Value for money”
I booked this based on price and was pleased to find the room was clean and reasonably roomy. There was a good heater in the room and comfortable bed. The very good shower was a bonus.

Affordable accommodation in a good location near to Gluocester Road station”
The check-in was seamless. I love that the price of this hotel is so affordable and it is still clean and functional. Room is small but good enough for a few nights stay.

Basic but it did the job perfect.

Basic but OK”
When the lift doors opened there was a smell of damp on the third floor, but the room was fine. It was very small, but clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows a bit thin. Two good windows, which opened OK for fresh air (more than in some hotels where they are sealed shut!). TV small but worked OK. Shower was good. This was less than half the price I could have paid for a London hotel in November. Lets face it - all you really want is sleep. The pub six minutes away opposite the tube station does good food.

Overnight stop off”
Perfectly adequate for a budget bed. Standard room did not have much space, but the beds were good size singles and it was clean and had everything you need for a one night stay. Shower over bath, but good pressure and temperature. Tiny en-suite but all there. TV, coffee making facilities and the breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Luggage storage available was a real bonus as well!

There were 3 of us so had 3 beds in one room in the basement. The room was clean and plenty of space”
Bathroom needs a refurbishment. The TV Ariel didn’t work properly. The hotel could do with a bar. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and good price

Very good”
The hotel is a good 2/3star hotel. There was a nice coffee machine in the room just no coffee to use with it !! We had a room in the basement, the room was small but fine for a night. The curtains were a bit lightweight so the lights from outsde meant the room was not very dark at night. We did not try the food.

Budget Hotel in Central Location”
If you need a budget hotel in a central location this is a good choice, but it is completey no frills so be prepared for a hard bed and tight quarters. It is the cheapest hotel in the area, and better than the discount hotels near Earls Court Road. Good for students and young travellers.

Good for the money. ”
Cheapest place I've stayed in London and definitely not the worst. For the location and price I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel isn't perfect and some parts feel a bit dated, but again, for the money I'm definitely not complaining. Would visit again.

Good location, but the rest could be better”
- The room is extremely small. The shower is smaller than on an aeroplane. The water pressure is very weak. The water temperature is poorly regulated. - My room key has been blocked TWICE - An elevator once stuck with people - The hotel said that it provides a mail service, but I could not receive a single letter. They have not responded to my request email for a week now. Very sad. - However, I liked the breakfast at the hotel

A little worn down, but otherwise lovely”
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was old and worn, but clean. The worst was the bed, which was extremely hard. The best was the breakfast ord the location.

Very good”
Given wrong room on check in (given twin instead of double) but was quickly rectified Also had to ask twice for spare pillows and only 1 cup with tea making facilities Breakfast could have been better (very cheap) and would recommend free coffee pods and better selection of tea

Great location”
This property is in excellent location. Its staff is very nice. The rooms are okay for the money and a good option for budget travelers. If it is upkeep well, it would be so nice. Thing we noticed are paint peeling off the wall, carpet is extremely old & not clean, stained blanket.

Morning/day staff weren’t that friendly but the gent behind reception in evening was lovely.”
The hotel that we stayed in was clean in reception area and room was pretty tidy. The bathroom bin however was not emptied and some places in the room needed a little dusting. On the second night after the cleaners had been they replaced our dirty towels for clean ones but replaced it with something that looked brown on the white towel which we thought could have Ben either dried up blood or something else. Other than that the breakfast was very standard which was to be expected but the cooked breakfast wasn’t really tasting of anything other than water which was odd. The location was good. Like I said above the evening male staff member was lovely and sorted out everything that we needed if we asked for it with no problem at all just a shame about the cleanliness really.

Good”
Was given a twin room on 6th floor when checked in. Found the room to be stuffy & realised its only window is the fixed type that cannot be opened. Was told by reception that it’s for security reason. I asked for room change & was given one on 1st floor. It’s smaller and it’s very noisy due heavy traffic on the road in front & also noise from smokers gathered on the pedestrian path. Notified reception that a bulb in the toilet was blown on the 3rd & 4th mornings, it was not replaced. We stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast was very good but it’s menu is the same every day. Good location. Sandwiched between Earls Court & Gloucester Road Tube stations, 400-500m away. Sainsbury & Waitrose supermarkets close by also. Microwave available at dining hall to heat up food in the evening. Good housekeeping & wifi.
