Room is okay for its price”
Very affordable place to stay. Just 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Antipolo. However, comfort room is a little bit and smelly. There are left over foods on the cabinets and fridge that we don't know who owns them.

Pros *Has basic utensils, ref and a single stove. No microwave though *Caretaker was courteous Cons: *Place was hard to locate. The pinned location on the map is inaccurate. The street is on the opposite side of the highway and is not easily recognizable *Not ideal for those with lowered cars, the streetis a bit steep but typical in Antipolo. *Furniture is of cheap quality. You can feel the wood frame of the couch when you sit on it. The beds are also not sturdy and felt like it will break any time soon *CR smells like drainage and has no ventillation. Same with the outdoor kitchen where the stove is placed. There were a lot of cockroaches in the dirty kitchen. *Some stuff of the last guests in the fridge and kitchen was stil there. *The blanket provided was still a bit wet. The fabcon smell was so strong it will make you think they just sprayed it *The place is in an apartment compound and you can hear even the slightest sound from the neighbors. *There no wifi connection and though the ad says they will provide a pocket wifi, they did not *TV plus is also not working *NO MOBILE SIGNAL. BOTH GLOBE AND SMART Overall, I do not recommend this place if you are looking for staycation. Add 500 more and you can find better ones

Comfy stay”
The place is clean and allows for a comfortable stay. The owner(s) are nice, too. They prepared towels and toiletries for us. It’s really a small house; if I need to stay in the area for a long time I would choose their place. I suppose a family of four can fit. Only hiccups are the ventilation and there is no airconditioning. Also the outlets in the rooms are not planned well so we had to open the door and plug the electric fan from the dining/ living area. Probably an extension box would be needed. We also found it hard to find the place because the pinned coordinates sent to us was wrong (haha), since place is not exactly in the MH Del Pilar street but along the dead-ended street beside it. Just ask for the Alberto III apartments. They offer parking for an additional 120 pesos but, the place is more ideal for backpackers or motorcycle travellers. Overall, not a bad experience. Would be back if ever I’m returning to tour the area again.
