Family ”

We arrived Anguib and the view is great. But the waves were too strong so we had to cancel our 2nd night. We ordered early lunch but it arrived around 2:30pm. Also if you are particular with CR facilities, you might have to rethink this place. Staff were very kind and attentive. GM was also very accommodating.

Still have a lot to improve”

The price is okay, worth the stay. The facilities are great. I liked that there are a lot of toilets and there's no shortage of water. The rooms are small but well maintained. The beds are clean and doesn't smell. The area is clean except for the shore, they should regularly sweep the washed off sea weeds and not just collect trash so the shore doesn't look dirty and would make the swimming experience enjoyable. The staff are corteous but are way in experienced in hospitality. No proper coordination within the staff. I arranged for packed luch and buffet dinner and I had to follow up. The packed lunch was cancelled because it wasn't ready yet and don't get me started with the buffet. There's no proper coordination with the kitchen staff. I had to remind them and they almost didn't have an idea of the menu when it was already communicated to me a month previously. The shrimps were not fresh including the fish, it's a good thing we had anti histamine as some of my fam had allergies. If they've prepared before hand it shouldn't have happened. I was appalled to hear that the kitchen staff didn't know about the buffet menu when their management confirmed it to me before hand. The worst experience is the transportation to the resort. It was so bad, you would have thought it was arranged already but no you have to find ways on your own especially the way out. There was no assistance. They lack their own boats to transport their guest to and fro the resort. Management is poor, staff needs to be trained in hospitality but facilities were great. We will only come back when it's improved especially the transport. The land travel is expensive because you have to pay entrance at the resort beside it while the boat transfer is difficult. Tip: From Nangaramoan you can hike your way to Anguib Beach.

Very Recommended place to stay!”

Very Recommended place to stay! It's just that there's an entrance fee on top of your hotel/room reservation (right of way 200-500/head). Kuya Albert (front desk) kudos to his customer service and very attentive 😊 adds the convenience and provide us what we need. Food = big servings

So much room for improvement”

When we arrived, we were informed by the staff that they had no food available whatsoever. Even water was not available. So if you’re planning to stay here, better bring your own food and water. Toilet is shared regardless of the room that you booked. The room that we booked (1 BR) was very basic. No TV, no tables, no place to hang your clothes. It was basically a cottage that was fitted with an aircon, and a bed. The place though is beautiful. Exclusivity at its finest. The beach is wonderful with very clear and calm waters perfect for swimming. This place is good if you want to relax and get away from the city but you have to be well prepared for the shortcomings of this hotel.

worst accomodation ever!!!”

worst accomodation ever! yung place maganda pero panget ng service dito. kawawa ang may ari ng resort kasi hindi nya alam kung ano ngyayare kasi hindi sya taga anguib. 1.pagdating plang ng resort walang nag assist knowing na we came from manila at malalaki, mabibigat yung dala namin. 2. the receptionist asked for my booking info's which is standard. given na hindi sila masyadong makapagsalita ng tagalog, pero maasim agad muka nya na parang ayaw nya tumanggap ng guest. i dont know kung bakit magkaiba ung resibo namin sa agoda at sa or na binigay nya. then sinuotan nya ko ng wrist and late n nya sinabi na bawal matanggal un kundi charge ka ng 200. sabe ko ang higpit ng lagay mo and nagkakarashes nako hindi parin pwede. para kang PRESO 🤣🤣 3. nakalagay sa terms and condition nyo na pwede magdala ng food pero subject for a fee which is hindi clear so hindi na kami namili at nagdala ang kaso wala silang stocks ng matinong pagkain. so tinanong namin saan kami kakain? pumayag sya na mami

A must have place to travel... ”

The place is a nice one, suitable swimming place specially for kids, the sorroundings are worth spending for. On the other hand the clubs's amenities needed repair and improvement their CR needs a nicer shower and a lavatory (as of the moments it all needs repair all deteriorating), NO vanity kits (toothbrushes and soap) And most important always bring a towel with u since our duration of stay we haven't given any towel good we brought otherwise we will not have a towel to use. Cleanliness were not properly observe tiolets will not be cleaned if you will not ask for it to thinks it is a public tiolet and not a private one since it was located outside the room, during our 4 days of stay our bedding were not change. For d staff dont judge d book by its cover a penniless one will not throw a money just for vacation so pls treat ur guest equally. Bieng simple doest mean poor we people from d highlands are not showy if only you've treated us well our vacay would be more memorable..

Acceptable”

We we're driving by car and called up the resort to ask how to get there. They said only way to get to the resort is via boat which cost 2000 peso. You need to take the boat from San Vicente Fish Port. Beach was nice and that's about all.

Beautiful place but needs housekeeping improvement”

The place is serene and beautiful, just need improvement in maintaining the cleanliness of the area. Due to the typhoon/bad weather, sea weeds were gathered at the shoreline and the resort was full of leaves and some garbage were scattered. However, they could have maintained the cleanliness even just at the accommodation area. And also, we have a lot of insect/bed bugs bites from the accommodation.

It's the worst”

First you need to pay the other resort's entrance fee just to pass through ( because there's no other way going to the hotel). Then the room is so pathetic. Beds are worst, ACU is terrible, too much mosquitoes and flies. Not recommended if you're travelling with a child. The CR/bathroom is a common bathroom. Right side has no lights, left side's lock is broken. During our last day of stay, there's power interruption and there's also no water so we need to shower using the "poso". Very very very disappointing.
