Best Experienced”
Definitely we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had the best and memorable experienced for my husband’s birthday. I would like to thank Ms. Maricel, the in-charge of F & B for pulling off some surprised for my husband’s birthday by giving us complimentary cake and balloons together with her colleagues Lelum Omar Kavidu and Arnab, not only that, our room was even upgraded from Premier to Deluxe Room, and they put some decors on the bed which we really appreciate it. Dinner in the room was superb. These staff were very accommodating. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed especially with Ms. Maricel, because she did her best to make our stay as memorable as it can be. True enough, we had one. She’s the best! Definitely we will recommend this to our friends and surely we are looking forward to go back again. Keep it up!

Anantara resort was such an amazing experience. I stayed at this resort for a full week, unfortunately by myself. I came down from Muscat which took a few hours drive. Note, make sure you have a 4x4 capable vehicle to get up the mountains. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. My room looked excellent, had a stunning view of the canyon, was tidy and clean. The view from the pool and Diana's point is a million dollar view. The food there was on point, they even delivered locally grown fruits to my room almost everday. Chef Lelum went above and beyond in making me special surprise treats and dishes. His care and devotion was beyond reproach. Even though my stay had to be solo, I was still able to experience many of the activities offered, such as the Wadi Al Bawaarid hike, Ultimate Jabal Activity Wall and zip line, Spa, Gym, Pool & jacuzzis, archery, and the Lost village hike. The hikes especially are worth experiencing. But what made this place special was the care and attention to detail from all the staff. A shoutout to the Rec center staff Sulaiman, Maher, and Lotfi, my room attendant Manik, the restaurant staff Lelum, Irfan, Megin, June and everyone else of Anantara Al Jabal al akhdar were all kind, professional and outstanding which made my stay the best it possibly could. I would most definitely revisit here.

Fabulous from start to finish”
If you want to get away from the chaos of city life, this is your spot. Peace and serenity within nature yet 5 star luxury. The silence at night really cleanses your soul. The staff don’t have the word NO in their vocabulary. No request is declined. Absolutely recommend.

Luxury hotel in the mountains”
The hotel is well located on top of the mountain range with very dramatic views. It has a nice modern design but with Arabic touch. The facilities are nice. My favorite are the spacious and well designed rooms an bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic and very delicious. The dinner restaurants were OK. Overall a good stay.

Excellent stay at Anantara Jabal Akhdar”
We had a wonderful staying experience at the Anantara resort in Jabal Akhdar. The route to the resort is amazing driving through the mountains and valleys. The staff were nice but probably needs more training to be customer friendly in 5 star standards. Probably language issues. Otherwise there is nothing at fault with the resort being clean and having many resources to spend quality time. The rooms are excellent, very spacious, cosy and comfortable. We had special requests for interconnected rooms and it was provided. We also mentioned about birthday celebrations and they sent a beautiful cake to celebrate. The restaurants are high quality with nice cuisine. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was heated and the jacuzzi was nice and warm to chill in the cool breeze. Great canyon views and excellent photo moments during sunset time. Overall a fantastic place to be in and will surely return for more. Highly recommended !! Thank you Anantara for the wonderful memories.

He had rented a garden pool villa which was beautiful and very spacious. The entire stay was wonderful and the staff super friendly and attentive. Also the buffet restaurant and breakfast were very good.

Only issue faced was check in time. It took more than two hrs to wait for room though check in time was mentioned during booking some 20 days earlier. Request for interconnected room was not done neither twin bed rooms. My feeling is that conditions set in Agoda site where booking was confirmed, hotel management were unaware or don’t want to entertain. Breakfast was too good. Staff very polite and helpful. Superb quality of food and COVID SOP were followed correctly، Very entertains stay and will come again in summer
