Amazing Accommodations & Staff, Great Location”
My husband and I made a stop in Honolulu for our honeymoon and stayed at the Alohilani. The location and accommodations were great- including the Swell Pool deck where Silviaya greeted us immediately with the biggest smile (I can only imagine, since she was wearing a mask) and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She gave us the download on all of the events and entertainment going on at the hotel and in the area and helped book us a cabana for our special weekend. The rooftop pool bar & lounge is very nice- great vibes, great views and great service. Our server, Cheri, in addition to the rest of the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Even during a difficult time when social gatherings aren't limited, the entire team at the Alohilani made us feel appreciated and engaged. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely recommend it to those traveling to to Honolulu.

FANTASTIC Waikiki hotel, A+ location, perfect room!”
This hotel far exceeded our expectations! Check-in was easy and friendly. Our beach front 10th floor room had a fantastic unobstructed view of the best of Waikiki beach, even more spectacular than the photos on Agoda show. Our room was spacious with a supremely comfy bed. The pool-bar area on 5th floor is spectacular, with a gorgeous infinity pool. The massive aquarium in the lobby is well worth your time to enjoy. There is an ABC convenience store next to the elevators. Directly across the street, the best stretch of Waikiki Beach awaits with no hotels or other buildings. We enjoyed a tasty lunch in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. There is an "Eggs N Things" restaurant nearby, but if you want breakfast there either arrive early or be prepared to queue for at least 30 minutes to an hour or longer. The massive resorts are easy to reach but once you see them and the crowds, you'll be glad you're staying at the much nicer and more charming Alohilani Hotel.

This hotel was just lovely! right across the road from the beach, the perfect location! Newly upgraded, rooms were clean and beds comfy! Club access was great, pool and other facilities also fantastic! Staff were so warm and friendly and really make you feel welcome. Renee on reception was exceptional! I can't recommend this hotel enough. As a solo traveller, it had everything I needed, was close to everything (shops, restaurants, beach etc) so walking around on my own was fine. Definitely stay here!

Beautiful hotel!”
It was my second time in Waikiki, and I absolutely loved the stay. Pros: 1) It is literally 1-2 minute from the beach, 2)Nice and spacious room & wonderful lobby. 3) Water stations to fill up your water! 4) Pool is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy. Cons: 1) In terms of restaurants, there are some around the hotel, but you'll find walking a bit will give a lot more options (10-20 minutes walk along the main street). 2) Shower booth is a little interesting - there is only a glass wall that is half-covered, so water will splash a little bit outside of the booth. The bathmat outside the booth will definitely get wet.

Alohilani was fab! We arrived at 7:30am and they had a room available for us to check in at no extra cost which was amazing after a night flight! Their cocktails are amazing, they reserved some deck chairs for us & when someone tried to steal them they stepped in & sorted it out. There was some minor renovations of some kind happening in a room nearby which was slightly annoying. When we checked out we mentioned this & the alohilani staff waived 2 nights resort fee! The staff are great, location is great & Facilities are great! Would definitely return to alohilani & recommend to others!

The location was amazing. Easy access to the main strip ," trolleys ", restaurants and shops. The hotel had been renovated 6mths prior to our stay and they did an incredible job. The driveway and entrance to the lobby, with a giant fish tank, had beautiful modern finishes, was very clean and impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The rooms were very small . The shower and toilet were shoved together with the toilet the lowest ever to the ground. The vanity area was open and exceptionally small. I'm completely stumped though as to why they would put a giant air conditioning unit , same height/ length of the bed, on the floor next to the bed with fixed vents blowing straight on you. Not only was it loud , it was freezing cold or boiling hot if you had to turn it off. It was extremely hard to navigate it to the right setting. We really enjoyed our stay but for the prices they're asking, I would've expected a better planned larger room.

Great Location and Facilities!”
We stayed for 8d7n in Feb 2020 and it was an amazing experience. The hotel location is great, walking distance to main street (only few steps away from Waikiki beach) and many eateries nearby. Staffs were very friendly and nice. Hotel pool is amazing and they have activities throughout the day for hotel guests (Yoga, TRX, Leia making, Zumba etc). Definitely will be back again and highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here in the 4th and last leg of our time in Hawaii for our honeymoon. And out of 3 other accommodations we stayed, 2 being Hilton branded, this was the best one we had stayed at. The location was perfect, rooms were very nice and clean (although bathrooms were very small, but thankfully it was a walk-in shower, not over bathtub), and staff service were on point. In terms of price point, it was definitely on the higher end, as with most other hotels and resorts in Honolulu. Parking was a bit excessive though, compared to other places, wish everyone could just include in the the resort fee we are required to pay. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again after a bit of saving!

Great hotel with very nice pool and location. We had a full sea facing room and it was amazing! The only negative is the check-in and check-out process. This process is quite slow so make sure you have enough time, not recommended for a business traveler. In other places check-in takes 5min max, here they need all sorts of information and it easily takes 10-15min per traveler.

Amazing hotel! Love the infinity pool and the live music I think on friday night was just cherry on top! Staff is friendly and made me feel very welcome! Only thing is the slow drainage of the water from the tub in our room and I could hear the people from next door.. Other than that I loved the whole experience!

This was our second time staying here and we just loved it! The location is perfect! Right next to the beach located on the name avenue. It’s just a short few minute walk to all the shops! Their gym and pool facilities are really nice and so is the rooms! Would definitely go back again

The location is great and the resort is very clean, I did request a happy birthday balloon for my boyfriend's birthday at check in and got an email reply saying that it would be there but it unfortunately wasn't. Upon check out also the staff said we still owed money on the room but we paid everything cash and up front - it just wasn't shown properly on their end- no apology given also. I do also think the pool needs to be cleaned as it is used so much and the water is very cloudy... Other than that it is a great place.
