I won’t recommend this place. The building is already old. The elevator is way too hot! My suites floor level was filthy! You can see it in the walls. The hall way was dark, no lights! My suites isn’t the same as advertice in the picture. Too small! Great for dwarf and skinny people. All bedrooms doesn’t lock for privacy. See through glass wall in one bedroom. Some windows are retired or broken. Utensils, pots, pans and etc. Definitely need to retire! Example, spoons & forks, wiggely and almost falling off from its handle. We have to open the bottom drawer for the stove to turn on. The bed is hard and like sleeping in the floor.

2 days in Makati City”
Compliment to the staff! Easy to contact, easy to receive answers in a fast way. Who travel, expecially with small children, appreciate this. The apartment is good enough for 5/6 people. Kitchen is wide and all you need for preparing food is there. May be it coule be better to check quantities of plates, glasses, forks, spoons and cups becuase 4 of each there are but if you need more it is a little problem. There are rooms, in one a bed with two places and in the other with 3 places )bunk bed). A sofa can be used as a bed if necesary. TV with large screen, cable TV and wifi connection.A little bathroom with shower. The apartment has linen, towels and soap so in case you don't have yours, you can also use them. It is clean but some little ants are in the bathroom (and the floor is 18). Location is fantastic, few minutes walk from Greenbelt shops, Landmark and Glorieta mall. It is also available a pick up and drop off service from/to NAIA. Our stay there was short but absolutely without any trouble.For sure in my future Manila visites, I will stay in an Alcoves apartment.

Alcoves 11 was a modern 1 bed unit that was well maintained. The other Alcoves units were older, of a lower standard and not as well maintained as Alcoves 11. So I was scheduled to move into a 2 bed unit with them , but on inspection of the apartment I refused to move in and asked to move back to the 1bed Alcoves 11. After much arguments and to and fro the manager agreed. If you like modern furniture and ambiance it's only Alcoves 11.

I was traveling with my elderly father, sister and cousin. The first floor bedroom worked well for my father and the rest of us slept upstairs. The washing machine came in handymas we had been traveling and needed to wash some clothes. I would definitely consider this apartment if I were in Manila again. Management was easy to contact and make arrangemsnts with.

Found the decor a bit 'bright,' but that's just my personal taste. Apartment had all kitchen things etc. I didn't like the code lock on the door -- would prefer smart card that can be changed when a guest checks out. Location is fantastic if you have meetings in Makati, and easy access to lots of great restaurants and pubs.

Great location and decent room”
The building has a very good location in Palanca (beside some pubs and nice restaurants). It is quite old so it has some smell in the lobby and in the corridors, but the he room is nice and as expected from the pictures. It seem to be well maintained. A lot of TV channels, complete kitchen stuff (though we did not use it), complimentary water and coffee. Mattress is ok though the blanket is in unusual material and quite thin. The staff is friendly and we had a smooth early check-in. Recommended and will stay here again once I go back in Makati.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with all the facilities kitchen laundry etc. 5-10 minutes walk to Greenbelt 5 and then 5 minute walk to Landmark. Plenty of food places to eat and mini mart just up the road. Anton our contact at the apartment was great as he would reply to your emails with any concerns within 30 mins. Highly recommend this apartment. Pool area was amazing even tho we didn’t swim but chairs to sit on with friends.

Pleasant & comfortable stay”
As expected of an Alcoves apartment, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything worked in the apartment. It's close to Greenbelt and Glorietta, which makes shopping and dining very accessible. The only downside is a potential danger from the raised the living room & bedroom, which could put you off balance if you're not familiar with or used to living in this apartment. We would suggest putting markings on the floors to highlight the split level, especially in low light.
