We thought we were in heaven!”

We cannot express our sincere thanks to all the amazing staff at Andronis for making our stay so very special in an exceptional part of the world. All staff were willing to accommodate and always went out of their way to impress and pre-empt our every need. The rooms are very romantic with superb ocean views and privacy. The food was unbelievable and our experience in the spa was very comfortable and relaxing. We will be back...again & again!

The best service my wife and I have experienced, and we are from Tokyo, where customer service is one of the highest in the world. At Andronis, you can request for almost anything, and they will answer with ``Yes, of course`` and get it done immediately.

Not as the picture”

We stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon trip. We booked the room with hot tub because hot tun picture in the web looked so nice even the price much more higher than the standard room. When we arrived, the GR staff already waited for us on the main road. It takes 3 minutes walking to reach the hotel. The staff was very nice and gave us a lot of information about Santorini. But once we reached our room, we felt a bit dissapointed because the hot tub is small and not as the picture shown. The room is spacious, clean but totally not worth to book the room with hot tub. Great variety of breakfast perfectly served in your room.

Amazing stay ”

Amazing staff and location in Oia. Breakfast was delicious every day, terrace and pool are beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are a cool cave style so a little on the darker side—but if that’s OK with you then they are very spacious and clean. Staff was super super helpful for every request and always friendly!

Nice Location and good for honeymoon!”

This is a luxury hotel and the service is at excellent level, you an even see they are using luxury brand of personal care product in the bathroom. They are providing excellent breakfast with great view by the way.

Exceptional”

Couldn't get a better location than this and we have the suites on the top level so the view was simply breathtaking! Will go back again for sure! Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing. Thanks.

Excellent Hotel & well worth the $$$”

This is definitely one of the best 5 star hotels we ever stayed in and without a doubt beats most of the international 5 star hotel. Room facilities were great and the services from the friendly staffs were superb. We really could not find any fault with this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

good location in Oia”

good location. Because of expensive per night of room, I was not happy with the shower head broke twice and had fixed twice. The variety breakfast, but not tasty. Room with outdoor private jacussi which is really nice, but you are not able to see the sunset view at hotel. It seems like everything can be done with better quality. I got better sunset view (much more wider) and better quality service in a boutique cave hotel which is located in Imerovigli area for another two nights.

Very nice”

I would say it was not worth the exorbitant nightly cost. The facilities are very nice but not luxurious. The breakfast was fine but a little puzzling to me. They mixed up which drink contained alcohol and served my non drinking husband an alcoholic beverage even though I checked three times. The jewelry store next door was extraordinary and filled with one of a kind masterpieces. The hotel itself was nice but overrated.

人生の中でベストなホテル。まず、眺望は文句なし。イアの街並みとその夜景、海がバルコニーから贅沢に眺められる。部屋のジャグジーからも同様に楽しめた。スタッフはフレンドリーで、おすすめのレストランを聞き行ってみたところ、あまりにもおいしく滞在中2回も行ったほど。崖の上にあるレストランでは、有料でワインテイスティングができ、スタッフと一緒にテイスティング。サントリーニ島のきれいな景色を眺めながら、サントリーニ島産のワインを楽しめる。そのワインは、滞在中はキープされており、いつでも飲める。部屋もホテル全体もきれいに手入れされており、心地よいステイが約束されるだろう。

비싼 값만큼 그 만큼의 서비스를 느낄 수 있었습니다. staff 들 또한 친절하며 많은 이벤트 들에 감동을 받았습니다. 아침도 훌륭합니다. 산토리니는 안드로니스의 리조트라고 느낄만큼 많은 사업을 가지고 있습니다.

1박에 160정도 했는데 말이 안되게 아까워요”

방안 소파, 바닥, 자쿠지에서 빨간개미 엄청 나오고, 방 자체도 무슨 레스토랑옆에 음식냄새 풍기는 방으로 줍니다. 은근한 차별이 느껴지고, 리셉션에서는 친절하게 응대하는것 같아도 결국은 아무런 조취가 없어요 한국에서만 유명한 호텔인건지 수영장에서도 차별대우 느낌있었음 직원들 무뚝뚝하고. 이아 마을에서 일주일 넘게 있었는데 가장 구린 호텔임. 일단 노 청결, 꿉꿉하고, 동굴같은 화장실 샤워에서는 샤워가운조차도 눅눅함~~~ 그리고 개미!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 절대 다시 안갈것같아요
