        Acceptable”

        Travelled last minute as family member being very very poorly in hospital and advised to get there asap. Very disappointed as hotel bar and restaurant closed. No mention of this on website. After journey and visit to hospital, booked into hotel and then had to go elsewhere to get food and refreshments. Last thing we needed. When asking staff if bar was open the answer was NO SORRY ITS BOXING DAY. Would have been nice if they could have suggested somewhere else, even if it was the last thing we wanted to do. When mentioning in the morning they said OH SORRY. Also booked a double room and only had 1 bathtowel and 1 hand towel in room. Bath towels are far too small. This needs to be rectified. Not everyone is a size 8 Stayed a few times at this hotel and felt very let down especially when I am feeling so unhappy and distressed. Also WHY was we put in rooms on the outside and not put into rooms in the main hotel? My husband has poor health and didn't need this.

        Great location only a short walk into Kingston. Great parking facility! The best buffet breakfast I have EVER tasted. Very nice and comfortable stay, the only con was the bathroom was small and the rooms felt like they needed a freshen up/redecorate.

        We stayed at Antionette last week for 4 nights. The rooms were very comfortable. Well prepare breakfast served every morning. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended

        Buffet Breakfast was generous - lots of choice. Quiet position away from traffic. Spacious room with great bathroom and full size bath tub. Easy parking. Beautiful garden. A bit dated but excellent value for money.

        My daughter is at Kingston Uni - the hotel is a great base for that but also allows fast access to central London. Kingston itself has good shops and pubs. Hotel is clean and comfortable and was good value for my requirements.

        Ich und meine Familie waren zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mein erst Kritikpunkt ist dass wenn mann ein Reisebett haben will muss 15€ pro Nacht bezahlen. Ich finde es zu teuer wenn mann z.B. eine Woche übernachten will. Als zweites ist dass das Badezimmer ins Vergleich zu dem andere Zimmern zu klein war.
