This Hotel's staff deliver 5 star service.”

The exceptional staff, the food and location.

My stay would not have been so wonderful without the gracious assistance I received from Mr Yamauchi. This charming gentleman speaks fluent english and never faltered in his kind and patient manner each time I presented him with a list of questions. He also went beyond the call of duty by assisting with translation when I lost my mobile phone on a canoe tour of the mangrove forest. When Mr Yamauchi was not on duty his colleagues were very attentive and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage at the hotel until check-in time, booking a canoe tour and hiring a pc, truly remarkable given that my Japanese language skills are very basic. I was expecting just a clean and comfortable room when I made my booking with Agoda, this hotel far surpassed my expectations and I cannot thank the staff enough for giving me such a wonderful experience during my short stay in Amami.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a good, spacious room. The staff (especially Yamauchi) was very helpful and friendly! The spa (men only) was a nice surprise. The hotel is located near shops and restaurants. The bus stop and car rental are also nearby. Good place to explore Amami!

It seems they only have one staff member speaking english, but he waited just for us and even came to pick us up at the ferry terminal since the ferry was delayed.

朝食がプッフェ方式ではなく、和食か洋食を選ぶ定食でした。HPを確認して、他のホテルから奄美サンプラザホテルに変更したのに残念です。当然、鶏飯も無く、よくありがちな朝定食でした。

台風9号（海神）の避難で職場→サンプラザへ泊りました。 大型予報のたび、界隈のホテルに避難宿泊してますがサンプラザが個人的に一番落ち着くなぁって感じです。 避難客の高齢者家族連れが多かったですが、スタッフさんは落ち着いて対応されてました。

建物は古いけど、清潔感あり。”

建物自体は古いのだけど、部屋のユニットバスは綺麗でした。 あと受付でメイク落とし、洗顔、化粧水、乳液の１回使い切りタイプをサービスしてくれるのはとても助かりました。 駐車場も無料で泊められました。 ホテルから歩いて飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーに行けました。 残念な点は、大浴場が男女入れ替え制のため21－23時のみ女性の時間だったこと。 大浴場の洗面台が一つのためドライヤーも一つだったこと。 総合的には満足です。

バケーション最高でした”

ホテルのすぐ前にコンビニがあり、通りで食べに出るのも便利な場所でした。 部屋も広くとてもきれいでアメニティや入浴剤などもいただけて良かったです。 ただ、2部屋借りたのですが１部屋はウォシュレットが使えず（１つは故障？１つは電池切れ）１部屋に関してはテレビも使えなかったのが残念でした。 それ以外はとても良かったので、また宿泊したいとおもいました

ビジネスの為宿泊しました。コストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。今回はレストランの利用はできませんでしたが　メニューを見るとお値段もお安く　鶏飯などもあり　時間があれば利用したいと思いました。大浴場ががあることや　コンビニエンスストアも近くにある事が気に入りました。

利便性抜群のホテル”

町中ですが、海に近い立地です。斜め向かいのファミリーマートには、店内でおにぎりやパンを焼いてるので、コンビニフードは嫌って人も大丈夫だと思います。飲みに行くにも歩いて5〜10分にたくさんお店あります。4階の大浴場は男女入れ変えの時間制ですが、1日の疲れがとれます。古い建物ですが、清潔ですし、立体駐車場は雨でも傘なしで降りれてホテルに入れるのも便利です。 お部屋はスタンダードツインでも、広かったです。次回も利用したいお気に入りとなりまさした。

のんびり1人旅を楽しむために立地の良い場所として2泊利用しました。 禁煙ダブルへグレードアップし角部屋で喜んでいたのですが、窓を開けると壁（海は見えず） 立体駐車場が隣にあり車の出入りがある度に壁からすごい音で悩まされました。 イヤホンして過ごしました。 グレードアップはいらなかったかもしれないです。 建物は古いですが清掃はきちんとされていました。スタッフの対応もバッチリ！ 清掃がされている分、床のジュータン古シミが目立って… ちょっと残念。

建物、設備は古さが目立ちフロント、エレベーター周辺は芳香剤か消臭剤の変な匂いがした。 部屋の清掃、スタッフの皆さんの感じの良さでカバーされている気がした。 リピーターが多いのでは？ 良いホテルでした！

とにかく場所がいい”

街の中心部にあり、どこへ行くにも便利。ただ、駐車場はわかりにくいし、広くないので注意が必要。立体は1.6ｍ制限なので、さらに注意が必要。スタッフはフレンドリー。

バス停も近く、宿泊者は駐車料無料。飲食店も近くに多くあり　コンビニもすぐそば。利点は多いですが　大浴場が一つ（部屋には風呂あり）のため　制約があり　女性には特に不便かも知れません。食事は　コロナ禍の為　定食スタイルで個人配膳。和・洋の２種類ありますが　よく似た感じなので物足りない。私は困った。早朝から飲食店は空いていないので　コンビニを利用した。7時からの食事だったので 私の行動的には　もう30分早くあれば．．．

アゴダさんで、沢山のホテルに滞在しましたが 過去最低の対応のホテルですね。 従業員は、接客とは？から　学びましょう。 ホテルとは呼べないレベルでした。
