The hotel is clean, very quiet. We are satisfied with our room at the 2F with spacious bathroom and no problem in water.

I booked the Superior Room. I’m really satisfied with the bed as it is large and comfortable. The room is large and spacious and clean. The towels need thorough cleaning. They still smell like the last person used it. Good thing I brought my own. I expected to have a bath tub as showed in the images but they don’t have but it’s fine. I also requested to have a quiet room away from the street and feet noises and they granted my request. Pretty disappointed with the free breakfast. I could have easily bought it in a cheap canteen and it’s very oily. Location is good. Just in front of Robinsons Mall and a Starbucks down the street. They charge 350 to use the pool.

We booked for a family room. It's a big room because they gave us combined rooms.. And becuase of that we have 2 bathrooms which are big by the way. The rooms are simple and clean., nothing special. The bed are good to sleep on though the sheets are not that white but it smells newly changed. The AC on the other room though is colder than the second room. The free breakfast, thanks I booked in Agoda, is okay. The staff are very accommodating.

Unsatisfactory stay”
Need to improve on cleanliness. Public spcaes had trash especially trash in the pool!!! (Cigarette butts even, gross!) Stairs need to be consistently mopped due to shoe stains. Room didn’t have a window, layout unfavourble. Water pressure in the bath inconsistent and toilet flush makes noise when tank fills up. Early checkin/chekout and use of pool comes with a cost! Breakfast has no option, stuck with what they would serve. Personnel seems yo be unmotivated with work.

JAY from the front desk is a bad employee”
I booked my family and friends’ Stay at Anfa. They were all dismayed. 1 room have a clogged bath tub/shower tub. 1 room should have been a two double room but they were given a two single beds instead. Upon check out, Jay (receptionist) showed a VERY RUDE attitude with my mom. He was asking my mom to pay for Php5,000. He insists that the room was not yet paid altho it was prepaid via agoda. Jay keeps on insisting for my mom to pay the amount and then after a few minutes of arguing, they settled for just Php1,000. When they left the hotel, the Front desk called to inform us that we should have paid Php650 instead of Php1,000. Everything could have run smoothly if Jay wasnt so rude and would understand what my mom was saying. If only he showed a bit patience.

Disappointed with Anfa Royale”
I am disappointed with Anfa Royale. I booked for 3 persons . Then during the stay the hotel provided only 2 free breakfast. That is not good. They should have informed me. It very very clear in the reservation as "4 " number of adults. It is mentioned there as "Free Breakfast".

Little to no water supply & unprofessional staff”
Pros: The family room located at bldg A was very nice. Cons: It wasn't 3 king sized bed as advertised. It was 2 queen & 1 full beds with different mattresses. We we're not able to take a bath at all during our overnight stay bec there was little to no water supply at all. I had to ask several times for them to check their water pump. Staff (most of them) wasn't very professional, from the front desk, bellman, & security guards. Looks like either they are not too accommodating or they don't fully understand their job descriptions. Food preparation looks unhygienic. I asked for the bfast to be sent to our room. All of it wasn't covered even with a cling wrap. Not senior & kid friendly hotel. etc etc! It was advertised that the dates chosen was still available at agoda. Even paid & charged in full. Only to find out that we cannot extend our stay bec the room was already reserved to another client. Still a good thing though bec of all those hassle and inconvenience they caused us.

Our family especially the kids enjoyed our stay at anfa royale hotel not only because of the rooms they offered us but because we felt like we're HOME.they have clean and nice facilities,yummy foods(love their pasta and filipino dishes),very accessible(near the malls,restaurants),friendly and accommodating staff,very reasonable price..we'll definitely visit this place again.
