I booked standard room , and I informed the resort that we will check in at 5-6AM so when we came there they informed us that the room that I reserved was not yet available that time , so the receptionist suggest the standard Deluxe which is 2800 that time cause it was on Sunday . so I add 900+ plus an fee for early check in 200 per hour if I'm not mistaken. (so expensive) but the supervisor is kind enough to give us discount since we will check out 5am the next day . We we're really disappointed for it's room , It was so small and I think that it was only a standard room . it was really a Plain room , it has mini ref but it was turn off, ( how can you turn on the ref if there was no socket near the ref ) , no view , you can even hear the other staff talking outside. so noisy , then when we were sleeping suddenly there's no electricity , all room had no electricity except the reception area, my god ! we were the Guest we pay for our stay there , if ever they have generator , why only the reception area have electricity , how about the guest who pay for their stay there ?? so we ended up leaving the resort at 4am. 3 weeks ago we stayed at blue rock same standard Deluxe but more cheaper (2500) beach front and the room is bigger . 5 star for the receptionist(that time) and to the supervisor . P.S I want to cancel it , but I can't na so no choice , we stayed there.

Very clean room. Also the stuff was friendly. The restaurant has a nice view over the beach and the bay. The prices in the restaurant are better then in the other restaurants at the beachfront.

Great stay”
We arrived a bit early so we stayed at the restaurant while they prepared the room. The resto at the 1st floor is air conditioned so it's good for kids and the resto at the 2nd floor has a good view. There are no welcome drinks so we just ordered some shakes and fries. The room of my sister was prepared faster and we really got angry because it's almost 2pm and our room (which is the VIP room is not yet prepared). My husband got very angry and we didnt even receive an apology! My husband got angry at them and that's the only time that we saw them acting so fast- they mentioned that the one who occupied the room before us took so long to move out - and so what? Do we need to suffer because of it?! Anyway, we were able to get inside the room at 2:30 pm (imagine that). Room was clean but please bring your own toiletries cause the only toiletry provider are 2 small soaps. Aircon is functioning well but the wifi speed and connection is intermittent - they mentioned that wifi is included inside the room but it you wont be able to detect it inside the room (even for standard rooms). Food is quite pricey and bfast is not included on the room rates. But the food usually being serves is good for 2-3 persons. Over all, because of the cleanliness of their beach i will rate them as above average. Other hotels have dirty and their beaches ar not maintained. Owner was quite friendly too. So if you'll stay at Baloy beach, i prefer this hotel and blue rock because of their clean and maintained beach. Crowd and environment is neat as well compared to other hotels.

My family and I were delighted with the location of the resort and the friendliness of the staffs. The facility is complete with the basic needs you will need for an out of town stay. Cyndy, the receptionist at that is accomodating ang friendly with the reasonable demands of the guests. Food is good at reasonable cost. If there is something to improvebon, I think is just an advance info that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel.

Helpful staff, Well-kept Beachfront, Great Food!”
Personnel assisted us as soon as we arrived at the place. Dennis, in particular, was helpful about the place and how we could maximize our enjoyment during stay. We booked first floor VIP beachfront with reasonable price for 4 people, nothing more special than having adequate space room with good working AC and flat screen TV. Toiletries not that complete but they would provide fresh towel daily upon request. They offer plenty of choices on the menu, and those we ordered tasted good; we have not tried other restaurant nearby. Plenty of resto around, though. The place could have been rated more than Very Good if they can improve wifi connection, enhancing staff performance especially attentiveness to the needs of guests, and if there is better room housekeeping (am really particular to cleanliness). There were instances that we need to ask for cleaning the table before serving the food at the balcony (actually twice) but overall, the employees were kind enough to assist us.

nice, comfortable stay”
We booked 4 rooms in this hotel for an overnight stay. We picked it for its affordability and it didn't disappoint. Rooms were clean but smelled like disinfectant when I came in. Checkin was a bit slower than most hotels we've been to but manageable. Wifi was fast in the 2nd floor but our companions who were in first floor complained. The cable TV selection is also good. I liked the big servings at the hotel's restaurant though prices are high compared to Philippine standards.

