Perfect location in coron”
I love our stay in Amphibi ko. It's easily accessible, near everything. And the sky reataurant and viewig deck is perfect for viewing the beach and sunset. The breakfast and food are also grear. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Very nice resort”
We took the "overlooking room" which was spacious and well equipped. When we arrived we had a problem with the hot water in the shower, that was promptly resolved by the staff. The view from the room is not directly on the sea, but you can take advantage of a small balcony next to the rooms to watch the sunset. We loved that everything was made in wood and the bed also was very comfortable. We had dinner at the sky-restaurant and they have AMAZING ramen. One of the best I've had recently. However, breakfast was very poor, a lot of options were not available and they had basically only omelette and ham, with no option for a sugary breakfast (neither jam!). In the end I took my breakfast in a bar near by. Apart from this small point, I would definitely recommend the resort for the rest. We booked with them also a scuba-diving excursion that was exceptional, the staff and the instructors were very pleasant and professional.

The Staff was amazing and so helpful! The breakfast was delicoius with a nice view and the room was so good and cleaned. The only negative thing was that you heard noises from the outside at night and that breakfast was between 7-9 in the morning, 7-10 or 7-11 would have been better for me and my friends as we are not morning persons!

The room is big, away from street noise but still super central. The only downside was the bathroom which wasn’t nowhere at the level of quality of the room. The wc broke and couldn’t flush, and also was missing the seat.

Staff was helpful and the room was basically ok. However, I would not recommend for a light sleeper. This hotel is situated downtown but the rooms are back in the tidewaters in a fishing community of town. Room walls are thin. The "info" light on the AC was bright enough to read a book, further making it hard to sleep. At least a dozen roosters were cackling since early morning, and dogs barking. The internet did not work at all, in the evening, night or morning, in the lobby. I bailed out early from my non-refundable stay.

Room is big but without basic facilities like table, chair and hanger for hanging clothes in room and bathroom. No international adaptor provided for guests and bottle water, staff is not keen to service guest with passion. Will not come back and will seek for better resort/hotel like Ipil or 4.13 which looks good

Not worth your money”
Our booking is from feb 12, 13, 14. But we didn't made it on our feb 12 booking bc the flight is delayed we didn't made it for the ferry to reach coron. We phoned them right away to let them know, upon landing in puerto but they didn't even let us get a percent off deducted from our bill, the staff keep on insisting the rules of agoda, so we just let it past. We got there the day of 13, the room is clean and the staff was ok at 1st but the ac is so weak for a deluxe room. We booked everything through them to make our lives so much easier. We booked a private tour to the island with 4 adults, cost us 8 600 w/o food. That we later found out was way too overcharged. On our 3rd night 2 of us was moved to a standard room that they promised with a better AC but it was still weak, plus this room has a lot of ANTS and unsterdy stairs. The ferry that we booked going back is at 7:30 so we asked them to have the breakfast a lot earlier. But they couldn't even give us coffee or boiled egg-

Perfect stay in Coron ”
I am a picky traveller so choosing the best hotel comes after lots of comparing and scrutinizing blogs and reviews. I chose Amphibi-Ko because of location, freebies (some resort are cheap but will not give u a good bed, towel or non-AC, no bfast) and of course the price! This hotel is a combination of all good things! Located near Mt. Tapyas and docking area for Coron island tours. We stayed in an overlooking room which provided balcony and a place to dry your clothes. The eesort is well kept, very clean and rooms are big. My favorite thing about this resort is its Sky Restaurant which gives an awesome view of hills and sea. Food is always freshly cooked! Love their sinigang na lapu-lapu. Breakfast can be improved although it's already a good deal that there is free breakfast. Staff and managers are friendly and really take care of their guests. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my fam and friends!

