All of it. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The place is pristine. Good location on the Duval Loop. We are not gay but felt right at home. Met the most interesting people! Plus, we slept like babies!

Superior accommodations in a beautiful setting matched by a friendly and helpful staff. A delicious breakfast was made to order each morning. Convenient bike rentals on site to tour the island. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommend.
