Great Property Close to the Pier”
We stayed here because we flew into Cebu from Iloilo. We were headed for Bohol and ended up staying on Panglao island just south of Bohol. Had we known we could fly directly to Bohol or Panglao we probably never would have come to Cebu, but this property was a nice find and for anyone wanting a place in the city, this is a great find. The staff are very friendly. They upgraded all three of us to executive suites when we checked in. The rooms were large and comfortable. I had a great view of the city from my room. We only stayed one night because we were catching a ferry the next morning to Tagbilaran city. But this is a gem of a property and if I was going to stay in downtown Cebu, this would be where I would book.

A worthwhile stay (10/10!!)”
Had a pleasant experience when we visited Cebu. Each employees are amiable and very helpful most especially the one in-charge at the front desk and the security guard (a God-send, really, when I almost lost my other phone). They would go out of their way just to assist you and we didn’t once had a problem with the language as well. 10/10.

Free room Upgrade”
Booking the vacation package here at Agoda gave us free room upgrade from Superior suite to Executive suite. It included early check-in from 11am and late check-out at 2pm. Upon check in, there's a 1000 pesos security deposit which was given back to us after check out. There's free 2 bottle water, coffee, tea and toiletries. No slippers though. The hotel is at an intersection, so if you are coming from Mabolo, you need to make a right, then U-turn. There is free parking in their building, but their circular ramp is narrow (saw tons of scratches on their walls). So be careful. Other than that, we had an excellent time! GREAT value for money!

The hotel is very accessible and walking distance to laundry and restaurants, I recommend the hotel since it still a great choice or alternative for travelers who wants to go around Cebu City in tight budget. Unfortunately, we faced some problems with the air-conditioning since the hotel is slowly showing it's age and be ready with your ear plugs, because from our room, we can hear the traffic noise below. I wish that the management should do maintenance with their AC's and timely replacement of TV remote batteries and should replace old towels with new. However, overall, I will rate this hotel with 5 stars because the hotel staffs are so attentive to our needs and they made our stay comfortable .

By far one of the great hotels we stayed at. Although the location gets congested esp. on working week, the stores, laundry shops, etc. are accessible (walking distance). The staff are approachable and readily attends to our needs. The room is clean and we also got the best view esp. on night time. I highly suggest guests to book at Alpa City Suites Hotel

A fantastic stop in-between landing and arriving at Cebu City. Beautiful malls and people a short walk away, friendly staff and some of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. Would stay again in an instant. ❤️❤️❤️

bathroom is clean there is a blower which is attached to the wall perfectly fits. a small fridge which is perfect storage for snacks and beer and a sink which is good and a heater with complimentary Coffee and Tea.
