Cold water shower in Standard and Matrimonial rooms. Hot shower in Triple and Suite. 14" TV in Standard. Larger TV in Triple. 2" foam mattress on wood slat frame in all rooms [some westerners may find this hard]. No seat on toilets. No garbage pail in room [used to catch water from air-conditioner outside the room]. 'Toiletries' consists of one small bar of soap and one towel. Excellent for backpackers and people on a tight budget. If you want hot shower and do not want to pay for triple then there are many other Pension Houses nearby. Many restaurants and entertainment nearby.

I booked two nights with this Pension House, but they made me check out after 1 night because they were booked. Beware that a room may not be available if you book this pension house. On a positive note, they did upgrade me to the suite for the one night they had available for me. The Standard room is not as pictured.

a good little hotel, close to the beach, shops and bars and when booking remember the hotel gives itself 2 stars so dont expect 5...room was small but clean, staff very nice, i will be returning with my family for a longer stay.....worth the money..

I like it that I was able to stay in a comfortable and clean room for a cheap price. Also, the staff are really nice. They are available 24 hours. Location is not quite good since it is far from the beach and from the market, yet is compensated by the fact that the tricycle fare is really cheap (Php 8 per pax).

Great location and ambience Just want to call out that they charge more than what's agoda asked me to pay. Reason: They have increase their price. It was less than 100 pesos increase but the point is, honor the price you posted. People book online in advance and confirmed booking should not have a price change anymore.

Nice hotel. Been here many times, they always put me in a very small room. Maybe it's the only available single room. Bathrooms need more cleaning. Breakfast is great and very close to the Boulevard and walking distance to the city centre. Very noisy at night as it is very close to pubs.

Electricity went out during my stay but good thing there is a back-up generator in the property. No options for free breakfast, however there are restaurants outside that you can eat in. Proximity to the baywalk is a plus. The only downside of staying here is the noise coming from the restobar beside especially on weekends. Be ready to sleep late night if you are sensitive to noise as you can hear it inside your room. Presence of some cockroaches in the room also is a big no-no.

Not recommend if you like to sleep earlier. Much Noisy due to Bands and Peoples in Bar and restaurant. We couldn't sleep till 1.AM. But Easy to walk around along beach line.

Mediocre. Hot water shower not work, so was upgraded to suite. No remote for TV - even in suite. No view from window, just wall from next door. Many other properties nearby for less money and more amenities.
