A quiet place to get away from it all”

I had a large room with a great view from the balcony. Room was clean. Owner was very helpful and speaks good English. Restaurant had good, decent food. The town is quite small with not much to it. Nice place to stay for a stopover when taking the ferry through Ha Long bay.

big rooms, simple but tasty food, as it is on the island there is no electricity during the day, so wifi only available at particular times, helpful staff

A good hotel with good service and basic but good food. We had the room with sea view which was really nice and recommendable. The room was huge, comfortable and clean.

Such a pity”

The Hotel is reachable only by two ferries a day. When one is cancelled for a few days due to weather conditions, it would have been helpful to warn the customers who cannot be refunded. Neither the Hotel, nor Agoda helped for anything. Maybe the Hotel is not so bad, we could never see. But I will never book it in advance again.

Hotel's manager don't care about his foreigners customers. Notre really available and friandes. Found the price expansive for the qualité.

Belle vue sur la mer, chambres confortables”

L'île est très belle et il fait bon s'y promener à vélo. Bon nombre de restaurants préparent du poisson et des crustacés, c'est un régal.

Hôtel familial bien situé ”

Nous avons apprécié la vue imprenable de la chambre sur le rivage. La chambre est agréable bien que l'éclairage (un seul tube fluorescent) soit sinistre. Le karaoké du toit ferme heureusement vers 23 h et le calme revient alors. La nourriture est bonne au dîner ( fruits de mer très frais) mais le petit déjeuner est vraiment décevant (phó insipide, confiture chimique, pain mollasson). Le patron, bien qu'assez réservé, n'est pas antipathique et parle un peu anglais.

Une grande déception”

Une arrivée correcte malgré l'accueil froid du personnel. Une beau balcon avec vue sur la mangrove en arrière-plan mais des déchets en avant-plan. Un dîner sans grande saveur qui nous a laissé l'estomac incertain avec ses conséquences. Une nuit d'horreur avec des odeurs d'égouts insoutenables. Un petit-déjeuner qui n'a jamais été offert parce qu'il n'y a pas d'électricité le matin dans cet hôtel, le personnel ne s'en souciait guère et nous avons dû se débrouiller pour aller manger ailleurs dans un petit hôtel munie d'une génératrice. Bref un hôtel sans étoile qui n'en mérite aucune!

Das Hotel ist zentral im Ort gelegen. Dadurch dass aktuell überall im Ort neue Hotels errichtet werden gab es leider viel Baulärm und die Aussicht auf ne Baustelle. Die Bettlaken waren auch nur teilweise sauber.

Buiten het seizoen”

Wij waren hier net na het hoogseizoen (begin september) en dat was te merken. Samen met nog een handjevol andere touristen waren we de enigen in dit vrij grote hotel. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer zelf was erg ruim en schoon. Het uitzicht op zee/het mangrove bos is fascinerend! Aanrader!

Jammer dat het bewolkt was, het is een eiland met prachtige stranden en heerlijk om een dagje te zonnen.
