Located in The Lake District, this is a guest house with a little bit of more customer care then other places. You are not only having a bath tub, you have a Jacuzzi. Breakfast is not only breakfast. I quite love this guest house during my period of stay. The stuff is very lovely and my room is bigger than i respected.
Had a lovely 5 night stay at this B & B. A great location right in the centre of Ambleside close to shops, pubs and restaurants, traditional and warm atmosphere with friendly and hospitable hosts. Only downside a teeny bit of noise from square at back of the property.

Cold, heating turned off during the day at night at off peak hours and with very poor windows, it was very cold in the room and bathroom. Being a global traveller and used to 4 or 5 star hotels, the service would be hard to gain 3 star. One positive note, both the gentleman and lady at reception made the stay durable!

this b&b is located at the 2nd and 3rd floor of a house. it is very difficult to drive to the entrance of the house because the road is very steep. in sum, it is a tidy and clean b&b.

The owners were very accommodating, advising on activities and ways to save money on various excursions. Nothing was too much trouble! The breakfast was the perfect start to the day!! with the best fresh fruit salad we have ever had. highly recommend.
