Really good hotel!”
Aloft is better than most 5 star hotels we had stayed during covid. Parking chargeable at 10rm per entry for hotel guest is fair, and 20rm for valet. We opted to self park and car parking is easy and clean and bright and safe. 4 elevators. Roof top infinity pool is good size with a cozy bar lounge attached, hotel prices of course but not too bad, and a smoking area. Staff is very polite and accommodating. We arrived at 2pm hotel staff called at 2.35 for key collections after room is ready. Was allowed late checkout till 1pm. Cash deposit was 100rm which was very fair. WiFi is decent and we had 4 devices. Room is the best, very clean and spacious. Double beds are both huge with 4 pillows each bed lol. AC adjustable and strong with 3 fan speeds. TV channels were ok, about 30 I think. Only thing we didn’t like was the fixed shower head, but it is a preference, the water is hot with decent pressure. We love Aloft so much we are booking for a second stay next month. Btw Nu sentral mall is just next door, and Kl sentral, a transportation hub, is right across the street. Cheers!

Best hotel to access KL conveniently”
I booked via Agoda a week beforehand - when I thought I'd be able to be present along with my parents for a staycation. Fast forward to yesterday, work held me back and I had to contact their front desk to allow my parents to check in prior to my arrival. I really appreciate the discretion accommodated by the staff (I think her name was Ms Canda) so my parents wouldn't figure out the cost Room was alright. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. There were 4 of us (3 adults 1 kid) and it felt congested a little bit. Still it was designed for convenience. A lot of plug points and light switches easily accessible at bedside. The washroom however would suit better for just one couple rather than a family with kids bcs while shower and toilet are made separate, they share one glass sliding door which could only cover a cubicle at a time Breakfast was the star here. For a foodie like me who had to tag along my parents since I was a kid and ate at a lot of 4 to 5 star hotels, I'd say it's a bargain here. Wide array of food each one decently prepared. And thank God. A non-greasy omelette prepared underdone just as how I requested. A few tables are prepared in such way it'd attract little kids who with good imagination Location-wise - Honestly apart from Le Meridien and Hilton which were close by, you cannot get better than this to access the whole KL as it is directly connected to KL Sentral and NU Sentral. The latter has an exhaustive list of food places and departmental stores that should meet most of your demands Parking is aplenty however upon validating your ticket at the counter, instead of free of charge - you'd be charged with a flat rate of RM10/day - which I wouldn't whine about considering hiring Grab would cost way more in over all I certainly would be glad to revisit the hotel!

Great Hotel with Centralise location”
This is our 2nd stayed and we enjoy the place! The hotel location is great as it is located at KL Sentral. It is easily reach by KLIA express, bus, taxi or private hire. Those driving, there is a basement carpark price at RM10 per entry. The rooms of the hotel is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and they will do their best on any request. The amenities of the hotel is just superb with infinity pool on the rooftop. Those having your children, there are also kids pool at the rooftop. The hotel also connect to Nu Sentral and KL sentral providing the best option to shop and travel around. As KL is known with heavy traffic, getting a good hotel with many options of transportation is a must! The buffet spread is just awesome and this hotel is highly recommended!

I LOVE the Aloft! STAY HERE!!! ”
This is a great hotel that's well worth the money. (and it's not all that expensive when you compare it to the 5-star options nearby). It's great if you are driving into KL as the carpark is secure, and though the parking might seem hefty (RM10 per entry) it's far less expensive than parking nearby and you know your car is safe in Brickfields. It's smack in NuSentral Mall so it's super convenient food wise. The buffet breakfast is glorious if you can eat a lot (worth at least a try at least once even if you are not). The pool is lovely, the amenities are great. The bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable. And with the pandemic, I've never ever worried about sanitation etc. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. And it's the only place I use if I am in KL with the husband/ need more than just a clean bed to sleep for a few hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Highly Recommended”
Good 1. It linked to Nu Sentral which consists of massive boutiques and restaurants etc 2. It linked to KL Sentral which is the transportation hub for LRT, KMT, Monorail and Airport Express. 3. The room is spacious and trendy and well cleaned. 4. If u prefer not to have your bedspread changed. U will be rewarded MY 15 per nigh and they will still refill the toilet roll, distilled water and amenities. Bad 1. Travel Tax will be charged per night on your last night. I wasnt informed about this arrangements prior. On the agoda form, it siad that i cleared off the full pamyent include the service and tax fee. I trued to reason with the staff but in vain. They explained that it applied to all guests on their check out. They should let the guests or Agoda know prior the booking. All in all, taking into account of the location, convenient transport and helpful staff services rendered and shopping mall nearby, i highly recommended Aloft to all of you.

