Exceptional”
Loved my stay at this family run homestay. Great little pool to cool off and relax beside after a few cycling around the area on free to use bikes. Different breakfast each day . Also lunch and dinner can be cooked from menu if you require. Wonderful family that will arrange anything for you from tours to airport transfers. Definitely value for money , next time in Hoi An I will be looking for now where else.

We had an amazing stay here. We booked 3 nights and stayed an extra night. Feels like a second home only 10 mins into hoi an. Bicycle hire is free and you can send motorbike. On-site good id lovely and the family who run it are so helpful and bend over backwards to help you. Lovely swimming pool too!

Initially planned to stay for 2 days which turned into 17 days in total. The rooms were huge and immaculate with a comfortable bed. Big bathroom - beautifully designed. Very nice swimming pool which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Simple breakfast, though if and should you require something different to suit your needs then do ask as the owners will make something different for you. The kids were nice and would always say hello. Motorcycle rental is available as well as free push bikes. We were sat by the pool at night enjoying cold beer when suddenly a flying cockroach appeared, though the owner went above and beyond to help as he went out of his way to catch it. He also gave us a mosquito bat which was effective in killing them. The owners bought a birthday cake for a fellow guest at the homestay which was a wonderful gesture. My girlfriend recommends the vegetable spring rolls as they were delicious. The location is good as you're not too close to the centre of things which would result in a lot of noise. Renting a motorcycle is recommended as the old town is 5 minutes drive away. You won't find anywhere as cheap as this place. For the price you're paying - it's an absolute steal given its spacious ultra modern rooms plus outdoor swimming pool.

The villa is not in the city center but they have free bicycle to go there (10-15min) The rooms are big and clean, the pool is perfect and the staff very kind

Close to center town ( 10 mins cycling )but far enough out to be quiet and not busy. Everything is clean and nice. The bathroom in our room is beautiful and clean. The room had a balcony which was nice to sit on and have a bottle of wine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free use of bicycles. Pool is beautiful and the deck chairs around it is very comfortable . Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

This is the best place if you want to relaxe. It is located in a quiet area just out of the old town, for me it was only a 5 min bike. They offer free bycicles. The owners are very friendly and cook great breakfast and meals. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Asia. I like it's a bit outside from the noisy city and very nice rooms. Relaxing on the pool is great. The owner are all ways helpful and nice.

Creepy owner, nice room”
Huge room, very clean but a ways from town and only a few. Free bikes available. Owner is so creepy Always running around with no shirt and wife breastfeeding in lobby all day. Kids at the tv in lobby too. This is a hotel, not a homestay!

Here’re some reasons which I felt not comfortable to stay: - Facilities & amenities are extremely poor: small pool, no towel at the pool, air conditioning is not cool, very little soap & shampoo, you have to ask for towels everyday, no hot water -Rooms are big but the decoration is just like a guesthouse - very simple. - The owner : he turned off the air conditioning every morning from 8am to 10 am even you’re still in the room. When I asked him,he said that he wanted to let it rest for a while (that’s unacceptable to me). He didn’t allow us to have more towels although I asked for. When I asked him about hot water he said that there’s no need to use it in summer although I’m pregnant, just came out of the pool and felt cold in the early morning. He and his wife often stared at us which made us not comfortable at all. I and my husband felt like he was watching everything we did. - The breakfasts were brought from outside.

Nếu bạn đặt phòng Sup hay Deluxe khu sau thì phòng ốc đẹp, trang trí bắt mắt, giá phòng cao gấp đôi phòng Tiêu Chuẩn. 2. Khăn hồ bơi có (bảo quản trong tủ nếu mang ra để trên ghế hồ bơi sợ bị mưa ướt), khi khách yêu cầu thì có ngay. Mỗi người 1 khăn lót trên ghế để nằm. Do bạn không yêu cầu việc đó. 3. Khăn tắm thì qua 12h trưa hằng ngày sẽ thay khăn mới, bạn mới sáng 7h30 yêu cầu khăn, chúng tôi vẫn đưa cho bạn. 4. Điều hòa : Chúng tôi bảo quản nó vì mùa hè dễ cháy nổ, nên chúng tôi buổi sáng cho nó nghĩ 2 tiếng (vì bạn đã mở từ 21h tối đến 8h sáng), 8h sáng là giờ khách dùng bữa sáng và sau đó đi tham quan. 5. Nước nóng : Thời điễm này là mùa hè, mới sáng trời đã nóng rồi (30-33 độ), nếu mùa đông chúng tôi chạy nước nóng cho tất cả các phòng cùng 1 lúc vì dùng chung 1 hệ thống. Chúng tôi niềm nở đón tiếp bạn chứ không nhìn chằm chằm. Chào

Owners are so lovely and helpful, they clean the rooms thoroughly and help with any problems straight away, they also have a motorbike rental, free bicycle service and can book tickets for you too so super helpful. We’d definitely stay again, should we return to Hoi an🙂

ダナン空港からホテルまでの送迎も追加料金で受けてくれるのでとても助かりました。タクシー使うよりも安いので、予約は必要ですが、オススメです。 部屋も広く、エアコンもあるのでぐっすりと眠れました。朝食もフルーツたくさんでとても美味しかったです！ 設備は良いのですがちょっと掃除が行き届いてないかなぁ（笑） 無料で自転車も貸してくれます。街まで少し距離はあるけれど、自転車で15分くらいで着きます。 Agodaで予約したのにbooking.comで予約されてました。なぜ？ アットホームで快適なホテルでした。 また機会があれば次回も泊まりたいです。
