Good Value; Xtra Resort Fee.”
Good Value for clean resort, and rooms are sizeable. Staff and front desk were polite. Located on International Drive close to Convention Center Exit #74A. Reminder: that if room is booked through a 3rd party online, there will be an extra resort fee collected at check in, but it is not excessive.

Great Hotel, excellent location”
A really great hotel in a very convenient location on International Drive. Very large and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi access. I Would definately recommend it to anybody planning to visit Orlando, irrespective of whether you are a business or leisure traveller.

Last minute stay. ”
The stay in the allure was great the only real issue was the room we stayed in was right next to the electric main or lift shafts so was noisy all night ( sounded like the fan was on all the time.) One of the nights of our stay we asked a member of staff could she reccomend somewhere to eat. When we selected the restaurant she told us we needed a taxi and that she would call one. Little did we know we were being ripped off as the taxi drive came in and paid her for calling and charged us a $14 fare to bring us just across the road.

The bed killed it”
When we pulled up to the Allure, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it seemed. Check in was very smooth, simply gave the girl my name and a card and was handed two keys. Parking was great, there are tons of spots around the tower and all are a quick walk to the elevators. The rooms are nice and large and the bathroom has some handy "soap dispensers" for the shampoo and body wash. Now what killed this hotel for us was the absolutely awful bed. The thing was harder than a rock and was near impossible to sleep on. Both nights were spent tossing and turning and we ended up leaving for home earlier than expected because of how tired we still felt on the second day of our stay. Unfortunately due to this, we felt this hotel was an extremely poor value and cannot recommend it.

Great value & location”
You pay $15 resort fee per night. Room smelled damp, I removed the smell melting sugar in the microwave. Big size corner room 1st floor. Clean. Bathroom door would not close. No bugs (I did look for them).Would stay again.

Convenient and Clean ”
Great resort, close to shopping and attractions. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only down side was the girls at the reception didn’t greet us, smile nor made any recommendations or interact during our check in.

Good, but they do not read requests, obviously....”
This was our second time staying at this hotel. It was very clean, no smells, etc. I requested the first floor when a reservation was made, and they put on on the 7th floor. This was not a problem until we returned from being out that evening to find the elevator out of order. My boyfriend has fibrotic lung disease and he is the reason why I asked for the first floor. So I went to the office to complain and perhaps get a different room, some compensation, etc. and all I got was "we're packed, try again tomorrow. You're staying for a few more days, right?" Seriously? Morning comes, elevator still is not fixed and now we're faced with having to leave and descend the stairs, and some random guy waves us down and tells us about the maintenance elevator. A random guy. So you know what? We took it. Apparently, other people were hip to this as well, because it was stopping at every floor on the way down. WHY the front desk didn't tell us about this option the evening before is unknown.

Vacations in Orlando”
I reserved the Allure hotel for 5 nights, but the night we arrived wasn´t room available so the front desk send me to the Metropolitan hotel. This hotel is not compared with the Allure, my reservations includes wifi but I paid to use wifi in the Metropolitan, there were bugs (coacroaches) in the lavatory and in the bathroom, there were no hot water, the rug was dirty, the elevator do no work well, and the stairs and elevator zone were too much dirty with garbage and was very old with no care of the painting and facilities. I paid for 5 nights in Allure but just received 4 nights and also I had to pay for the wifi.

Excellent”
Great large room. I was surprised with the size of the room and how nice it was for the price. Would definitely use again as I have monthly business events half a block down. This hotel is convenient to so much, stores, restaurants.

My Second Stay. 6 out of 10”
The property needs some refurbishment. The staff are not all as welcoming although I did not have any issues. No complaints about the front office staff. The cleaning staff need to acknowledge the guests more. We had a large room which had a very large flat screen tv. This was nice. The under desk fridge was neatly tucked away and worked very well. A small microwave oven worked well too. The coffee machine worked. The in -room safe did not work. The sleep number beds (2 queen sized beds in the room) did not work. Whereas I like a firm bed, not everyone would appreciate that. There was a large fixed glass window which could do with a cleaning. The room carpet look tired. The bathroom was clean and functional. The in house restaurant was closed. All around spacious. I appreciate that. I would stay there again and would recommend it as a good value room. However, I would not consider staying there at the listed price of USD 200.00 per night. In fact it would be a last choice at even 100.00 i am not sure how or why the property has the title of 'Resort'. However, it was clean and reasonably functional and suited our purpose, which was to be close to where we wanted to be at a bargain price.

Good location ”
It was conveniently located to discovery cove. There was a microwave and fridge in room which you don't find in many hotels unless you upgrade. Would suggest hair dryers in rooms. I would use this hotel again.

Somewhat disappointing”
The staff was rather rude and did not provide any information. Most of the hotel was not accessible as everything was closed when it was convenient. We had no access to the pool tables as the room was closed. There was no shade out at the pool. The breakfast buffet was not self serve. The elevator was halfway broken and they said they were waiting on parts. Even the pizza delivery guy would not deliver to the room because of the elevator. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable, even though we got no extra towels, but just two. It should not be called a resort by any stretch of the imagination. It was simply a hotel. It was not the worst place we have stayed, but not the best either. We got a deal on the price, so I suppose we got what we paid for.

Short Visit to Orlando”
My stay was hassle free, i only spent 1 night and didn't have any issues with the room. Checking in was also free of issues, the staff already had my reservation and the room was ready. Something i didn't understand was the "Resort Fee" charges in addition to the room charges, i don't remember seeing that advertised anywhere at the time of making my reservation, some more transparency in these additional fees would be well received. Thanks

Would not stay again”
I was surprised with a "resort fee" when I arrived that was not included when I booked. I thought everything was paid for but I guessed wrong. My comforter had dried up spots of blood on it. Elevator felt like it was about to break down. Pool had a raccoon going through the trash in broad day light and no bar pool side. I would not recommend staying here. I would definitely recommend the Avanti Resort down the street from the Allure! Stayed there last time and it was great!

Dissapointing”
Dont let the photos fool you there is no swimming pool. The place seem a bit run down. Some of the towels started threading. The one lift is out of order and apparently it has been out of order for a while. There are definitely better accommodation within the Orlando area for the same or lower price.

Good hotel in excellent rooms”
the room conditions are very good and there is lot of space. the location of the hotel is not bad, there are lot of restaurants and bars near by and the hotel provides a good shuttle service to disney world and other places. it would be great if a shuttle service to airport is provided.

Inattentive staff and stand out prices masked by separate resort fee upon check in!”
First I think is very decieving to post a super low rate to attract people to check it out and in the smallest font below say there is a separate resort fee upon arrival. Yes I paid $35 for the room through agoda and the total showed that as well. I'm sure most people do the same thing and notice it afterward when it's too late. I would have just cancelled the room if I knew it was $50 cause some of the 3-4 star Disney hotels were that price on other sites. I can't complain too much about the appearance cause it's what you pay for but the parking lots have way too many dark areas and people hanging ou by the entrances l hours. The two ladies at checking were just there. They were not rude to me but they were clearly miserable and only spoke to me to get my reservation number, collect my resort fee and tell me I was on the second floor. I even inquired about an ATM close by and was told there wasn't one as she put her earbuds back in. I'm curious what the resort fee covered
