Good stay! ”
The beach of Amiana was mostly clean thanks to the hard-working lifeguards; they woke up really early just to clean everything up and get rid of the garbage before customers wake up. The service there was great, and the environment was beautiful. We really loved the beach and the pool! If the gym can be clean and built inside of a room, that'd be great! In the summer, without having a strong AC, it's really a pain in the ass; in fact, without having the gym built indoor, it's really hot for customers to exercise there (since it's very hot in Vietnam most of the time). The prices for food and beverage there were reasonable. In general, we'd love to come to Amiana again; however, if the issue of the gym can be fixed, that'll be great!

Overall quality of this resort is absolutely amazing, especially the attitude of all employees toward guest is fantastic. There were some small schedule issue on my trip, and they are so willing to help me, and most of them we found finest solution with yours. Thank you~! Mr. Huynh on reception. He manage and help my schedule issue with his full effort and suggest possible solution. Great Staff! And also I do not remember her name, but she helps out when my kid had a wound on his foot. Probably she is working at health/medicine part on your resort. After my kid had a treat and bandage on his foot, she called our room again to check his condition even though she went back 10 minutes ago. So kind and professional! There were also Ms. Bui Thi Bao Duyen and Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Dung who helped me out the schedule before I visit your resort, and it makes me feel I was warmly welcome by you even though you do not know who I am. Thank you very much for your all crews!

Exceptional”
Its a beautiful place with an exceptional breakfast. 3 pools including a salt water pool and a small private beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The infinity pool with the bar above the beach is also a must at sunset. Their welcome Lemon grass,ginger green tea is so so good and is a must have. Make sure you use 'Grab' for taxis or check their price and bargain the for a better price with the taxis on the road. The staff is very extremely polite and welcoming. The Hotel is a bit isolated to walk anywhere other than two sea food restaurants. So make sure you buy anything you need from a mini Mart in the city. Only complaint is that they do not have great cable channels, but otherwise it is probably the best in the city for now because the rest mostly are city hotels and not resort type.

Wonderful and memorable Place”
We have stayed 2 nights at the 3 bedrooms villa, all the thing inside the room is excellent and service is very good. The breakfast is super good and the beach water is really clean. Welcome drink and food are nice. I will stay again if I come to this place in future.

Fantastic Resort”
We stayed for 5 nights in February. Resort has everything you need. 3 pools, own private beach. Far enough from Nha Trang for quietness, close enough to go in and out in Taxi or Grab (20 minutes). Very clean, friendly, helpful staff. Room was big with outside covered bathtub and shower. Would recommend and stay here again.

Relaxing beach holiday”
If you are spending a few weeks in Vietnam and fancy a few days down time the Amiana resort is ideal. It is 20 minutes out of Nha Trang but provides everything you need on site and the accommodation is outstanding. If you want to go into Nha Trang it is a 20 minute taxi ride but the fares are cheap. We stayed in an Ocean Deluxe King and it was deluxe. Breakfast was by the main pool and was varied and excellent quality. We did have dinner once in the resort but found travelling into Nha Trang to a restaurant provided variety and a choice of excellent food. The hotel offered us a transfer from the airport and we would recommend this as it is 45-50 minted drive from Cam Ranh and the rate applied is very reasonable. The main attraction is it is by the sea and has excellent clean beaches and a clear sea.

Best stay in Vietnam so far”
Not only the hotel has one of the best view on the Nha Trang Bay but the staff is super nice too !! The room was great too. I sprained my ankle during my stay and they offered to help me each time they could. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and great meals, the bars offer great cocktails too. We will come back for sure !

Absolute quiet beach front location ”
Private beach & 3 pools (2 pools are massive) 1 pool is seawater. Ample lounges around every water area. Fabulous food, breakfast is amazing! Clean, quiet with free shuttle buses to Nha Trang 15 minutes away. The spa is beautiful with the only mud bath in the area. Staff were extremely helpful & a credit to Amiana Resort . Ocean view accommodation was truly amazing! Love an outside shower & a perfect lounges on the veranda made our stay

Best 5 star beach Resort in Nha Trang”
The best feature is the open-rood bath tub surrounded by plants. The buffet breakfast was really good and romantic. The pool sunken bar was chic and instagrammable. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful resort but we had some issues”
It actually pains me to leave a bad review as this resort is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever been to. The views, the beach, wow. We stayed during the Covid-19 outbreak and got to enjoy this beauty with only a handful of guests there. Amazing. Sadly, this is where the problems started. Given there was under 10 people staying at the time, they had a real opportunity to showcase how special this resort is, but they didn’t. We were informed two days into our stay that the resort had decided to close for 2 months as they were losing money. That didn’t shock me, but what followed did. - pools closed - restaurant closed - only serving lunch menu and breakfast a la cart - half the beach closed - deck chairs packed away - construction men walking around It felt like being in a pub, time had been called and they just wanted everyone out. Given the circumstances I wasn’t surprised they wanted to close, but we had paid full price to be in their resort and as they were closing for 2 months, why couldn’t this have waited a few more days until we had left. Nobody came to say ‘sorry’ or ‘as compensation please accept XYZ’. We even learnt that the owner was living there as he was stuck because of the lockdown, at not one point did he ask how things were or if we needed anything. The world is falling apart due to covid-19 and we were not taken care of at all. Also, to add insult to injury, when showering outside, snakes came out of the plug hole in between our feet. This happened on two occasions, likely because the resort was so quiet. But the resort never gave us anything and just made an excuse. Really bad. Like I said, I am really disappointed as the resort is truly breathtaking. But it’s such a shame that the service was not on par. A few lessons could definitely be learnt from this.
