Excellent”

Hotel was situated a good ~20 mins walk from station though never tried walking there. To get there, we hopped on its loop tram ride there, paying Yen$200 per adult. Hotel was near the Toyama Castle and if you walked a few streets behind the building, there are shopping & eating areas nearby. The Sleeping program offered there was good, have never experienced in other Japanese hotels i stayed in. Room size was acceptable and services there were not bad. Hotel provided free mineral water bottles during 2 nights there. Customer service was good provided by the guy who attended to our luggage, he was very friendly and amicable while trying to advise us on our queries and gave some suggestions on where to visit which made our stay in the hotel very enjoyable and pleasant.

Just a typical business hotel”

A unremarkable hotel, very typical business hotel. Rooms were nicely sized but decor wise very plain and the hotel feels a little old. Got a view of Toyama castle though. Location wise, about 10'mins walk to Toyama station. Basically, it serves its function as a room to sleep in. Nothing terrible impressive.

Good Stay”

+Love the shower and the bathtub. There was a large mount of water coming out of the shower, larger than any other hotels that we had been to. This made showering at this hotel so much enjoyable.

Walkable distance to the castle. Got some good restaurant nearby and with clear direction map from the concierge desk. Good service overall.

Unsatisifactory”

No car park within the hotel. The hotel should have initiative to assist their visitors for this. The staff stood at the entrance don't know to speak English.

Above average”

There was a power outage at the hotel at 1am -3am with everything blockout-no hot water ,no electricity and no lift. I wish they can inform us before booking or at the time of booking . I would not book it if that's the case. We have to walk15 floors to get some water and there is no aircon in the room. The room was suffocating!!! Really bad experience

駅からは遠いが、近くに飲食店が多いのでとても便利。 ホテルの部屋が広く、アメニティも充実しているので快適です。 大通りに面していますが騒音は気になりません。

繁華街に近く、ANAの看板を背負っている為選びました。特に問題はなく、所謂可もなく不可もなくでしょうか

富山中心地”

結構目立つホテルなので、外出した時も分かりやすく便利かなと。富山を観光した際に滞在しましたが、特に不便さは感じられませんでした。目の前にはコンビニもあるし。

ロケーション良く便利”

雲海ディナーの割引券を利用した。最初に生ビールとお通しが来たが、そのあとしばらく放置された。従業員は愛想よく各テーブルに配膳していたが、周りの他のテーブルへの気配る余裕が欠けているようで、二度手を挙げたが気付かない様子であった。キャンペーンメニューのせいか？
