Hotel provides free shuttle transport to Jungceylon mall and Patong beach. Hotel room designed with modern and colourful, room clean by hotel staff everyday to ensure that guests stay in comfort. Staff of hotel friendly help and well understand English language. Free WiFi service provided in hotel room. Top roof of hotel build with swimming pool, it provided relaxation for guests. Family mart store is located next to Alfresco hotel, it is convenient store for Alfresco hotel guests. I will come back to Alfresco hotel stay again.

great hotel but not so nice location.”
alfresco phuket hotel is well worth the money spent, rooms are clean and have a very nice modern feel with great colour combination-red and white. i also like the see throught glass window at the bathroom which i think its good for couple or lovers. breakfast selection are very little but the foods are still very nice. the hotel frontdesk staffs are very very outstanding with excellent quality customer services! they even have thir own tuk tuk services in red and white, which they provide one way shuttle service to locations like jungceylon and locations near the patong beach. the only thing which i don not like is the location. by foot, be exepected to walk about 20 mins to the nearest attraction which is jungceylon shopping centre. as the hotel only provide one way shuttle services, i would advised people take tuk tuk or taxis back to the hotel even its a bit costly for a 5 mins ride. the hotel shuttle services ai only for 10am to 5pm. but overall i am very happy with my stay in alfresco phuket hotel.

great hotel with a warm welcome”
being our fifth trip to patong in 2 years we decided to stay at a different hotel than the usual one. after trawling the forums for gf hotels we started to search some for prices, when alfresco popped up on agoda at a massively discounted price we decided to go for it. all of us where anxious on the way to the hotel thinking how it would compare to the hotel we usually stay in, upon arriving at the hotel i could see my friends faces light up when seeing how plush the hotel was. within 20 minutes we where checked in and sat in the pool with a beer looking out over patong!! hotel staff are very friendly, all rooms are brand new and cleaned everyday. mini bar in the room, only about 20bht more than family mart prices. all rooms are no smoking. free wifi in your room or computer in the hotel lobby!

Alfresco hotel is great! It was our first trip to Phuket and my friends and I didn't know where to head to. There is a tuk-tuk service that provides free transportation to patong beach or jungceylon. Man, the tuk-tuk is very funky and special as the other hotels provided vans instead. And it was very convenient for us since we do not know the directions. And we loved the room! It was clean and the toilet was very spacious! Each time we come back or leave the hotel, the receiptionists never fail to flash their wide smile! We were really happy with the hotel and services overall. Will definitely come back!

Nice Budget Hotel”
Stayed at Alfresco Hotel Phuket from the 17-19th of January 2013. For a budget hotel, the interior exceeds my expectations; it looks the same as the pictures that you will find online. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly, sweet and nice. (Especially a lady at the front desk. She’s very helpful and nice. On our second day, our pick up for island hopping was late for more than 30 minutes, she came up to us and asked us if we needed any help to call the agent. Very thoughtful of her.) Wifi connection: Good and fast. Life saver! Bathroom: very big and spacious. But we had problems with the toilet. It was overflowing and they were fully booked and we had to use a toilet on the lobby on the 2nd morning. That was the most annoying part of our trip. We requested for another room on the 18th morning but nothing was done even when we got home on the 18th evening. Imagine coming home to an overflowed toilet. It was disgusting. Finally on that night, someone fixed it and it was ok and thank god we were out the next morning-transfer to Krabi. Bed room and sheets: Clean. No stains. TV: Great, they’ve got good channels. My bf was especially ecstatic because they has a 24 hours MUTV dedicated to Manchester United Football Club that screened everything MU. Breakfast: Did not try, we prefer eating the local food. Swimming Pool: Did not use it as we were quite busy with other activities, did have a look at it, looked nice. View from the room: We were facing the road with a building under construction on the opposite. We weren’t in the room much, so, i guess it’s ok not to have a good view. It wasn’t too noisy during the day or at night. I did realise that there was partying till the wee hours of the morning, but it wasn’t that bad or very noisy and I did get a good night’s sleep. Quality of the bed and pillow. Mattress was a bit hard but good. Like i said, had a good night’s sleep.

