My favorite hotel in Boracay! Perfect for families!”
I can't begin to tell you how amazing our experience was. Staff accommodated everything we needed with 2 babies and a pregnant mama. I used the nanny service twice & wished I used it every night😁 She was amazing! I used the massage service twice as well... in room and should have taken advantage of that convenience as well. The morning breakfast was awesome! Love that staff too! We ate and sat right on the sand. It was beautiful & yummy especially the omelet bar. We literally stayed on the cleanest beach in Boracay. It's not crowded. It's not the party area so it's perfect to relax. We were only an 11 minute walk on the back to the beginning of Station 2, where all the restaurants, bars, and stores are located. We used their lounge chairs & ordered all day - food & drinks. The pool is conveniently located close to the beach too. They had live music most of the nights which was great while hanging out on the balcony with the best view! Please stay here! You won't regret it!

Best Place to Chill and Relax”
Originally, my sister and I only booked for a one-night stay here, where we could relax after our adventurous 4day stint at Station 2. But immediately after checking in, we fell in love with the place that we extended for 2 more days!!! The ambience is so relaxing and has a luxurious feel to it. The room is spacious, not to mention the huge bathroom. They follow all safety and health guidelines and provided a free hygiene kit for guests. They cleaned the room everyday and replenished all the toiletries everyday. They have free coffee and Lipton tea in the room, with Evian water for drinking. They have a private beach and lounge area where you can enjoy the tranquility of Station 1. Beach towels are provided too. The restaurant serves good food with a hefty serving for breakfast with unlimited coffee if you feel like it. I recommend their pizza, and we loved their cake. Make sure to be on time for their happy hour offerings. The service is also superb! Everyone is efficient and greets you with hospitality, including their resident tabby cat. Ambassador is certainly a slice of paradise in Boracay. Absolutely worth the price. We will definitely be back here!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. From arrival to check out, all the staff had been so accommodating and hospitable (even when you meet any of them anywhere the premises, they never failed to greet you, plus their lovely smiles, it’s heartwarming). The room was so huge than expected (we booked a family room, way bigger than the pictures posted here), and the bathroom is so cool and cozy. The location itself is so vibrant and the beachfront is so clean, adding to the beauty of boracay. Food was amazing and delicious. Literally, everyone of the staff really took good care of us and never failed to ask if there’s anything we need. I also liked the fact that they were very quick to answer queries even through sms (which is very practical and handy especially to young people who constantly just text everything nowadays.haha). Overall, our stay was top caliber, would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would definitely come back soon. From the time we arrived up until we checked out, the service we received from each and every staff was superb. We love the room and the ambiance of the property. Breakfast buffet was great. My two children called the hotel our home in Boracay. They can’t seem to wait to go back. We would always book in The Ambassador in Paradise every time we’d visit the Island. Best location at Station 1. Right beside Discovery Shores. Loved that they have Alfresco dining at the beach and sun beds as well. Loved the pool & will try the gym next time. All the staff were welcoming and made extra effort to greet us. Would like to commend Mr. Archer at the Restaurant for his Excellent Service and attention to details during breakfast service. Beautiful room. Our room (712) was located at the 1st floor and was huge. 2 comfortable Queen sized beds with a dining and sitting area, huge balcony and huge bathroom with a tub. The AC was cold which was perfect with this hot summer weather. AC leaked but we didn’t mind for it happened a day before we left so we just placed towels to dry it up. Cable channels available with the usual provision of water, coffee and tea. Complete amenities in the bath as well. Smell of sewage in the morning and sometimes at night but we requested for some fragrance spray which removed the stench (perhaps we were near their sewage System?). Anyway, happened twice only and was okay. Excellent Beach Front. Less crowded than the other stations. Do’s Try their fresh seafood at night. Stay on weekends, they have a Fire Show. Do water activities to Help the locals. Dine Al fresco. Stay at their Sun beds area to safekeep your items when you swim. Try the Cheap BBQ and shake near the resort. Dont’s Don’t but water bottles from the beach. They charged us P100 per bottle. Buko is P200. (If you stay at the Sun beds at the resort : you can ask water from the Restaurant). Better to bring your own bottle to fill it up. Overall, we were Happy and Will definitely book here again when we go back to Boracay!