Everything what you need in Coron for a great price with amazing staff”
We spend here five nights while on our honey-moon trip for island hopping in Coron. At the beginning we did reservation just for one night since we planned to stayed very comfortably for our last days in Philippines and this place was our more budget option. After visiting the room and looking around we decided to stay here till end of our trip and it was great decision. First of all - there is super friendly hotel staff. The place is also a diving center located directly ON the bay (long pier with dive-center at the end) few meters from hotel with cool sunbathing/starwatching spot at the rooftop. Diving center instructors and equippment is a first class - we took a one day trip with 3 dives incl. to nearby wrecks and Barracuda lake with thermoclines - the price was the lowest in the area and the trip was really great with lunch, and beer at the end ;) Breakfast is included in room price and is choose from the menu in the Restaurant located on the third floor of the hotel building with amazing view to the bay. Hotel offers also free water refill which is very convenient. Our room was the more expensive one on 2nd floor, was simple with big bed and fresh, clean bedsheets, toilet paper, shampoo, aircon and fan and full cable TV (including Star Movies channel ;)) We also had a balcony but we didn't use it. Big enough bathroom with warm and cold shower. We lack the closet - there was none in the room but it was still ok. WiFi available in the restaurant and common space at th entrance (sometimes it reaches rooms at the 2nd floor :)). I really recommend this place - very good price and one of the best places in Philippines we stayed in. Especially friendliness and smile everywhere there is something that makes your day everyday :) NExt time in Coron we will directly go to Amphibi-Ko again!

Exceptional”
it is our first time to visit coron and we had a difficult time deciding where to stay until we saw Amphibi-ko resort (agoda) with all the things were looking for like the free breakfast, availability of internet (strong signal at the sky restaurant) and value for money. not very fancy place to stay but perfect for what we are looking for. we stayed at one of their deluxe rooms. everything were clean (they sanitized everything everyday, which we liked) native ambiance is good especially on their sky restaurant. food were okay. very courteous staffs.

Just exactly what I need!”
We booked this Hotel because the Patrik & Tezz Guesthouse doesn't offer air-con. Air-con works properly but the WIFI is not working at all. The location is near to restaurants like Lolo Nonoy's and Big Mama's, wet market and they have a Cafe outside the Inn (must try the strawberry yogurt!). All staff are friendly and they never fail to greet us everytime we pass by. I love the sky restaurant on the 3rd floor. Overall, this inn is decent for it's price tag. Will definitely come back again and will stay at Amphibi-ko Resort!

You get more than what you paid for”
We booked deluxe room with free breakfast and breakfast was awesome at the sky restaurant where you can enjoy the scenic view while waiting for your food to be served. Staff was great and very helpful when I asked them where I can booked a van transfer to airport and immediately assisted us and they are the one who booked for us for only Php150 each and van picked up us at the hotel. Our stay in this hotel was smooth and relaxing. Thanks a lot Amphibi-ko. When time permits to go back in Coron, I will still choose your hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Value For Money”
Our stay was very enjoyable at Amphibi-Ko. Our pick up from the airport was organised through the hotel and even though we ended up on an earlier flight our pick up was there waiting. The hotel is located on a pier over the water and the view to the islands and water activity was very relaxing. The adjacent properties are not in such great repair but considering Coron was hit by typhoon Yolander November 2013, it is understandable. The staff went out of there way to assist us with island hopping tours and other daily requests such as best laundry and other restaurants to eat at.

Good for diving , and fantastic views”
Coron town is awful , it's noisy dirty and has very little character which is a big shame as it is in what could be a lovely setting, Amphibi-Ko hotel is set right in the middle of 'philipine slum type shacks ' and slightly back off the Main Street on a concrete plinth .with a lovely view of the bay .(the best bit ), Its right in the middle of the town so minutes to walk everywhere , not that there's anywhere to go or see , unfortunately the neighbours are into cock fighting in a big way ,there are about 10 birds within the hotel area and these birds like karaoke as much as the next Philopino , especially at 545 am !!! It's singularly the noisiest hotel iv ever stayed in ! Also the constant noise of the motorbikes with their exhaust baffles removed ,( to make them sound like a Harley Davidson ) ,is always present . Very good earplugs required ! Make sure you get an upstairs room as the downstairs ones have been flooded and smell mouldy ! The room is nice and for the price ok ! Very handy to do diving here for 3 dives including all equipment ! No breakfast so I bought a French loaf and some bananas and I had my own tea with me. The journey from the airport is by mini van and set price ,takes 30 mins and drops you at your hotel . But I have to say its a good hotel with nice clean comfortable room and fantastic views ,if you can put up with the noise ! Very helpful staff ! I got them to organise my ferry to El Nido and the lady who came to the hotel was fab ,1800p for the ferry , (same price everywhere) , and she came and picked me up at the hotel and took me to the port at 715 am ! This is a good service as sometimes when your travelling finding ports/bus terminals can be a bit of a pain.

This is my 3rd time staying at Amphibi-ko. I always enjoy this place for the included breakfast and proximity to other places in Coron. The staff is always very polite, kind, and eager to be helpful.