Trendy, new hotel with amazing staff”
We really enjoyed Alfresco. It had only been open for 7 days when we stayed there, but we wouldn't have guessed that because everything ran very smoothly. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The lobby/lounge is open and very trendy. The hotel has a great infinity edge pool on the roof, with nice lounge chairs. Unfortunately though, the view was not good and there was construction all around. The air conditioner in our room was leaking and we didn't know until the next day. When we woke up in the morning, our stuff underneath the A/C was wet. My camera was dripped on all night and it no longer works. I got really sick while staying in Thailand and the staff at Alfresco went above and beyond. Pae (whose family owns Alfresco) was so incredibly kind to me. He drove me to a private hospital in Phuket Town, waited while I was treated and then drove me back. He didn't charge me and wouldn't accept payment. He did everything he could to make sure I was okay. He was so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great service, sweet room, average location”
It was a little hotel tucked into a main street of Phuket. About a 20min walk away from Patong Beach (assuming you know the way). A nearby eatery (400metres, International Food Centre) was a good place to eat. Right downstairs was a Family Mart where you could get water and some snacks. The room had a well priced Minibar. A 200ml (I think) of Red Johnny Walker was 250BHT. Free water was included. Bed was huge (King). Toilet was big enough for us to dance in. Hot water, safe, mirrors even made you look thinner. My partner loved it. The reception for the TV was not very good, but hell, I dont watch much TV when on a holiday. The pool was small and cosy. Beach chairs were clean, but no towel service though. You'd have to bring your own from the room. Breakfast was fair. Freshly cooked eggs the way you wanted (scrambled, omelette, sunny sides). A good toaster with thick sliced bread. Fresh bananas and fruits. Pancakes, coffee, tea, and fresh juices. The hot section had pasta and some hot dogs. Taxi service was available right at the door step. The only downside was the walk to Patong or the drive to Karon & Kata. Transportation in Phuket is expensive. It cost me 700BHT to the airport, 900 for a round trip to Cape Phromtep. If you are look for a good priced hotel in Patong, you can consider Alfresco. If you are look for a good beach to rest and chill, Karon or Kata is the way to go.

Stunning hotel with central location in Patong”
we were truly impressed with the amazing service we received at alfresco. a stunning modern hotel with beautiful rooms which is really affordable (breakfast included and it's delicious). we were able to arrange our airport transfer from home before the time via email so that we don't have to stress about that when arriving. the rooftop pool is amazing with some incredible views of patong city. make use of the hotel's free tuk-tuk service to some of the main areas and the beach in patong. the hotel is very central so you can walk to jungceylon mall or to the famous soi bangla. incredible staff! so friendly, we felt right at home here. we definitely recommend this hotel to young couples travelling. thank you again to all the staff at alfresco!

Booked d suite room for 3nughts. i must say that it was a pleasant stay with balcony for us to smoke. Comes with bathtub too. Clean & big room. Breakfast was not bad. Different choices everyday. Tuk2 service provided by the hotel to Patong beach , Bangla Rd n d mall . Would definitely come back n stay here again when we visit Phuket . Thank you Alfresco Hotel for making our first trip to Phuket a mwmorable one.

It had been a wonderful experience staying at alfresco phuket hotel. Free upgrade to the suite room when there is no more grand deluxe room available. The toilet and room is spacious and clean with good view of the mountain. Free Tuk Tuk is availabe to go to the nearest jungceylon shopping centre. walking distance to patong beach from jungceylon. The stuff attend to my request immediately. You can arrange trips to explore right at the hotel. The breakast is nice and there is a 24 hr convenient store just beside the hotel. highly recommended for someone who want cheap and clean hotel.

A great hotel with good location & friendly staff”
Stayed here for 4 nights when me and my girlfriend visited Phuket last November for a holiday and I was glad to have chosen Alfresco for our stay. The staffs were attentive from the start during our check-in and they also assisted me in my planning of a proposal to my girlfriend. Hotel was good and clean and rooms were similar to what we see in the picture on hotel's website. Breakfast was also alright and had different variety everyday. Hotel's location was also near to one of the largest shopping central in Phuket, the Jungceylon mall. It was supposed to be a short 5-10minutes walk but wasn't too good as there was construction going on on the roads of Phuket, seemingly trying to fix the roads on the canel which made it difficult for us to walk to and fro from hotel to the shopping centre. Nevertheless, the hotel location was still a good one with local massages and restaurants just at the doorstep. Recommended for couples and families too as the rooms are big and spacious!

A well-designed hotel with friendly staff”
I stayed in this hotel for 4D3N. I reached this hotel at 7am as my flight arrived early at Phuket. The check-in time is 12pm so I couldn't check in to any rooms yet. My family and I was so tired that we slept on the sofa at the lobby. I was so touched that the receptionist was so kind that she took some pillows and gave them to us so that we could have a better rest while waiting for room to be checked in. After a few hours of rest, the receptionist woke me up politely saying there is a room for us to check in as there were people who checked out early. The receptionist gave me the largest room which is a clean, spacious and well-designed room with 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. A safe box is provided in the room for us to keep our valuables when we are not in the room. There are a lot of TV channels of different languages for us to choose from in the room. The receptionist was so kind that she helped me to negotiate the price of the tour packages of Phuket with the tuk-tuk driver so that I could travel in Phuket at a cheaper rate. I was impressed by the large and clean rooftop swimming pool which was really nice and so my family and I had spent some good time in the swimming pool. The hotel also provides free tuk-tuk transportation to the nearby restaurants and shopping mall such as Jungceylon shopping mall which had helped to save our money. The breakfast was delicious and there are great variety of food for us to choose from. We could even order extra food from the kitchen without extra charges. There are some shops, restaurants and pharmacies besides this hotel so it is convenient for us to grab anything we need throughout our stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel if my friends want to travel in Phuket.

