It’s the second time I stayed here and I was again very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean room and the breakfast was one more time very delicious with lots of different options. The hotel is located next to the train station in the center of Fujisawa, but it is still quiet. Definitely will book again

Very good location. The city is really neat, fun shops and great restaurants, with tunnels and skyways. There is a tunnel from the station that brings you right to the street the hotel is on. Great spot to day trip to Hakone, Enoshima, and Kamakura especially considering the cost was far less than hotels I had found in those locations. The room is laid out in a way that maximizes the space. Staff is wonderful.

Clean and convenient, disappointing breakfast”
The hotel is very close to the Fujisawa station but not right next to it so there is no noise from the passing trains. It feels very new and everything was clean and tidy. Despite being on the room photos, there was no Nespresso machine in our room (one of the reasons why I chose this hotel rather than some of the cheaper ones around). There was a kettle and nice tea, though. Now, the main reason I chose this hotel was the breakfast. From the photos it looked much better than at the other hotels around. It was somewhat disappointing. Breakfast was from 7:30–9:30am. We've came down at 8:50 and it seemed like we were the last room from the ones with breakfast. There was food to eat, don't get me wrong, but there was definitely less things to choose from – compared to the glorious photos. Overall it felt like there were basically the leftovers

Exceptional”
Great location just 2 minutes walk from northern exit of JR Fujisawa station. Cafe across the street and 7-eleven around the corner. There are self-service washing/drying machines inside the hotel too. Room is squeezed and you will have a hard way to open the door from inside if you have too many luggages, and the desk is so tiny you can't even put a laptop on it.

Decent hotel, bed did not meet description”
The hotel is clean, quiet, and has friendly staff. Toiletries are provided in the room and the bathtub is comfortable. However, we ordered a double bed and when we got to the room it was a semi-double which made our sleep less comfortable. Also be aware the rooms are quite small.

Nice but not so nice”
Too bad, i left my beloved adventure jacket unintentionally, but realized it after the next day when unloading my luggages. When i contacted the hotel, the staff said there was no jacket of mine they found when they cleaned. They onlly kept my not so valuable things that i intentionally left to avoid excess baggage. You can lose your good things too in Japan. The room looks clean, but when i first came in, there were some hair strands in the bathroom. It was not a problem for me, losing my jacket is. It makes me ao sad when recalling my time staying to this hotel

Horrible perfume stench in the dining & lounge area”
Cons -: 1) I do not recommend this place if you would like to make use of the lounge and dining area next to the reception. There is an overpowering strong stench of perfume continuously present. If you want to eat in there, all you can taste is the perfume. On top of it, it gave me a headache and the sense of vomiting. I addressed it to the reception but nothing changed... No wonder the area is always empty. 2) Lounge area is only available to guests (not having breakfast) from 15:00 until 22:00. 3) Lounge area is very uninviting in terms of decor. Pros +: clean comfortable room, comfortable mattress, kind staff I recommend a competitor hotel with the name of the city itself (where I stayed afterwards) that has a cosy lounge area open 24h with lots of choices of complimentary tea and coffee with, thank goodness, no perfume stench in the lounge area!

Almont Inn is a one minute walk from the north entrance of Fujisawa train station. The hotel itself is new and does not show up well on local GPS maps. I arrived in a taxi from the town one over and the taxi driver did not have it in his map and the hotel phone number was also not in his chart. Still, he got me to the right place. The room was small but comfy. Bed was firm and I had a great night's sleep on it. The bathroom is cozy but water pressure was good. I was surprised that the mirror did not have a heated defog area. Amenities were great, including a Nespresso coffee maker and a hot water maker. There was a laundry facility should you need to use it, 500 yen for wash and dry with detergent included. So if you're staying in Fujisawa, I highly recommend the Almont Inn. Be assured that the owners are actually the large chain Hotel Hokke Club so you're in good hands.

It's run by the Hokke Club hotel chain. The facility is very new. It's a one minute walk from the north entrance of the Fujisawa train station. There is a 7 Eleven right around the corner, which is where I got my beer, snacks, and breakfasts. This is the hotel to stay in if you're taking day trips in and around Fujisawa.

Nothing to complain about this hotel. Great location which is just walking distance to the Fujisawa station, Bic camera, shopping malls, and ... there are lot of eating places nearby. Addition points: their breakfast is wonderful! Just love their breakfast!!

Great hotel in Fujiwara near train station easy to travel in Kamakura”
Hotel is so nice and clean. It near Fujiwara train station then is easier to travel in Kamakura in one day. A lot of restaurants are located near this hotel and moreover, reception can speak English very well 👍👍 you can walk from train station to hotel only 3 mins and it is near to Bic camera store. Moreover, it is easy to buy day pass ticket to Kamagura only 660 yen.

The facilities are good. Staff speaks English. Close to the station and therefore, getting around the Shonan area is easy. Can reach Enoshima area very quickly. Bit expensive than expected.
