Definitely good for the value. The stay was cheap and the room was nice and spacious. The only small issue we had was the floor seemed to not have been swept in awhile. Our feet were always dirty. Other than that, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was super friendly, you don’t hear any of the other people staying there, and the location is fairly convenient. The exterior of the building that holds the rooms look like it’s going to be sketchy, but the inside is definitely the opposite. Would highly recommend and most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. The room was large and had s refrigerator, microwave, large tv, couch, and a nice bathroom. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

America's Best Value Inn is usually my stay of choice when working down in Ft. Myers. My last two stays weren't horrible (well, maybe the last one was a little); however, they definitely weren't as great as my previous stays here. This time around was definitely better. My room was clean, and staff stopped by to make sure I didn't need anything. Hopefully it continues to stay that way. I'll continue to leave my reviews based on my present stays.

Overall the hotel is located in a great area, lots of places to eat and visit. The only down fall was their was a dirty mop smell in the room, my nose is very sensitive, I smelled it all night. Please??? Use a fresh mop and clean water after every room!

My stay here is normally fine, however this time around it wasn't the best. The AC was super loud and constantly would cycle on and off. Had to turn off humidifier because it was blowing warm air in one area of the room while the other was barely cool. I usually stay in a non-smoking room, but this one smelled like smoke. Last the peep hole was covered with tissue paper. I still gave a high rating because I've been in better rooms, but gave an honest review of what I stayed in this stay. I brought my concerns to the attention of hotel staff and they said they'd look into it.

Our room was clean and the location was great. Close to everything. Pretty quite place and they kept the outside areas clean. No breakfast was provided but your close to ALOT of choices. The pool was nice and kept clean. I would stay again

Great spot to stay for the money”
The room was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was that they advertise free breakfast but are no longer serving breakfast. I understand that they are afraid of Covid but then they need to remove it from their website.

Very good”
Undeniably great value for money with breakfast included. Rooms are fine - much better than expected at this price point. We had twin double beds. My wife moved to the other bed with our son during the night due to my snoring. The next day they both came up with some kind of itchy bites. I can't say whether it's related, but reading some other reviews afterwards on various sites it seems there might be a problem there. Other than that, all good.

Not too happy”
I've stayed at this inn a few times, however my last two stays were not too great. This last room I stayed in smelled like smoke once again. Had a small dead roach on wall. The room wasn't as clean as the previous rooms I've stayed in. The iron cord was cut, possibly from a previous disgruntled semi-resident guest. Semi-resident guest will remove the do not disturb sign from your room door. The little door security in place to avoid others from barging into your room was broken. Called front desk and they definitely didn't seem to care. They did however offer to bring up an iron but I managed without it.

Tolerable”
Not bad if you're looking for something simple. I stayed here for work. For the most part it was clean. I travel with my own sheet set and covers so the burn marks on decorative sheet didn't bother me much. Area wasn't noisy and the people around seemed to be to themselves. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's pretty tolerable and does the job. The one small thing that bothered me was my do not disturb sign being removed from my door whenever I placed it out on my door. On my last night, well it disappeared.
