Very good price enjoying a big balcony room”

Good price! Quiet and good sound insulation Big TV & fridge A okay location for local people surrounded with shops restaurants and near the main road. Toilet seems worn-out but acceptable after cleaning. Take out ur sweat food cuz there are tiny ants.

Adequate”

Pros The room was clean and we had access to cable tv so we were able to watch many channels so entertainment was 10/10 Cons The area was a bit sketchy, you have to walk up a back alley to get to the apartment . The bathroom was not quite as expected. Many tiny ants throughout the apartment but nothing to be concrrned about.

Pretty good”

but if you want to late check out, you must about extra charge. 1 day is about 200,000 dong, but they charged 30,000 dong for an hour. I paid 90,000 for 3 hours. When I asked 3 hours more stay they did not comment about it.

Very dirty bathroom and smelly room.”

There was not 24h reception, had to really noisily knock on the door to notify them we arrived, despite of notifying them about our late arrival in advance. No English speaking person at the reception. Compared to the pictures, the rooms had less equipment and the bathroom was very dirty and smelly.