Small new hotel but great stay !”
our 4d3n stay at alfresco hotel was awesome. we were greeted warmly with welcome drinks and cold towels to freshen up. we also got a free upgrade to premier room. rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained with 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday. there's also complimentary wi-fi in the hotel. the hotel also provides free 1-way tuk-tuk ride to jungceylon mall, patong beach and otop market (all of which are within walking distance). there's a small family mart that opens 24hr beside the hotel and a restaurant, maelarn which serves awesome thai food approx 50m away. there are some construction works going on in the vicinity of the hotel, so it can be quite dusty at times. overall, our stay was a comfortable and pleasant one.

Great location with lovely smile”
Alfresco Phuket Hotel is quiet good and suitable for traveller to stay. Location is nearby the patong beach. The area of the patong beach have a lot of visitor come, it is very lively. This hotel quiet nice, room clean and comfortable. Onet thing that is their breakfast,no alot of choice, but tasty too. The important thing is the smile of all staff. Whatver u are doing, when they see u, they will smile with u, this is the special thing they have. I love this hotel and their staff so much.

Incredible room for even more incredible price! ”
I was EXTREMELY impressed with this hotel. For under $20 USD a day, I wasn't expecting much - so when I realized how huge my room was, and how well the interior was decorated (day bed, 4-post sleep bed, business desk, bathtub, balcony, modern color scheme/furniture) I was beyond impresed... to the point I calculated how much I'd have to work at my job to afford to live in the hotel for the rest of the year (6 months working would pay for 6 months there including food, fun, etc..). It's about 10 minutes walking from the hotel to Bangla, but they have a FREE tuk-tuk that will bring you pretty much anywhere in reasonable distance -- the beach, a certain bar/shop/street, etc. The pool on the roof is pretty cool, as is the lounge area - basically a huge putting green with "pod" shaped chairs big enough for 2 and large enough to wrap nearly around you, giving you privacy while letting you enjoy the sights at the same time. Taxis were available (but expensive -- 600 bath to get to the airport) right outside the door, as is a 7-11 convenience store, pharmacy, a REAL massage place (not an "extras" massage place, but one that locals actually go to)... the staff at Alfresco was awesome. Very friendly, got juice and a mint-smelling cold towel for me to cool down with when I checked in... overall, I give them an A++++++++++. I know where I'm staying the next time I come to Phuket!

2star room rate with 4star facilities & service.”
The hotel staff serve with smile and friendly, they free upgrading the room for us and the room was big and clean. I can said, the room rate is 2 star but the service and hotel facilities are 4 or 5 star. It's 10min walk to the famous Patong night market and shopping mall, 20min walk to the popular patong beach. Anyway the hotel provide Motorcycle rental service with cheaper rental at only 300TB per day, so its easy for you to go anywhere include other Beach at Phuket. Good and reasonable price Thai massage just next door to the hotel, so after the whole day activities you can go relax yourself and after massage you will definitely have a good sleep.

Simple clean hotel with good service”
Arrived and was able to check in immediately, service staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, room we got was the alfresco suite which was lovely but slight disappointment with the balcony area as it was facing a construction site so the curtains were drawn all the time. Tuk tuk service was provided during the day from hotel to 2 locations - jungcyleon shopping centre n patong beach. However no service back to the hotel but it is still within walking distance back to the hotel about 10-15 mins walk but there isn't a proper path way and we had to walk in the dark. So you might consider getting a tuk tuk back.. Service staff also assisted in helping us to book taxi to the airport which cost 750 Thai baht one way. The pool was pleasant although there were only few deck chairs..

Funky, accommodating staff, roof top pool”
This hotel pretty much fits within the budget range (based on prices I paid) and also in terms of what's offered. The Alfresco is about 7 months old and it seems there still working on bits n pieces to bring the hotel up to the standard of the funky design. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room (I received an upgrade from my deluxe booking), was fresh, contemporary with both bath and shower...2 showers actually! Daily complimentary water and tea/coffee fascilities were available. A convenience store was 2 seconds away and the roof top pool sufficient to cool down. What needs improving. TV reception average. In-room wi-fi unreliable and breaky was a tad sparse. The local shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away as is a local market for which I got a lot of my evening meals (i.e. what the locals eat). The hedonistic part of Phuket is probably a 10 minute walk and patong beach 12-15 minutes. If you want to be close to the beach I suggest elsewhere.

Quiet location and friendly staff”
i came to alfresco with my 4yr son. the staff were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. the hotel is only a 10min walk from junceylon center and the hotel provides a free tuk tuk service to the central areas. the rooms are cleaned daily and over all the price with breakfast was great value. we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to alfresco phuket.

THE POOL!!! <3 <3 <3”
We paid a fair price for this hotel, I especially love the blood pool on the rooftop, it was barely visited by anyone so you feel like you have the place all to yourself whenever you go there. The place was clean and maintained daily. The staff were professional but you feel at home since they're not required to wear uniforms or formal clothes, it's so casual you feel like they live there too. They can help you book your cab, and they offer tours there too, but we didn't take it since we already booked our own online before arriving. Everything was new and modern in the place, with a bachelor/homey touch to it. It was east to find and right outside were spas, 7 eleven and family mart. It was away from Bangla St tho, and that was where all the life and party is in Patong. Overall it was a goof stay in Alfresco.
