Hotel near Chitose airport”
We just need a nearby hotel that can take us to the new chitose airport within 15 mins or less as we have an early flight to catch. From niseko , we took the Hokkaido liner to chitose airport before booking a cab to the hotel via the airport staff’s help. The hotel is not that spacious - quite cramp but have generally those essential items you need in hotel room ie fridge ,toilet accessories , etc etc. toilet has auto bidet as usual in Japan . So Muslim travellers no worries on the bidet . Next door is the Aeon mall but we can’t comment here as we din not manage to walk there to look-see since we were very tired from the long bus ride . The only minus we encountered was the front counter service lady who served us to check in . We requested from her to help us book a taxi for next day to bring us to the airport but she was reluctant and said that may not be able to as the taxis are busy? So we had to think of alternative and slept the issue away till morning . Decided to checkout as early as 730 to go again to the reception counter - this time my daughter tried to check with a male reception . Without any fuss , he helped us to book one. Hmm , I am not sure why the lady customer officer turned our request down though there wasn’t any q around to check in . Anyway do note on the transport method to bring you back to the airport if you stay there cos not all app manage to get you one(I tried sone).

Reserve early ”
This hotel helped so many people during a blizzard in Hokkaido. Although it had four restaurants, none were open, but the hotel had a family mart inside and many restaurants within walking distance. It also had a aeon mall across the street.

Convenient Location ”
Hotel is just next to Aeon Mall and many Restaurants. Is also walking distance to the train station. However, if their staff can have more fluent in English, it will be ideal. Currently, the hotel also suspended their free Airport Shuttle Service which we only get to know when we check in to the hotel. Other then that, the hotel is a good place to stay and move around.

ANA Chitose is very ideal for transit guests or if we are only staying for a short stay in Chitose. Shopping and food are closeby, the hotel room is spacious compared to other Japanese chain hotels.

Everything was fine execpt the staff on checkin spoke to me with out using polite Japanese. When asking for a copy of my residence card he said コピーを取ってもいい instead of コピーを頂いてもよろしいでしょうか。 I found this to be quite racist as if I was a Japanese guest he would have usernames the correct Japanese but purely due to the colour of skin chose to use colloquialisms.

SUper huge room in the Executive room”
Super amazed with the size of the room i booked with a very reasaonable price, the room is probably 100m with a pantry and 6 seated dining table, its own bedroom, a big living room, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. Would definitely stay back here for a transit. Its close to the airport and offer free airport shuttle, its next to aeon so lots of food. But if you want to go to downtown its a bit far but there is a station about 500m down

No airport shuttle service!!!”
The hotel offers airport shuttle on Agoda but when I checked in, the hotel staff said airport shuttle service is under suspension until further notice so it’s pointless staying here. The staff helped us by booking us a taxi.

Staff is great but facility seems to be old”
People who are working there are great but due to the fact that the facility is quite old the price seems too much for it. This place seems to suit ANA employees better. I don't think the money is worth it I'd rather stay in Sapporo area hotel.

No shuttle bus!”
Despite it's location nearer to the airport, and being ANA, one would expect the shuttle bus service to the airport. Contrary to the reviews made previously, this service was not provided, and we had to learn it the hard way, having to drag out 4 luggages at 6am in the morning in the cold weather of -5 degrees with all the stone hard icy roads. The hotel would not help to book taxi for us as well to ease our journey. Additionally, upon booking we specifically mentioned we needed a shuttle bus service. If this service was not provided, shouldn't this be communicated to the customers earlier on? We had to find out the hard way, upon check in and the receiptionist just said "no shuttle bus" upon being asked. No clarity and transparency at all. At least we would have been able to find a different accommodation to suit our needs. We even paid for the breakfast but had to skip it since we had to catch public transport to go to the airport since no bus was provided, completely ruining our plans! Poor customer service, and unhelpful. The location is not convenient enough for a 6am walk especially in winter. In conclusion, this hotel is not worth the value and their service is definitely way below the expected hospitality in Japan. Customer service is totally lacking, and poor communication.

Reasonable place”
We had to stay there as we had issues getting flights. The Hotel is 10 mins from the airport and we stayed in the newer wing which had nice, modern, good sized rooms. Food and service was all fine and typically Japanese

Bad experience!”
The hotel wasn't what I have expected from the illustration. The counter staff is not friendly. I had arrived early that day and wanted to leave my luggage at the concierge, but the lady staff wearing spec didn't even bother me and didn't guide me at all. After checking in the room, the room was small, old and dirty. The best part, when I checked out, I had asked for a bottle of water from the counter staff and the male staff wearing spec rejected me and said "No". Bad experience! Don't ever go to this hotel.
