Great stay in Okayama”
I have stayed at this hotel before and loved its location, facilities and service. This current stay did not disappoint either with comfortable rooms and attentive reception staff. Another positive surprise is the great breakfast offered in the morning. Had to wait a bit to get a table, but the food choices were very good, like other aspects of this hotel.

It has connecting way direct to main station and very close. Hotel is clean, comfort and nice vice. There is convenience store next to the hotel. Staff are all nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out process are simple and fast.

Spring Tour Group from Adl/Melb”
This hotel is convenient, located right next to the major railway line, a very short walk to large shopping area. they are friendly & welcoming & very helpful. Hiroshima & surrounds are easily accessed from here. Not far from beautiful gardens & castle. One of our party misplaced an envelope containing a large amount of their travel money here and it was returned quickly and completely intact! No hesitation at all in recommending this hotel highly.

House keeping is not professional.”
First day, I found the toilet had unflushed tissue. Because if too tiring I did not ask exchanging a new room. Final night, it must be the house keeper pressed the alarm on button, the clock rang in earky morning without my setting. These two mistakes are unprofessional otherwise the location and price are good. Hotel is new.

It been fantastic stay in ANA hotel with good staff. I leave my luggage on high speed train on way to Okayama, and the front desk manager helped me to locate the bag from loss and found center, plus send the bag back in two days before I check out; is mission impossible according to train station officer. I would say it is best hotel to stay on the town if you are travel with family and children.

Just 1min walk cross the over covered bridge connected to hotel from Okayama St. ! Great location ! I got upgraded to premium room ! Mattress are extra comfort n hotel very clean also friendly staff ! Highly recommend esp when u travel by bullet train!

The location of this hotel is great. It's attached to the main Okayama train and bus station. It's about one km away from the Japanese garden and walking distance to some nice shopping streets.

Nice hotel connected to Okayama station”
Our stay was ok. Located centrally and connected to Okayama station. Room was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that i didn't like about this hotel was the smell of cigarettes each time you walked through the lobby as they have a smoking room.

Nice place, the room is clean and tidy. Convenience, close to bus stop and railway station. Staffs are polite and friendly. The breakfast is great with enough choices. The price is reasonable during the Golden week holidays.

Good hotel in central location”
We had the weekend special with very reasonable price including breakfast buffet which was very good. Great value for money for Japanese standards but this is also not Tokyo or Osaka. Very central location, next tot the central station. Very nice hotel and the high floors have a good view on Okayama.
