Clean, big rooms, affordable, friendly staff ”
Rooms were big and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with my request for first floor rooms because we have a child and 2 senior citizens with us. For the price, it's worth it. It comes with a simple breakfast too. The resort is a bit of a walk going to Alona Beach but it's near the main road and there are tricycles everywhere so no issues there. My son loved the pool too.

Great spot, definitely recommend”
We loved our time at Alona Northland so much we extended a few more nights. The rooms were spacious and clean and had good wifi. The pool was kept in great condition and had nice lounge chairs surrounding it. The restaurant on site was good but you are also close enough to walk to a lot of restaurants so you have options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented a motorbike and scheduled an island hopping through the hotel and was all very simple. Zero complaints about our stay.

Good hotel but staff needs more trainings”
Rooms are very spacious and clean. We booked 4 rooms for our 3 days and 2 nights stay. They have good facilities and amenities that can be enjoyed by kids and adults. Everything was good except for their breakfast. Complementary breakfast was served as plated and they just have limited options. Understandable for a small hotel. However, the staff in restaurant during breakfast seems they don’t love what they are doing. We arrived at the reataurant without staff in the dining. We need to go to despatching area for us to notice by the staff inside the kitchen. After they took our orders, we have waited for almost an hour for our orders, only to find out that our foods have been dropped in the empty table without informing us. Obviously our foods were already cold when we ate it. The worst thing here was the girl staff was blaming us. According to her she already shouted that our foods were already ready and we didn’t hear it. We’re 7 in the table and no one of us heard it.

Staff are accommodating. If you want to avoid crowded people on the beach, you should choose this resort. They also have their own pool. Just minutes away from the Alona Beach, mcdo, jollibee and other stores. Thank you Northland :)

You get way more than what you paid for! The staff are very friendly and accomodating, the ammenities are superb, very clean rooms and CR, breakfast has lots of varieties and are very delicious - will surely recommend to friends!

Checking in and out was easy. Staff was friendly. I had a problem with the safe, but was fixed quickly. The beach is only a 10 minute walk. Even though the TV only showed chinese programs, I would still rank this hotel a 5 star.

For travellers who want to be away from crowded resorts and want to get in touch with the community but still not far from Alona beach, this place is for you. The quietness and cleanliness were a big plus for us to feel rested and enjoyed our stay. you have to walk a couple of meters towards Alona beach but we also enjoyed it because we were able to get to know the place. the staff are accomodating. the neighboring residents were friendly too. it is near restos and food chains and convenience stores.

Super place to stay. All the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms and all places were spotlessly clean. Nice big room with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant served very nice food and fairly feasonably priced.The only slight negatives were the Internet very slow and unreliable in the room. Was advertised with cable TV channels, but the only things available were Chinese or Korean channels. Overall would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great value for money”
We stayed for 2 persons in the hotel for 4 nights. The location is superb. It is a 10 minute walk to Alona beach and is near from massage parlor, restaurant, fast food chain and souvenir shops. The rooms are clean. There is bar near the pool and the place is quiet and lovely. The downside is it has no generator when the powers out. Overall, this is a great value for money.

Highly recommended, staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms are big and bed is so comfy, aircon is cold. There is a big ref, a sink w. utensils and elec kettle. Value for money since it includes breakfast. Will stay here again if I return to Bohol.

Amazing hotel”
I am wondering why this hotel has only 3 stars. Almost never have had such a big room like this, with a marvelous queen size bed. A big fridge in the room full with all kinds of drinks for a real reasonable price. It's only about 10 min walking to the beach with all the restaurants and dive clubs. The workers in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I am for sure that I will book this hotel again when I come back to Panglao.