Strategic Location”
I stay for 3d2n in Loft Room (2 queen bed).I ask for city view but they give me back hotel scenery.i arrived at 4pm, have to take long queue for register.then i have to wait for 1 h&30min for them to sanitise the room.its hotel SOP during Covid-19.my kids ask to go for swimming pool but the queue is very long for 2days becoz they dont have booking system.they should allow kids and adults swim for only 30mins so the rest can go for swimming but they do not do that.the breakfast is so delicious even have to go for long queue.maybe they should do system for breakfast.eg timing for breakfast at only 7am, 8am, 9am & 10am.each time, visitors can only eat for 30-45mins only. These system are used by Pulai Spring Resort which i stay last week.they have many staf during this Covid-19 to do clean/sanitise things.staf is very helpful and the location is strategic and next to KL Sentral.

Aloft hotel is clean, well maintained and in a perfectly located next to the NU shopping complex and KL Sentral train station. Our King bed room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I've stayed at both the Hilton and Le Meridian hotels, Aloft is as good in facilities and fittings and better value, I would definitely stay here again when in KL. The shopping centre has plenty of eateries from food court to sit down restaurants to suit your tastes and budget. If street food is more your style then that is also available just around the back of the hotel, below the mono rail station. Also little India is a short walk away. Travel to anywhere in KL is easy as all the trains, including the mono rail and KLIA Express stop at KL Sentral.

Very convenient KL hotel”
The hotel is at KL Sentral which is a really convenient location - it is 3 minute walk to the hotel from the airport express KL Sentral station. The hotel is a very new and modern design with a café-style area in the lobby with drinks and snacks (and free WiFi even after you’ve checked out). My room was spacious, comfortable and spotless with a large bathroom area and real coffee in the room. I did not eat in the hotel as there are too many interesting food options around KL Sentral. He hotel connects via walkway to KL Sentral and the Nu Sentral mall with multiple F&B options. If you have meetings at/around KL Sentral this is the best hotel in KL.

Probably Sentral's best modern property”
It's been awhile since I've had reason to book a room in Sentral proper. Having had an InterNations event at the Q this last weekend, I opted to revisit the property. Everything good about it I remembered still holds true until now. Valet and the porter were lightning-fast with my bags and car, reception was kind enough to dig up my SPG membership number from their server. I didn't have to ask for my room requests - they already had them tagged, so we got a high-floor room closer to the roof/pool/Mai Bar deck floor. Actual complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, thick robes, and a wonderfully integrated entertainment system console, similar to what you find in Hard Rock's properties. Fantastic bed, blackout curtain, and well-appointed bath with all the amenities except a tub. The swimming pool is beautiful (you can swim until 11pm!!!), the gym is exceptional and 24-hours access, and we had a breakfast buffet so good, we came back to have dinner there after we had checked out.

Fantastic”
During the pandemic and with restriction on travel, was unable to go anywhere. So with the lifting of movement control order (MCO), the first hotel that came into mind was Aloft Hotel. Being located at KL Sentral with mode of transport all located there, walking to the hotel was a breeze. Furthermore due to works that need to stay longer (9 nights), it was really worth money spent. The ambience from the lobby up into the room really made us happy. The housekeeping did their job well in cleaning the room and even asked whether everything in order. Not forgetting the Front Desk personnel, good job!

