Small but convenient”

The lobby area seems really jammed, but the breakfast was decent and it is within walking distance to the downtown shopping area. One night stay is definitely all right.

Good location but no parking lot”

Staff is very helpful. English speaker staff is not very good but they tried to help. Room is okay for budget. A bit far away from the castle but in see-able distance from your window

窓からの見晴らし”

ホームページには熊本城が綺麗に見える写真が使われているが、熊本城側があれば、その反対もあるわけで、今回私は反対側のお部屋だったので、見晴らしは悪く、隣のビルに隣接しているので、カーテンも開けられない状態でした。 長期間の滞在で、それがとても残念でした。

ロケーションは、屋上と部屋からは熊本城が良く見え、 おしゃれな屋上からは、熊本城と熊本の山並みが見えて すごく綺麗でした。 部屋のサービスも、清潔で浴衣やバスローブでなくオリジナルの部屋ぎ自分の部屋にいる感じでリラックスできました。 朝食はコロナ渦の影響で、鯛めしのお弁当でしたが、具の種類と量が適量でした、今後もバイキング形式でなく、この朝食を続けて欲しいしです。

店舗展開しているお店が入ってる綺麗なホテル。”

ホテルの直運営ではなく、県内に店舗運営をされているお店がホテルに入っているので、 ホテルにいながらにして、県内の郷土料理や名物が楽しめるのは大きなメリットです。 ホテルの客室も、バススペースが広くゆったりと入浴も出来、何より客室内で コーヒーマシーンを使ったレギュラーコーヒーやお茶が楽しめたのは良かったです。 珈琲党の私としては、一つではなく、せめて3タイプほどのコーヒーを このマシーンで楽しみたかったです。まあ、無料サービスですからね（笑）

위치, 구마모토 성 뷰, 직원들의 친절도, 위생, 그리고 훌륭한 일본식 한상차림 조식까지도 완벽했습니다 룸에 가습기와 공청기까지 구비되어 있고, 샤워타월까지 제공해주셔서 너무 잘 쉬고 왔습니다 구마모토 캐슬 호텔 바로 옆이던데 굳이 캐슬호텔가지 않아도 더 좋은 위치인 것 같아요
