For Quick Transit the best ”

The best place to stay near Almaty airport with basic needs and near to the airport. Quickly available cabs at even 5 am in the morning!

Staffs there are all good”

I came across two staffs during 1 day stay. And I found that all of them are helpful and kind even if I had trouble in communication with them: they speak Kazak only with basic English. I enjoyed my stay there because they accepted my early arrival (6am) and early departure (10pm the same day). No surcharge.

Meh. ”

It's convenient to the airport for sure, but it's really run down.. The bed is awful--feels like a piece of foam. Cleanliness has a long way to go. My shoes were sticking to the floor walking up the steps. Next time I'll just take a taxi and stay further out.

Almaty Transit Hotel”

It is goog for transit. it about 15 minutes walk from the airport and Super Market is near to this hotel. However the hotel staff can speak only local Kazahstan Language.

Trying to take more money ”

Instead of Local money 5000.00 an advance of 10,000 in addition to the rent was taken. No receipt was given. Later while vacating returned 5000.00. Got the money back with great difficulty. Rude staff and zero English language. Okay for one night stay near the airport. Nothing positive apart from the above

Отель расположен в 10 минутах ходьбы от аэропорта. Заселение быстро. Оплата возможна картой, но предпочитают наличные. Берут возвращаемый депозит 5000 тенге. В номере вешалка, кровать, стол, стул и телевизор. В ванной душевая кабина, раковина. Достаточно для транзитного перелёта вполне. В номере тепло. Включён завтрак. Был салат, каша и голубцы порционно. Впечатление только положительное.

Добрый день! Отель в целом неплохой. Забронировали номер заранее, но не обратила внимание, что нет лифта. Нам дали номер на третьем этаже. Мама инвалид, проблемы с ногами. Очень сложно было подняться на 3ий этаж. Да и комната наша оказалась не ближе скраю, а почти в самом конце коридора. Админ с утра приняв карточку на сдачу номера, к сожалению не напомнила про депозит. Увы. Вспомнила про него только по прилету домой. Админы, будьте внимательны!

Знакомы прилетели из Японии.. Самолёт через Алматы а Астану отменили, перенесли на утро. Иностранцы в шоке…. По просьбе нахожу по близости отель к аэропорту. Нахожу через agoda.com Бронировала через agora.com комнату за 7500 тенге, когда приехали в отели среди ночи , так как рейс на самолёт перенесли на утро . Однако ресепшен ( ужасная грубая и бестактная) женщина ( в возрасте ), сказала, что они с agora.com брони не берут, и предложила номер (командирский) за 14000 тенге, пришлось согласится, так как 3 часа ночи ехать в другой отель уже на было сил. Оплатив за номер 14000 тенге на счёт , женщина сказала оплатить ей ещё 5000 тенге - депозит . 🤷‍♀️ Мол утром заберёте , если ничего не сломаете )))) Спрашиваем: квитанцию даёте на эту сумму ? Ответ: нет. Что за детский сад . Пришлось и 5000 тенге оставить, Я понимаю так: что люди в безвыходном положении вырулены идти на условия которые диктует работник отеля, а не бронь agoda.com . За 5 часов , чтобы переночевать в отеле , мы оплатили двойную цену , то что планировали и бронировали , мы не получили. Хорошо ещё не спешили в аэропорт , не забыли о депозите и забрали . А ведь есть кто утром…может вспомнить о депозите только в самолете )))) Обидно за сервис и работников отелей в нашем Казахстане…((( О каком туризме вести речь…((((

Забронировала номер по Букингу, по факту таких номеров у них нет вообще! Вопрос: для чего предлагать то чего нет? Дешевый развод. В итоге, Доплатили и взяли другой номер . За эти деньги сняли бы лучше квартиру, но дело было за полночь. Вот именно с такой целью они и обманывают туристов. Сам номер оставляет желать лучшего, персонал вообще не дышит. Была там впервые две недели назад, персонал был более приветлив, а номера конечно все те же(

Очень ужасная, грязная гостиница ”

Забронировали за 7500. Приехали на такси под утро, там заявляют что нет такого номера. Сказали что ,Есть другие номера за 11500. Плюс депозит 5000 тысяч. Сама попросила посмотреть номер. Зашли там не убрано. Вернулись в ресепшн говорим что там не убрано. Потом предложил ещё один номер, я была со своим молодым человеком, и нам дали номер где раздельные кровати. Ванные принадлежности все по одной. В номере даже нет чайника. Цена сервису не соответствует. Ужасный сервис, грязная гостиница.