Situated just beside KL Sentral train station, Aloft is a recommended stay. We got a room that's big and with an unblocked view facing the train station. Our child loved sitting by the window for the view alone. The bed is comfortable. The toilet/bathroom is big. We didn't take the breakfast option but nothing to worry - you are staying next to NU Sentral mall where breakfast is abundant. Nothing special about the skypool but it has a separate pool for kids. TLDR: Aloft is the best place to stay in KL Sentral.

A strategic place to stay”
Affordable price, great breakfast, very strategic location except for parking fee, you still need to pay (please validat e before checkout). Great pool, very clean & big room, two double bed is nice for a family with 2 children. Will reccommend for other friends. Just a little bit dissapointed since we request a simple deco for our son's birthday (by phone), they already noted & accept (said they can make it), but when we arrived, there is no deco at all, it's ok, not a big deal. Overall, very satisfied 😊.

Hip hotel, updated by current trend”
I booked for 3 rooms. Check in time was at 3pm. I reached at 4pm, only 2 rooms were ready. The staff was kind to offer an upgrade base on availability. At least they offer alternatives. Upon check out, I checked out all 3 rooms at 11am as my driver will pick up at 11.30am. But the driver was late as he was caught in traffic and will only be able to reach at 1.30pm. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow me to check in back to my room as we have young children travelling with us. I strongly feel this is a kind gesture by the hotel. Overall, service was great. Respond time was good. Location was excellent as they have a link way to the mall as well as the train station. I am beyond happy though out my stay. Highly recommended. I will definitely make a return trip to this hotel.

Exceptional Stay”
I will definitely book this hotel when I wanted a holiday in Kuala Lumpur again next time. The location is very strategic near to train station & Nu Sentral Mall which is very convenient to reach by walking. The room cleaniness is excellent & the breakfast is delicious & variety. However, the day i check out there is fire alarm testing which 20 minutes of siren. If the hotel to be consider to give earplug to the guest as it is very loud & can impact our hearing.

Good location, direct access to Mall, Bus Station, & Train Station. It was the last day on my business trip before going home. Due to very late plane schedule( evening flight) , so I decide to visit Genting Highland during the day. There is Genting Bus available at the station only in walking distance from this hotel (KL Sentral Bus Station). So I can easily reached Genting. The staffs are very helpfull, I am able to leave my baggaged at the concierge & pick it up again on my way back to airport. There is Exppress Train to KLIA/KLIA2 also from this hotel. The room is SUPER CLEAN & SPACIOUS. And they even provided FREE DRINKs in the room minibar daily. GREAT VALUE for MONEY, GREAT LOCATION & QUALITY.....Will Come Back Again every year !

A night away from home”
I decided spend some time away from the mundane. Aloft was able to give me a safe space yet so convenient. Despite the pandemic, it was easy to obtain food. Moreover there's a 24/7 snack bar. I didn't manage to try their pool but I do look forward to check it out the next time I stay over. The room was very comfortable and I was impressed that there was a French Press for coffee.

This place is clean and great location to central station to take the train to and from the airport and I love how the pool is open to 11pm so you can shop and sightsee during the day and then in the evening go to the rooftop pool. They also have a bar, it’s a bit pricey for drinks , but it’s nice view and nice to have a pool that you can relax in the evening

I enjoyed my 3 nights' stay at the Aloft and while I did not spend much time at the hotel, I did used the facilities such as the swimming pool which I found to be very nice. The staff were friendly and efficient in the check-in and check-out process and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel's location is also a big plus. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near the Sentral area.

I visited this hotel in June 2019 and it exceeded all of my expectations. Best part of our stay was the location and convenience, good breakfast and cleanliness. Check-in, check-out was smooth. no complaints and me and my family enjoyed a lot...Transfer from and to Airport very convenient due to KLIA express line. Will revisit again...

Aloft has always been our choice of stay in KL, we love the location, its next to Nu Sentral mall convenient for food and shopping. Rooms are comfortable with full amenities, staff are polite and helpful. This trip was exceptional as my husband is recovering from a stroke, we requested for the room with the grab bars in the toilet and the staff managed to get it for us. Will definitely be back for our future stays in KL.
