Facilities, food and people are very good”
Good work to the members of staff, facilities are on point, room was nice and clean. Some needs improvement like soap dish, clothes hanger in CR and pool area needs a anti-slip matting since stairs going to the rooms are near in the pool, floor was slippery when someone uses the pool.

Legazpi Trip”
Place was clean, front desk and house keeping was very efficient. The only reason I did not rate 5 star was our check out experience. Our flight was at 6:30 am , available shuttle was at 5:30. But they have to inspect the room first before you can check out. You have to wait for this before they refund your deposit, in our case, there was a blackout, they had to turn on the generator first before they inspected our rooms, which delayed our arrival at the airport.

I enjoyed the 3 day stay there but you should understand that this is older place. Small rooms no queen bed, but ok for me. Staff provided excellent service, extra towel, fixed the toilet seat, etc always prompt and efficient. Restaurant is very nice facility food was also good. The pool is small but clean and nice, water a little cold. Nice quiet place, would stay again.

Good Place To Be”
This was my second time at Alicia Hotel, my first being December 2013. On both occasions I had an enjoyable stay. I found the staff friendly and helpful and genuinely have nothing to complain about. The food served for breakfast was exactly that, a breakfast. Nothing too much on an empty stomach too early in the morning. Would I stay at Alicia Hotel again? Most Definitely!!!! And yes, I would strongly suggest Alicia as a hotel venue in Legazpi.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. I just noticed that the bedcover was torn and there was a black watermark stain in the toilet bowl. They do not provide water unless you ask.. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the complimentary breakfast was good especially the beef tapa. The staff was accomodating and they allowed us to have an early check in and even gave us a map of Legazpi to guide us around. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

A Taste of Convenience”
Location is the hotel's premiere advantage.. You can easily access public transportation at it's doorsteps. It's near the airport as well as the city's primary tourist attraction in Cagsawa and the Lignon Hill. It just feel odd when you have to cross the road every now and then to get to the hotels restaurant and reception area. A hassle when it rains like when we stayed there so we got wet when we went to have breakfast.. But the food in their restaurant is nice. My sister and I loved their "Shrimp Bicolandia". The family room is really big and spacious. But their windows' lock are not functioning. But not much of a worry It has grills anyway and high walls. And a 24 hour security at their gates. Just be mindful not to put your cellphone while charging near the window. Aircon is fine. Just be noted.. Wifi in our room (room 27) not functioning. Hope they can fix this. Shower took 10mins to heat, good thing we asked. The drainage in the shower room took minutes before the water subside. They also provided towels for the whole family. With soap but no toothbrush. Over all we had a good night sleep just enough for us to be energized for the next day's strenous activities we had. I will definitely book there again in our next visit to Legazpi.

Whenever my family and I are in bicol, we always stay at alicia's. We discovered the hotel only early this year. And we never go to any hotel after that. Pro's: Literally a few minutes from the airport. Offers pick up/delivery service fr the airport for free. Smooth check in/out Rooms are large enough for the 3 of us including all are luggages. Hot water in the shower always works. (Weve stayed in room 4 and 1) Bed is comfortable. Inclusive breakfast is good. Menu choices are affordable and delicious. Staff are courteous and helpful. Cons: No emergency medicines. (Paracetamol, Antihistamine, Pain reliever..) No kettle in room 1 ( but if you request for 1, they would immediately give you a thermos full of hot water) Would always go back to this hotel whenever

Everyone on staff goes out of their way to provide an excellent experience. The restaurant needs a new menu . There is a restaurant in a nearby hotel with excellent food. Also you can go to the Pacific Mall by tricycle for 50 pesos and get fast food. Staff and Security personnel excellent. Real close to the airport.

Value for Money Room”
The room was average in size with bathroom suite. The hotel was near the Legazpi convention Center and the Airport which was convenient for me at that time. Though the hotel was a 30min. ride to the city center. The hotel area is not frequented by taxi so I have to contend to tricycle transport. Unfortunately, when I was planning to go to Lignon Hill, the trike, I was informed was not capable of going uphill. The room was clean and the coffee shop was just across the driveway. The toilet I was booked had a low water pressure plus the fact that the hot water was not readily available during late night time. The room light was kinda dim despite turning on all the lights. Bath soap and shampoo was provided. Breakfast was average Filipino meal. The staff were very accommodating and polite. The door lock was slightly crude made which simulate the plastic swipe card. Overall the stay was generally satisfactory.

we went there around 9pm since we toured around bicol. early on, the hotel staff called us to confirm our stay which i found nice. the hotel room is a good size for four persons. the breakfast was included, a choice of american or filipino style. the food taste good.

Nice and cozy”
The hotel is good enough for a night. The room is clean and so as the toilet. The shower has no hot water so it is quite agonizing taking shower in cold water. Locationwise, it is nearby Embarcadero de Legaspi the reason why i choose the hotel. The staff were helpful and accomodating.
