Good hotel in the center!”

This hotel seems to me the nicest place in Almaty, enriched with wonderful views to the mountains and a location close to everything. Also the breakfast is very good. The rooms are a bit small though.

Very poor service”

Asked room service a dinner from restaurant. It was not delivered nor someone asked apology. It’s also very loud in the night as some party was going on again no service shown., security didn’t get involved at all. My recommendation rather check another hotel.

Great Location and Value”

I spent the last two nights of my Almaty trip here. My room was upgraded to the top floor with wonderful views of the Opera House from my two balconies. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good as well. The location was perfect with the walking street nearby as well as the Metro. I would definitely return for another visit.

Almaty Hotel is situated in a fabulous location, directly across the road from The Opera House and at the end of the pedestrian walkway. Shops, restaurants and a bus route from the airport are all within easy walking distance.

Nice staff, perfect location to walk every where and beside a metro station. By metro you can go anywhere to visit almaty. 8th floor amazing views of the city with the mountains at the back... balcony. Tv satellite, no safety box, room for agoda was small but clean, enough for two-three nights. Breakfast ok. Safe area. Girl friendly. Two bigsupermarkets at 4 min walk.plenty of restaurants around. A place to go.

직원은 친절하고 위치 좋음. 가격도 싼편이고. 하지만 겨울에 갔는데 난방이 덜 되어 매우 추웠고 복도 소음이 다 유입되는 구조라서 방음이 전혀 안되는 수준.

В целом, всё хорошо. Хорошие номера, отличное расположение, вежливый персонал. Рекомендую. Есть пару мелких нюансов: 1) Раз в пару дней разряжается ключ от номера, немного раздражает когда поднимаешься к номеру, а ключ не работает, и приходится спускаться на ресепшин, и повторять сначала 2) Не обновляется при уборке вода и минибар автоматически. Вернее, вода обновляется, но не всегда, а минибар - никогда
