great value for the money”
This is my second stay at the hotel. I often have to travel to Phan Rang on business and stay at this resort. Having tried a variety of hotels in the area - for the money, this is superb. The rooms are nicely decorated with great bathrooms. The swimming pool is very nice and children friendly. There is even a very nice (competition grade) tennis court is you wanted to play. Located directly on the beach, it is about a 5-10 min motorbike ride into the actual city. Taxis are readily available and easy to get.

Third time staying at this resort because I travel and work in the province. Compared to the other hotels (stayed at 4 others in Phan Rang) this is by far the best. No complaints in the 3 times staying here. Clean nice rooms, great pool, ease of getting a taxi, with a private beach.

we had two nights stay here. Not much variety for breakfast buffet,but good taste. Hotel design is quite contemporary. this is the place for relaxation, for friend and family together. It takes 15 minutes to the town by taxi. If you visit Phan Rang you should go to the Grape garden of Mr.Ba Moi; Cham Pagoda and traditional Cham pottery village.

Great location, but a bit far from town”
Stayed 2 night, mainly as a base to explore local Cham ruins, so no real need to go into town. However, had I wanted to, it was a bit of a trek. Overall, hotel fine, nice size and fabulous location. Most meals were fine to quite good, but one was absolutely awful. It's not the 'done thing' to complain in Viet Nam, so I just left most of the meal untouched. Otherwise, a very nice stay

If you happen to be near Phan Rang...”
There's really not much reason to be in Phan Rang...but I ended up there anyway. The hotel staff is nice but English is limited with the exception of one guy who really seems to know what's going on. It's Phan Rang...this makes sense. The rooms are decent enough, a minute walk to the beach, past a nice pool. Otherwise, it's in the middle of no where with limited eating options around. Breakfast was only served from 7-8am and it was your standard less than mediocre choice. When we checked out, we didn't receive our passports back and anxious to get home to Dalat we rushed off on a 7 hour drive back. Arriving in Dalat and realizing that we didn't have our passports, we contacted the hotel the next morning and through my less than stellar Vietnamese and communication, we were able to have our passports sent to us by bus that day. Props to the staff for helping us deal with the situation in a timely manner...but it's always frustrating when hotels here hold onto your passport.

Aniise is a very lovely resort, value for money with standard room. It's very nice & comfortable, but it'd be great if has a tub. Good location, wonderful small & special swimming pool. Breakfast was not so good, But I would recommend to stay in general.

Good location and service, but old facilities”
The resort was nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful to let us check in early. The room was clean and has nice balcony, wifi and showerhead. However, when we went to the beach, the beach chairs weren't put out on the sand for guests to sunbathe which was really annoying. Also, the breakfast had limited options, no bacon, sausage or cereal. Resort also did not have iron in the room and you have to pay to get your clothes ironed (but quite cheap).

Acceptable”
The room photos and information published in agoda website is different from what we see when we arrive. We also forced to order one additional room to live because we already go to Phan Rang. The agoda customer service phone number +84 8 4458 2393 almost is can not reach when we have problem on room booking, it ask too many questions and difficult to talk with the real service person when we need the help. I dial it 4 times and I give up. I don't think we will use agoda again if agoda can not improve the problem.

Found the resort comfortable for our needs but the only down was the laundry was not working but no assistance on how to get it done and they were expensive compared to other hotels by about e times as much but otherwise a good place.

Great place in Phan Rang”
Great hotel with nice amenities. Close to beach, excellent pool. The pool chairman need cushions though. And could use beach towels. I stayed in the standard room and it was fine. Everything was nice. Some welcome fruit in the room would be a nice touch to add. I was on the upper floor and at the bottom of the stairs were some dishes from a room service at another room when I checked in. The tray with all the dishes was still there when I checked out 24 hrs later. I slept in and missed breakfast but it might have been good. I don't know. The beach is empty and has room for a volleyball net. That would be a good addition too. Overall, it's a really nice place. We enjoyed it!

Nice resort with beautiful view and large garden. Room is a bit old and small. Breakfast buffet is quite boring. And reception service is not good, we had to carry the luggage by ourselves.

Brand new resort offering a relaxing environment”
our room is spacious and has a wonderful ocean view. however, it could have been better had the management paid more attention to details in the room, e.g. we didn't have anything to put the soap bar on in the bathroom. besides, the resort could widen the range of services to appeal to more customers.

Rude to indifferent treatment by the staff - probably because we weren't part of the government minister and police group that filled the resort. Avoid this place unless you match that description.

Quiet but less selection for food”
Clean room and comfortable atmosphere. Very quite too. However, food selection is very poor. Local restaurant is few within a waking distance. Hotel restaurant is very expensive. Also not many people speak English and communication was a bit tough.

Pleasant, very quiet when we stayed, June. Gardens needed a spruce up but that's the only thing we could fault. If looking for a resort stay on the beach, perfect.
