Nice comfortable resort perfect for a family getaway ”
Super friendly staff, nice view a combination of hill and beach. Clear swimming pool with slides and attentive lifeguard. Buffet breakfast delicious foods like boiled eggs, sunny side up egg, plain and fried rice, potato something yummy, vegetables, toasted bread,etc. Clean room. Kids enjoyed the wifi connection though they need to go to certain places near our room to get enough internet connection. Be careful of the small hairy things look like woolly bear caterpillars. A bit far from the city. Cozy restobars above the seashore are just a walking distance from the resort. Overall, a perfect place to spend our vacation.

Not sure if i would call it a resort. We were staying in room 304 with a great view of the bay. But sadly thats where it ended. After booking in we walked into our room. Hot Hot Hot nobody had turned on the air conditioner bar fridge was unplugged 1 small bottle of shampoo for 2 people for 2 nights. Rooms not serviced for the entire time. Food was ok and pool ok but very warm. I know this is a cheap hotel and you only get what you yoy pay for but i aspect to walk into a cool room when it is hot and humid outside. Its just the small things that make a enjoyable stay.

No wifi and cable tv. I wonder why they have TV inside the room and you can't use it. Wifi is only available in the lobby and restaurant. The view is great, however, the breakfast was very bad. This hotel has a lot of potential, but they need to improve their facilities and service.

Wifi connection is so slow. There's none on the room. Water supply is a concern. Staff are accommodating and friendly. It's a bit pricy considering its location. It's not accessible but they the have the van to tour around the city(upon request), pick up hotel from pier or airport and transport to airport. The beach front and swimming pool is superb. The night bar completed our stay

Disappointed ”
Okay so we checked in after Typhoon Rai/ Odette and I completely understand the situation. HOWEVER, It would be fair if they posted or at least put notice that they’re going a rotation brownout. Imagine going there to relax but there’s no electricity? That’s unfair. If i only knew I wouldn’t booked for it. We ended going home instead, we didn’t sleep there because its dark.

Unfortunately due to typhoon odette, the hotel is not up too srandard, but this is understandable in the circumstances, i beleive this would be a beautiful resort otherwise, on the plus side, food is great and staff are friendly, truely hope this resort recovers from the typhoon

Just outside Surigao City PH. On arrival we were notified of no TV, no internet in the rooms. We had 2 1/2 days of very little water, with no hot water. When we did get water it started out black. I tried contacting Agoda but no Wi-Fi available. I tried email but their structured help system was no good. Resort in need of a update. They concentrate on parties for their income.

My room was so dirty, most specially CR. Some lights are not functioning, i got no light on the balcony and broken lampshade, No wifi Internet available inside the room you need to go to the restaurant and lobby for that, the TV doesn't have a Cable, the refrigerator smells so bad.