Good value for money”
The room was pretty neat and good considering the price. The cabinet looked pretty old but still functional. Aircon was working well. I liked the bathroom although we didn't know how to use the hot-n-cold shower. I liked that the beach is just a few steps away from our room.

It was ok. We had problems with the number of people included in the bookings. Only 1 kid was included free with 2 adults per room. They charged extra for the kids and an adult. No breakfast included as well. Food was pricey but compared with restaurants nearby, they're almost the same. Staff said the food is good for 1 but it could feed 2-3. Beach was darker than in pictures. They're a bit strict with bringing of food into the resort

ok hotel...not bad at all”
My stay here was ok as in I enjoyed my time there but felt it could have been better....much better Good location as the hotel is right on the beach and has grew view of the beach The rooms were small and little smelly and walks are thin, can hear everything and everyone if you know what I mean. Still the staff were friendly and the location is really nice so if you can look over few problems it's a nice affordable hotel in the beach. Warning some staff like security are little sketchy... I needed to buy something and he charges me more than the regular price for the item....like 6 times the original price..

On the beach”
Off season travellers, so very quiet. Initially booked for 3 days then extended another 3 days and extended yet again for 2. Very relaxing except for the persistent hawkers. Food was a little 'hit and miss', but mostly hit. 24 hour bar and restaurant I suggest a little more training on the cocktails and please offer some non-alcoholic cocktails for the 'non drinkers' Reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff all excellent. We were in standard room 6 which is decent but WiFi doesn't reach very well - do you need WiFi when you're trying to chill? Tv signal and selection very good. Other places nearby much more expensive and not as good.

Overcharged & disappointed”
The price paid on Agoda was actually dearer than the rack rate if I had just walked in cold. An amount of price gouging too being a Sunday night as it was much cheaper the next day a Monday. On top of that the room was marketed as de-luxe but in fact was a box room with no window therefore no natural light. Cannot comment on staff or service as I ate and drank next door at Blue Rock a much more superior resort. One plus side was they emailed me that I had left a bag in the room which was nice however this was not picked up when they did a room check on my leaving, necessitating a drive back the following morning from Angeles City.

Pros: The place has 24 hour beach access, the staffs are very accommodating, the food is quite pricey because it is good for sharing and tastes good. Cons: The water for the CR is not that strong, some areas are under construction that you cannot fully enjoy amenities.

I arrived conveniently by coach from Angeles, which stopped also at my hotel. Unfortunately that service is not available directly back to Manila. so without problems I was in the hotel. However I booked the wrong room without windows. apart from that the room was fully equipped with all necessary things and broad TV-prgrams

Typical beach resort. good food”
Everything was fine except for some minor security issues not the fault of hotel. Outsiders can easily access rooms without getting noticed as the street passerbys can quickly intrude briefly from the street to the rooms and also get out quickly . The hotel is just a few feet from the street where al kinds of people pass by. This is what happened to us. A non staff opened our unlocked door and pretended to be inspecting guest room doors then quickly disappeared. As soon as we realized what took place, the person disappeared quickly and we and staff were not able to identify the person

Great location on Baloy Beach...standard rooms are small with no window...but comfortable and clean. Wifi a bit patchy but i think thats everywhere. Great friendly staff....excellent restaurant upstairs.

Location is nice as the beach is just few steps away. No pool, though but food is good and staff are nice. Rate is quite high if to be compared with their facilities, but somehow affordable.

The place is clean and fine”
If you just want a plain beach escapade, this is alright for you. The sand is gray and the sea water is too salty. The room smelled of cockroach. Under the sink, there were a lot of cockroach feces and the staff did not clean it up upon our arrival.
