Beautiful, clean, new hotel with excellent location (8-10 mins walk) to the Souq Waqif (main attraction) and international airport. Staff spoke excellent english and were very attentive, remembering my name and order even 2 nights later! Beautiful pool, pool bar and enclosed but glass seating area on the rooftop, with excellent views of Doha skyline. This hotel is a short can ride from the Doha CBD area, but as it is on the other side of Doha Bay from Doha CBD, you have beautiful views of the skyline. Management were excellent and allowed me to have an extremely late checkout as i was sick and had a late flight. Breakfast was nice, but lacked a little, catering more to Arabian tastes. But nothing worth complaining about. The restaurant itself serves excellent food and drinks (nil alcohol) and there is also a cafe on the ground floor. Day Spa on the top floor was beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel A+ Service”
I stayed at the Amari Doha for a 25 hour layover in Doha. Upon check in staff were extremely friendly and accomodating to myvrequest for a kater check out. Room were fantastic; clean, spacious and with all modern amenities. Shower was phenomenal! Very comprehensive breakfast spread. Rooftop pool and change room facilities top notch. Overall I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return next time I am in Doha.

The Hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms, breakfast and facilities were all very good. The staff in reception, the concierge and room service staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I booked a 2 night stay in a Superior Double Room with breakfast included and only paid 156.00 UK Pounds. For an excellent 4 Star Hotel in Doha, this was great value.

Only the problem was the location of hotel because its not close to the beach . The hotel close to International air port and also close to new big shopping .

i chose the hotel cuz it was new. actually i wasnt disappointed. the hotel was quiet and clean and nicely decorated. its in a crowded location which is a weak point but at the same time its less than 5 min to souq waqif with its musical prog. the rooms were a moderate size with a bit small beds. i recommend it if u want to stay in the city center close the corniche or u can choose the west bay.

Fantastic staff, spacious well appointed rooms and a great outdoor pool - one of the best outdoor pools in Qatar - the pool area is rooftop and unlike many other pools in Qatar it's a great space which actually allows you to enjoy the weather rather than most outdoor pools that are shadowed by other buildings

I would like to comment about the exceptional service i have received from AMARI hotel. The House Keeping departments' manager Mr Ganil in particular was outstanding in his scope of duties. Upon his arrival from my request, he was polite to greet me with a smile and asked me what was required to be done, he with his house keeper quickly finished the job. not only that, he recommended me some places to go during the New Year Eve so i could have some fun. His recommendation was excellent coupled with clear and concise information. This is going beyond his scope of duties and i really really appreciated it. Hence i will definitely visit amari again for his good services.

I stayed for 2 nights with wife n 2 kids. Very excellence hotel. Kids enjoyed the clean n big swimming pool. Cozy jacuzi and well equipped fitness center which is pool view. Breeze spa is exciting-Thai's spa. Very convenience to shopping i.e. souq-just 5 minutes walk. Airport is also 15 minutes away. Wonderful stay and i will come again to Amari, maybe in Thailand some other time.