We just had the best holiday we can have in boracay. I would like to commend all the staffs working in this hotel. From the reception who welcomed us warmly, to those who cleans our rooms really well, to all the waitresses who approach and serves is with smile. Everybody in this hotel are just so friendly. The place itself is such a paradise. The breakfast buffet is lovely. I never expected our holiday will be this good. Will definitely book in this place when I come back to boracay. One of the best in Station 1”
Stayed on our last night here and did not regret it.Although we were not given an early check in,everyone has been accomodating as soon as we arrived at the front desk.We were upgraded and was given a very nice room and probably the biggest bathroom we've ever seen.Room has a balcony with a view of the sea which we really loved!Location was superb and far from the crowd which we exactly needed,pool was huge and nice.The entire place looks beautiful at night even if there was a slight construction ongoing.They have their own nice resto with live band which I enjoyed during the night.Buffet bfast had limited options but all were really good anyway.Wifi was really strong everywhere.Had some minor issues with the AC leak and bed configuration upon check in but they were able to address it asap.Overall,our stay made our last day in Bora really relaxing and we all enjoyed it.Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

The employees of Ambassador are very friendly and helpful. I reserved 7 rooms for my family and friends; we felt so at home, safe and so satisfied with all the service especially the security guards and from restaurant servers. We are 30 people that were everywhere in this resort, if we have especial request or demanding something they are really trying to provide what they can do... The food in the restaurant is so good especially the salmon, chicken adobo, binagoongan and plain white rice... I think the Ambassador manager is doing the right thing thats why the employees are providing good service. My only wish for this place is make their walk way made of pavers stone.

Hands down one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in my life, even nicer in my opinion than the Phoenix in Phoenix arizona, which is $500/night and not even as cool or accommodating. Staff was awesome, the bartenders awesome, Jason and the manager were awesome. Front desk Rose was the sweetest ever. We stayed in 3 different hotels to get a feel for the island and traveled most of the island; this was at the top. Food was PERFECT, free breakfast is 5 star to me. View was gorgeous. Can't say enough.

Best hotel so far we’ve been in Boracay”
After hopping 4 other 5-star hotels at Station 1, this is the best among the rest. Not too big and not too small, just the right size. Very peaceful and laid back. I was able to sleep at their beach bed in the afternoon without too much disturbance. Their family suite is more than enough for 5pax. Their gym is free for use, unlike other hotels, which charge separately for using their gym. Staffs are very accommodating too. They have the best beach front at Station 1. I wish I had booked more days here. Well maybe on our next visit, we will definitely go back here.

Staff are very accommodating. we had a family suite room and swimming pool is just in front of our room. Location is great, as it is just few steps away from the white beach. It has access both to beach and main road in case you need to ride a trike going to D Mall and D Talipapa. Buffet breakfast are really good. Its peaceful at night which I like because I travelled with my kids and my mom. Hotel transfer service from the airport to hotel is good too as we have the speed boat on our own(but of course this is on top of the hotel rate). Highly recommended and will definitely book again in this hotel.

Our stay at the Ambassador was amazing. The rooms were huge, albeit a little older in style, but with everything you could need. And comfy beds! The hotel was beautifully laid out with the pool in the middle so all rooms had a beach view. Friends from other resorts would gather at our restaurant each afternoon to enjoy the great cocktails and food and the best spot to watch the sunset. And the staff, you couldn't get any friendlier or more helpful. We are already dreaming of our return visit.

Loved our room so much, biggest bed ever, huge bathroom and sea view. Staff were so attentive. The hotel is literally on the beach so you get sun beds you can use throughout the day. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, although quite expensive and not loads of options for vegetarians (but there generally aren’t loads of veggie options in PHP). Good buffet included, really enjoyed that! Would definitely stay there again.
